[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile — To cut the balance | |||
I have recharged our mobile no. [protected] on 22.09.2010 for Rs.222/-. Thereafter, I checked our balance on 27.09.2010 then I realised that our balance about Rs.60/- has been already deducted. Then, I called Reliance Customer Care No. on 27.09.2010 at 10 AM. The Reliance Customer Care Representative Ms. Rita intially say that Rs. 30/- has been deducted for Love Guru Service. Then I informed her that i have not opted that service and also my balance is about Rs. 60/- deducted from my main balance. Then she say that another Rs. 30/- had been deducted for Voice Chat Service. I said her that I am not opted any of these service, then why they deducted my balance. Then she say that if you have informed us within 24 hour then we are able to returen your balence. This is thrice time that we face that type of balance cutting diffculty. They finally denied to return the balance. My Question is that why they cut the balance without prior information of Customer? Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance GSM Mobile — ADD CALLS CAUSING ACCIDENTS WHILE ON RIDE
Hi I am getting add calls dialy 4 times ,it is even very busy day times like while riding.it is very irritating and creating lot of distrubance,and getting calls while riding causes accidents as well.

My no is [protected] My provider is cutting Rs 5 daily for a service which was not activared by me. there is no customer care no i am not understanding. sir my name is ankit i call customer care and talk the STD plans.they offered me recharge 68rs for std to std free in 7days.i recharged 68rs in my mobile.but company not provide me service then again i call the customer care(complain dept) they give me complain id[protected] but many days my service is not start.please help me sir.thanks sir
Everyday 3 Rs get deducted from my balance and when I call up customer care I get a response saying that there is some technical issue and due to that some pack got activated. I think this is not a technical issue this is ethics issue how can a company with such a huge set up not able to rectify this problem. And why no plan gets activated with deduction of the amount if there is technical issue. How come this technical issues always benefit the company.

5days before, i recharge my phone with 25rs and next day it had 10rs balance without any outgoing calls, then i call up customer care, their service was poor.Still there was no action taken and now my 3rs continously deducting everyday.
