I HAD ACTIVATED RS. 51 FOR 15 DAYS GPRS PLAN IN MY NO. [protected] AND THE REPLY CAME "TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 2083 TO 155223",AFTER 14 DAYS I HAD DONE THE SANE PROCEDURE TO DEACTIVATE MY GPRS PLAN BEFORE TIME AND THEN ALSO IT RENEW THE PLAN JUST AFTER SOME TIME.....
WHAT IS THIS HAPPENING TO THE RELIANCE PRE-PAID CONNECTION I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND........AND THIS RENEW HAS HAPPEN TO ME 2ND TIME...............JUST FEW DAYS BEFORE UNNECCESARY MSG BALANCE HAD BEEN DEDUCTED,INSTEAD I HAD A MSG PLAN....THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEM SORTED OUT AFTER SOMETIME...........PLZ TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ME............

    In September 2009 i had taken the Reliance Communications' Data Card. My Relationship # [protected] in my wife's name Vandana Malaiya.

    However, in Devember 2009 itself i had lost the data card and promptly informed them through their call center. I was told that it would be deactivated immediately and then disconnected.

    But even after 9 months of this, i am receiving monthly bills from Reliance. I have called them their call center several times to bring this to their notice and everytime they would say that 'they would look into the matter.'
    I have even gave it in writing, sent it by courier, emailed them but to no avail.

    I request Reliance to disconnect the services once and for all in all their records so that i dont get harassed by their monthly bills.

      I had placed a complaint about the same topic on 22nd oct 2010
      the internet is so slow that it breaks down every now and then.
      It takes 10 minutes to make gmail work (on simple html mode, forget about normal mode)
      I received a call about my complaint saying that some action would be taken place but I don't experience any result.
      No one has any idea about when I would get the promised speed.
      They all end the conversation saying that they can not promise me anything and internet would work normally "soon".
      It has been 14 DAYS (2 WEEKS) now and still no result.
      This is the WORST experience I ever had with ANY company.
      The call center employees tell me only 2 things
      1. the problem would be resolved as fast as possible
      2. I escalate your problem to my senior
      It's so annoying that even after 14 DAYS I don't know whether I would be able to get any service.

          sir, I sri digambar kabi c/o Amit communication address 208, cuttack road, near laxmi sagar bhubaneswar,Mobile no [protected] having a retailer of all company voucher and easy recharge, i am roughly easy recharge amount Rs249 in no [protected] dated 26/10/2010 this amount is a free voucher of reliance GSM and CDMA and but this amount already recharge date 25/10/2010. I told to the customer care he told this denomination cannot reverse. if one customer already recharge this how this amount recharge before validity.If it recharge before validity why is not reversal. Please consider my case and take legal action against this company.

            respected sir,
            i am a UG student and i wish to file a complaint against reliance india mobile.
            actually a cricket pack has been activated on my no. ([protected]) against my wish and without any pre information that led to a loss of Rs.30 from my balance. it is important to mention that when this pack has been activated i was attending my classes.
            when i talked to customer care regarding this matter they fully denied to help me and cancel the activated cricket pack.
            i wish you will take some appropriate against.

            i am student of engg. i was recharged on own mobile no.[protected] by Rs.35 for 0.40Rs.per min.but this service not activated .call rate increase 1p./sec to 1.25p/sec for one month .

              What kind of answer is that you people don't have a process of
              extending the validity. If I can't use your internet service in
              stipulated time frame because of you connectivity issues so the
              customer has to bear it..

              WoW what a customer service and after sales service you guys are providing????

              Reliance Broadband — Pathetic after sales service of Reliance Broadband..

              Reliance is one of the pathetic broadbands available. These guys take a month to install the internet connection at first.

              Once it goes down, even gods can't help you.. Because that takes another month. I had registered a complaint last month about broadband being down [ My old Complaint No. 55803383, Service Request No. 56365636].
              After my consistent calls/emails to customer care, these guys are just giving me promises. I am completely frustrated with this broadband.

              I want to throw this connection out, but that also will take another month.
              I have not been getting any connections for the last 2 months ...
              Reliance People are regularly calling for Fee payment for a connection that is not working. The customer care is not helping.
              I have called up Noida and spoke for half an hour the first time. I have now atleast spoken to the customer 5 times.. yet no response.
              I am very angry at these people.

              Is there anything that can be done? How can I go to the consumer court?
              Please help

              Reliance wireless Broadband service — Pathetic and irresponsible service in Pune area

              Reliance Business development dept / Customer care,
              I bought reliance 1x data card connection from Kothrud, pune before 4-5 months. For which that outlet on Paud road charged me Rs. 500 as refundable deposit.
              Just after buying the connecting, Puad road outlet guys told me it will get activated within 2 days but it didn’t work after 2 days. Even the guys from Reliance Paud road outlet don’t even know how to activate there for first time. (Their job is just to sell with false commitments)
              So doing RND for at least 15 days finally I activated it buy my own (In mean time don’t ask how much time I have spent on calling and visiting customer care who were helpless)
              After activating I noticed it was not having the network at all. When I followed with customer care and Nodel office they said that the Katraj area is under upgradation and network problem would resolve shortly. But it never happened.
              But Reliance did not forget to generate my monthly bill for all these months even if the service was not working.
              And now when I am frustrated with the Reliance service and want to disconnect my number and request for the refund of deposit they are asking me to pay the minimum bill generated for all these months.
              I really wonder these people can spend on collection department outsourcing to call 100 times to customer to for Rs. 500 outstanding rather improving on service network.
              I would never like to go for reliance Service in my entire life again.

                      Hi,

                      I took Reliance Net connect Broad band internet connection under this number [protected]. They are not giving me service for whole month and asking me to pay bill for whole month. without any information kabhi bhi internet services band ho jate hain. i called there executive and asked them for why i am not getting services, they say that some network upgradgradation going on. hereb is reference number- [protected]/ ref- [protected]. last 3 days i am not able to use internet connection. can we do something about it. Is there any law where we can ask them about it.

                      Please help me.

                        I have taken the reliance broadband connection vide ID. No:[protected] and land line connection no. [protected]. I had requested the reliance customer care to Shift my connections to the my new office and during the call i had checked with them if the transfer is possible. The customer care person checked the feasibility and took the request for the transfer. Last week broadband connection only fixed, but telephone is not working. Despite of my complaint, i have lunched several complain's about this to customer care of reliance broadband. But from them side till today no action taken to resolve my complaint. Very worst and bad service. Please take necessary action in this regard. It is most urgent please..

                          My request of cancellation of SIP was turned down for a very small error in the application of SIP date. I may do make error of SIP date as it was done 4 year back and my cycle of SIP through ECS is not always on same date. I do not think that Reliance MF would have turned down my request due to this reason. However, other MF houses were very supportive of my same request and cancell my SIP just to have a simple letter from me while Relaiance MF asked me to send the application on a given format.

                          The limit of carefree attutude towards invester was that they have not sent the new format of SIP cancellation with the intimation of not accepting the cancellation of SIP and there was no address on there letter head too. Now I have search this form and their address on internet to send them Caancellation requaest again.

                          I am not happy with the customer service of the company.

                          Even I faced this problem. I fail to understand that why SIP date is necessary for cancellation. All the detail is with fund house. In my view two thing should be mandatory fund with folio no and the signature.

                          In this I think there is no guideline by regulator. Hence, the fund house is taking benefit

                            my no was suddenly out of order, as i was unable to call. i was getting msg like thi "to resume service, pls call reliance customer care"
                            then i contacted customer care, they told me that there is no problem from their end. instead of checking anything, they were blaming my handset and asked me 5-6 times again and again to swithch-off and switch-on the handset, but i already checked with another sim that my handset was alrite. those customer care executives were really untrained, i don't know how and why relaince hire those kind of persons for their BPO.
                            After 1-2 day, i contacted reliance web world in agra, they told me that a duplicate sim has been issued to someone on my number. I asked them to resume my sim, but they asked me to refuse as no blank sim was dere.. i managed to purchase blank sim from grey market. and i spent about Rs 500 to resume my service after 1 week.
                            but how can they stop anyone's service without any prior notice..??
                            how can they issue a duplicate sim to anyone without taking any verifying any identity proof? if someone has taken new sim, the obviously he's not having the identity proof for the no [protected].
                            i'll definitely fire the case in the consumer court regarding this.

                            I'm a medical person, and my phone is so much important for me, as i need to call/ recieve urgent calls. and further it effected my studies a lot. in my family, 4 out of 5 persons are using relaince. all are totally frustrated with this service. we are using just because our no are old. but, we've purchased new airtel..
                            if reliance will be like this, soon everyone gonna switch to different network providers. i'm waiting for no portability service to start in India.

                              I am Ranjan Kumar from Patna, Bihar using reliance phone from many years my number is [protected].sir from past many months i am totally disturbed from this services. before requesting any services they have activated many sercives like REDIO MIRCHI, COLLER TUNES ETC, and they have deducted amount form my phone BALANCE without informing to me it has been repeated many times so plse i REQUEST U TO TAKE RESONABLE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT. Allready I have registered many complaints to the custmer care but there was no action taken from their side.So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they
                              are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance Communication & There customer care employees.

                                I am Gaurav Khullar using a B.S.N.L connection.On 2/07/2010 I received a call from Delhi Police asking me are you Gaurav Guleria i answered no so they disconnected the call.Then after sometime my father Mr.Pardeep Khullar received a call from Delhi Police asking him are you Pardeep Guleria he said no I am Pardeep Khullar then the Delhi Police Inspector said that a case has been registered against Pardeep Guleria and Gaurav Guleria against Non-Payment of bill of a Reliance Mobile number [protected] registered on the name of Gaurav Guleria and address H.NO 240 Sector 25 Panjab University Chandigarh.My father Mr.Pardeep Khullar replied that he is Pardeep Khullar not Pardeep Guleria and never resided in Chandigarh but he did not listened to him and adviced him to contact a Bansilal Chauhan advocate having mobile number [protected] and call me(Delhi Police Inceptor) within 10 min otherwise he(Delhi Police Inspector) will arrest us in connection to case number 241 in Tis Hajari court,Delhi.Then my father contacted the advocate on the number [protected] and some lady threatened my father for arrest for not making bill payment and the total expenditure will be about Rs 55,000 otherwise deposit the bill for the phone number [protected] which belongs to Gaurav Guleria S/O Pargeep Guleria H.NO 240 Sector 25 Chandigarh and she gave the office where to deposit the bill all this conservation on the telephone happened in presence of the customer of the bank in which my father is a Manager and the reputation of my father was at stake without any fault.
                                For the Reputation and the Police Harassment my father advised me to pay the bill which did not belong to us as quickly as possible and inform the advocate and the Police accordingly.So i paid the bill at a Reliance Mobile Store in Sector 9 in Chandigarh.The amount of the bill was Rs.810 and the receipt number was 1B[protected] the copy of the bill was so poor that nothing was visible so i said to the person who cut the bill that it is not visible so please give me a new copy so the person said that our printer is not working fine you take a copy later. Then i went to Reliance Mobile store on 27/08/2010 to take a new copy then the person refused to issue me a new copy and he said that he can't issue a duplicate copy after 7 days.We are unable to understand how the company and police and advocate got my and my father's mobile number of B.S.N.L.Your good-self is requested to investigate the matter for high headedness of the reliance communication for pressurizing and mentally and reputationally harassing us for making the payment of the connection with was not belonging to us and advice the reliance communication to refund the bill money and the payment for harassing us early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                                  iam using reliance postpaid mobile,and iam suffring with the net workproblem.when iam talking with the phone it was autometically disconnecting,and the company was charging the amount of the call,i have alredy given the complaient about this but the company was not taken any action...
                                  In the central city here is lot of signal problems.how many times we give the complient but the company was not solving the problems,and charging the amount.

                                    Hello guys,

                                    This is the second complaint I am writing about Reliance Netconnect. Reliance claims to provide speed upto 3.1 mpbs. I was not even expecting that much speed but I was expecting that I will get atleast 1 mpbs speed. After purchasing the device, I was not getting coverage at my area for more than a month. so my first complian was about that. They said they cant do anything but still I was forced to pay for the bill even if they failed to provide me service. Now I am moved to a new area in Pune and have full coverage in this area. and do you want to know the speed I am getting?? only 20 to 200 kpbs. ya thats right. that is not even a broadband speed. in day time, in very rare occations you will see speed up to 800kpbs(that is not consistent, speed fluctuates a lot between 100 kpbs to 800kbps). And at night speed are pathetic. even a wap page on your mobile with gprs connection will open faster than reliance netconnect at off peak hours.

                                    By writing this complaint here, I am not expecting any help from reliance or anyone. because I know what will be the end result(more frustration and waste of time). I just want to warn others about this and suggest others to consider other internet service provider. Thank you.

                                      my reliance CDMA no. is [protected].i have been subscribed without my approval for "khel khel mein"on 13/10/10 and "Cwicket"on 15/10/10 and charged for rupees 30 and rupees 15 respectively and when i m sending message to unsubscribe the unwanted offers as directed by the subscription note itself it doesn't responds. This is nothing but unnecessary financial harassment of the customers and will continuously exploit them till the time stringent actions are not taken against the service provider.
                                      hope to get some amount of justice in this regard.
