[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance (Mediclaim) — Not responding my claim(mediclaim) policy no[protected] | |||
This is regarding my claim of reliance general insurance (TPA mediassist) of my policy no[protected] gold mediclaim policy which was expire on 11/05/2010. I filled a claim on 11/02/2010 to claim cashless claim in aryan hospital gurgaon for my fracture left arm but mediassist denied for cashless facility and to ask pay tratment charges vide referance no(mediassist) 4729336 after that I take treatment from bajaj fracture clinic and submited all bill to reliance general (TPA mediassist) office[protected] vide referance no 4820383. Now more than 3 months is going on but no body reply to my claim of policy no[protected] of reliance general insurance. I am enclosing letter of mediassist in which they denied cashless facility and policy copy. I was purchase tata Indigo, I isurance from Reliance Insurance, But after accident i was kiip vehicle to shinde Motor Garag on[protected], But no reliance agent is came form checking, Now today is 3 day, But no agent is came for check the vehicle, My policy no is[protected]
Reliance General Insurance — Cash less claim not any reply
Respect Sir,My Reliance Gen. Insu. Policy since last 4 years but when I have applied for cashless approval in Mediassist TPA there r no any reply since last 7 days. and not any phone calls replied. now patient was very serious so i can't understand what should i do ?

Reliance General Insurance — no claim response
my moterbyke (hero honda-splender) was stollen from outside my office at raniganj, i have loged a FIR on 04.11.2008 (FIR No. 193/08) at Raniganj PS. i had informed about the case to my insurance company(Reliance General Insurance) regarding the theft, according they had send there representative some Mr. Dipesh from M/s Surya Claims Bureau Ltd, 7A, Kiran Sanker Roy Road,Kol-700001, for investigation and collection of all relivent documents, and after submittion of all relivent papers there is no responds from there side even after regular chase-up. So i request you to intervain in the matter and hepl us.Policy no. [protected], Claim No. [protected] and Vehicle Reg. no. WB38S/3756 in the name of Allied India, for your ready reference.
