I bought a Reliance Netconnect Hi-speed 1X PREPAID (MDN # [protected]) last August 20,2010. I have submitted all identification requirements and paid all that was required.

On August 22, 2010, I recharged the said netconnect for Rs 300 via netbanking and even received the confirmation SMS. But, I never got any talktime nor validity. I sent an email to their complaints department to no avail.

As the internet services for the said connection was valid until Sept 21, 2010, I recharged it for Rupess 801 whichwas supposed to be for unlimited plan (as reflected in almost all the reliance web sites). I checked the balance of the prepaid account only to find the recharge never reflected. I sent an email telling Reliance that I made a recharge, gave the transaction number. The reply was that there was no Rupees 801 unlimited plan for Punjab. There is only Rupees 701 according to the email. I replied asking if I paid for rupees 100 more than the pack, how come I never got the recharge?

A lady from their complaints department called me and when I explained I had already made the recharge of Rupees 801, she said I won't get anything for my recharge... no validity, no nothing. I got angry and asked where did my money go? All she said was sorry.

As I need the internet services badly, I made a recharge again or Rupees 701 on Sept 21, 2010 so that services won't be disrupted.

But, I want to know where did my Ruppes 300 + Rupees 801 go? How come they cannot make the recharge reflect anywhere? I have been a loyal Reliance Communications customer since they started their Reliance India Mobile 7 years ago. I have 2 postpaid accounts which I have had for many years without any problems. Now I am no longer loyal.

I demand they refund my earlier recharges of Rupees 300 and Rupees 801 immediately!

    i had my reliance sms pk 19 activated in my no which costs 1 paisa/sms. then it got auto-renewed for 5days after the validity is over. i tried to deactivate this service before the validity is over by sending an sms as "dact sms19" to 53739. but due to some problem the service was showing that your request can't be processed right now pls try again later. i tried several times, same thing happened. then just before 15minutes of auto renewal of the service again i complained to the customer care on the issue of 'unable to deactivate auto renewal of sms pls enable this service to my number so that whenever i try to deactivate it deactivates successfully.' after 15minutes the auto renewal service was again activated for 15days. and then at morning i got the sms that 'ur request has been processed' and then i called the customer care but they told me that my 15days renewal pk has been deactivated. but my issue was not to deactivate any service but to enable my number to be able to deactivate the service any time when i need.they got it wrong and then i wanted to talk to the super visor. evry time they forward the call it got disconnected. then i called them again and the customer care officer this time kept my call in hold for 5 minutes and then replied dat.. u'll get the service for 15days. and my sms blnc was decaying at 1paisa/sms. but suddenly at night this service got deactivated. then i called the custmer care again and this time they successfully transferred my call to the supervisor who again told me that my complain was to deactivate my sms pk. but which was not the issue.. i told them to make myself enable to deactivate this service whenever i need. my no is [protected]

    Hello sir,

    i am postpaid user of reliance communication. i am facing problem from your costumer care service. They miss guided me several times regarding my payments. the few mobiles numbers which miss guided me are

    2. [protected].

    Issue:..
    sir i have two reliance postpaid no.[protected] and [protected]. At first i had requested them to give my bill separately for each number. In very first month(October) they told me that it will be separated from the next month but it did not happen. So i again called them and said that separate my bill other wise i wont pay bill till my issue will be resolved. ...and at last they failed to solve my issue. Then i decided to pay my bill leaving all issue unresolved and i comprised with your uncomfortable service. But this time they send me a bill with late fine.
    Now tell me why should i pay the late fine as one of your customer care executive([protected]) told me that... pay your actual bill only and your late fee will not be shown in unbilled amount. but i paid my actual bill and the late fine is still present in my unbilled amount.

    sir, i have been trying again and again to talk to the customer care but my call has not been replied. it's very disgusting . i have taken a special offer by recharging with 410 rs but i didnot get the promised bal of 615 rs. instead i got just rs 361. please look into the matter. my number is [protected].

      which I had submitted an termination form application for surrender at the Asansol
      reliance web world on 17.8.2010 . We had requested on 17th Aug but we are still getting
      the bill. I have visited Asanson reliance web world office and talked to the persons
      over there. they told me that they will infom me by phone.til to date i will not get aney
      phone .ihave visit 5times.they told me your termination under process. please help me, i want to remove this qurrelsome datacard

      Hi,

      My friend sebestian zakariah and I had taken a Reliance Netconnect service in pune but due to some coverage issues, we had requested for the termination to the customer care. The details are below :-

      We had requested on 8th Aug but we are still getting the bill. I have visited kalyaninagar office pune and talked to the persons over there. They have confirmed that it will be automatically terminated but it is not happening. I am still getting the bill and it is really very pathetic for us now and we are feeling that the customer service is really pathetic.

      I also had a reliance netconnect broadband (MDN-[protected] in Hyderabad) but due to extreme poor connectivity I disconnected it after clearing all bills till the date of disconnection. But still these FRAUD RELIANCE EXECUTIVES did not terminate my connection and after several months I get a notice from them that I need to pay a big amount otherwise legal action would be taken. It was only after the call I cam to know that my connection is not terminated. Later on I found that there are hundreds of such people who have been cheated by reliance executives.

      I REQUEST ALL READERS NOT TO PURCHASE ANY RELIANCE PRODUCT.
      REALIANCE IS TOTAL FRAUD, BIG FRAUD.

        I have a serious complain regarding my cell No. [protected]. I have made a payment of Rs.1904 at 31st August through my ICICI Bank Credit Card but still after making payment the outgoing service is barred (stopped) from Relinace Communications. Taking this issue I have called up customer care many times but they replied me to take the transaction statement copy to the web world and let them know the matter. I went to Reliance web world near City Bakery, Worli, Mumbai - 400018. They replied very rudely and told me to call customer care.

        Now what should I do ? customer care and webworlds (Reliance Gallery) are pushing the matter on each other and my outgoing service is stopped.

        Kindly, resolve the matter as early as possible to start my outgoing service.

        I hope for a quick and positive response from your side.

            My Reliance Mob No. is [protected], I faced many problem with my reliance cdma phone. soo many times without any reason my phone balance should deduct automatically, "20/09/2010" Today" 10-Rs of Waiver Charge for Song No. "6208202 Pee Loon" has been deduct from my mobile balance, but the renewal date is 22/09/2010, soo why you deduct my balance before the due date, why you deduct song charges 2 days before, today I also call your Reliance Customer Care No. 198 two 2 times but they give me negetive response, 1st first I talk with Mr. Puneet at 2:20 P.M Afternoon, he didn't solve my problem and cut my call, I call reliance customer care again one representative receive my call and tell me to hold, I hold his call 11 minutes continuously and then he also cut my call in 11 min 23 seconds. Reliance Customer Care Executives are really very Bad, tell me Sir what will i do with my reliance Mobile. .
            I request you please return my deducted money and Unsubscribe my caller tune...

                I am a customer of Reliance Communication services for last 5 years but for the last 2 year Reliance network in my area is very poor. i complained about several times to reliance call center & different authorities but there is no response to it. if you wants please check my complaint record from Nov-2008 to Aug-2010 again I have booked network problem complaint on 13/08/2010 at Reliance call center and my service request no was[protected].After booked complaint i was calling so many time at Reliance call center but every time call center person told me that your problem will be resolved within 2 or 3 days.than after some day i received massage from Reliance call center your complaint has been resolved if problem continues pls rebook.I re-booked same problem and request to officer plz book my complaint on my last request no because my problem was not resolve yet but that officer was not listen my actual problem and he is book my new complaint on25/08/2010 and my docket no is[protected].Reliance is one of the reputed company and this type of behave is not good for me.it is therefore requested to see the matter and do needful so that i can use the Reliance service more convenient way. we are using 5 reliance no. in my family

                  I buy a reliance cdma sim card on 23/08/2010. whose no is [protected] and the sim card no is RECRSC01959433 . At first sim card is activated 5 days later from date of purches . after 48 hours I recharge with rs 599 RIM to RIM free . when I was purches the sim I submited zerox of my DRIVING LICENCE ( BR[protected] AND my PAN card (AVJPR5100N) . I also fill up out of maharastra living form but on 02/09/2010 my sim card is blocked by reliance service center ( incoming and outgoing both are blocked and c. care line is also blocked on that no ) I resubmit my document three times but no action is taken by reliance till now. about 40 times I call the reliance c care by other reliance no each and every times they told me different reason. when i call c care through this no a instruction is given by computer for activate your service please contact c. care . on 15/09/2010 i press to c.care to take my complant and resistered my complain then thy take and tell me ur problem is solved with in 3 dayes but nothing is done up to now. so please take action against relaince and try to extend my 599 plan

                      Yesterday I made the complaint for [protected] regarding the wrong deduction of my balance. And today I received a sms from Reliance that “Dear Reliance Customer.SR[protected] has been resolved. Your wrong decrement has been verified & amt is deducted against sms usage.Thanks”. What is this?? I think that company don’t know the scheme of Rs. 47 in Rajasthan circle?? Why they are showing so careless behaviour?? According to this scheme, customer’s first sms will be charged and next 500 are free, and this thing is not going on in my number, that’s why I made the complaint, then why I received the sms that amount is not wrongly deducted and also your 3rd class customer care not responding, everyday they are not able to give me common information, about my query….Everyday I received the same reply that call us after some time, and in every call I have to tell each and every thing, and also they are not giving any feedback call to customer. I am sick of Reliance’s services. Please help me to get refund of my amount….and just coz of this thing I activated daily sms service, again here I am suffering.What the [censored]….. And also they deduct my balance in night when I was calling on local reliance number… Again wrong deduction. And they are miss behaving with me, One agent name was RajaRam and other is Vikas time 10pm-11pm on 16 Sept 2010. They disconnect my line just coz I want to spoke with their senior for complaining their collegues. Sir, I am a college going Student and I am requesting from you that please help me out in this matter, waiting for ur response.

                      Reliance India Mobile — Wrong Information by customer care executive

                      Dear Sir

                      I'm using my Reliance Mobile No [protected] since the launch of the company's service in U.P. i.e. almost 6 years. In the beginning, it was DAPO offer Plan and after continuing this plan for some almost 4 years I changed my plan to NJ 199, in which monthly commitment was Rs. 199.00 + service taxes.This plan was offering free local calls worth Rs. 150.00 and 500 free SMS (local). To reduce call rates in my plan I made a request in the month of September to activate service pack worth Rs. 48.00 with my plan. Last month I made a call to customer care of Reliance Mobile and enquired that is there any scheme under which I can pay some amount once and get my terrif reduced forever. Against my enquiry, customer care executive gave me wrong information and activated Plan MYMBLUNLTDONNET770. Today when I enquired about my bill, I came to know that my Plan NJ199 has been abolished and now it can not be activated again because there is no such plan exist with the company. In such circumstances I have no option left but to surrender my existing connection and make a legal complaint with for the incidance.

                      Reliance Mobile GSM — WRONG BEHAVIOUR OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

                      on 28 th sept on my mobile no [protected] rang ragila pack automatically activated by reliance.
                      and 30 Rs charges.After that i immediatly call customer care office regarding this complaint.
                      A.SAHU (Girl) received call at 09:03 AM .And regarding this Rang Rangila pack she told me that this pack is activated by you from R-world or Intenet.But I told her that the one message was come from company for free ringtone and I just read this message and after that I check my balance I found 30 Rs cut from main balance.I told her I am not activate the pack But she didnot not give me a proper information regarding Rang Rangila pack.She told me that pack was activated from mobile or internet .I told her I am not activated the pack .She didnot give me a proper information.She is in customer care but her communication to customer is not proper.She didnot give proper information.
                      Her personality is not good.

                      Reliance Mobile GSM — fake promises made to me..

                      Actually this happened to me on 4th april 2010...it all started with my intention to download a game from rcomwap(site of reliance).i just clicked on a game named as mumbai terror and they charged 49rs instantly from my balance but the game was not downloaded on my mobile as due to network failure which happens quite a lot in reliance so nothing to surprise..so i revert back to customer care for my querry
                      and they started giving me silly excuse for same..but when i told them my set is compatible and i do have memory in it than the guy told me it ll get downloaded itself by the morning or you can call us back again we ll write ur complaint..so in the morning i woke up with the hope but when i checked my mobile they shattered away...so pertaining to that i
                      called again to customer care the guy told me that he had written customer complaint and he assured me that i ll get my money back within 48 hours....so i waited for 60 hours and again i called customer
                      care and this time i got really pissed off when they told me there is no such complaint for ur no.
                      and i told the guy to put me through on line to supervisor and when i talked with supervisor he was so afraid to tell me his name and cut my phone and again when i called same cycle repeated....
                      3rd time when i called the guy told me that you ll not get your money back but i can write ur complaint just for sake to save himself....


                      so this is the incident which happened with me and during the course i talked decently even with the supervisor who was very rude to me...
                      AND IMPORTANT THING IS THAT I HAVE ALL THE CALLS RECORDED IN MOBILE and i can put this thing as evidence...

                      so plz guide me what actions i should take against them as i was humiliated....
                      I am using Reliance GSM service . On[protected], I received a SMS which says successful activation of the Cricket Pack which will charge Rs.5 per day but I haven't activated such service from my mobile despite Rs. 5 have been deducted each day. Following are the phases I have been crossed.

                      1) I raised a complain to the customer care executive and said about the above scenario then he replied that " The SMS you have received is sent by mistake, you have not subscribe such service".
                      2) My balance has been deducted Rs.5 everyday so I again rang and raised a complain which has complain ID :[protected] which is supposed to be solved in next 48 hours. Executive said we have deactivated the service and the balance have been deducted will be refunded after 48hrs.
                      3) Issue have been not solved despite completion of the 48 hrs, I again performed the complaint's follow-up but didn't get the satisfactory answer.
                      4)I am raising the complain since 10th of sept and parallelly performing the follow-up to the complain but my issues has been not solved and balance is deducted despite I received a SMS which ensures service has been deactivated
                      5) On 16th I again received a SMS with a new complain ID :[protected] saying " Your issue will be solved within next 24hrs" but I haven't raised this complain with this new complain ID, I talked to the senior executive Mr. Hemant from Mumbai and he assured that it has been the mistake committed from his team and will refund my deducted from my account. Despite these complains my issue remain at the same situation.
                      balance has deducted but not returned to the my account. I am really mentally enervated by the customer care executive and their senseless statement because every successive executive puts allegation on previous executive regarding mis-handling of the complain. Every time I got assurance from executive but my complain has been not sorted out despite my sincere efforts to solve this nuisance. Every time I get a new excuse from executive regarding the immense delay in solving the issues.
                      6) Now again balance has been deducted not refunded to my account and it was said “balance has been charged correctly". I am tired of this series of false and futile statement given from your side. I have all proof as SMS which shows that it was fault fromreliance side and balance has been deducted was 100% improper and rubbish.
                      7) Finally I have been suggested to visit Reliance outlet to stop this service as they are failed to deactivated the service, they have been realised this after I have been crossed through 14 executives and thier futile efforts to stop this small service and took 9 days to realize this fact. What a awesome service fromReliance? A shameful fact for the Relaince "Karlo Duniya Muthi Me".

                      I have talked to almost 14 executives but every time I get false promise from their side. I am completely dis-satisfied by these people are :
                      Sandeep Yadav, Ashok Yadav, Adnan, Mothi, Swetabh, Hemant, Mudassar Qhureshi, Ashok and many more. I forget the names rest one, so unable to mention it.
                      I want to intimate that the service provided for solving a very less severe issues was pathetic and irresponsible attitude has been showed by the executives. I am going to post this complain on my blogs, forum and twitter as you people are completely worthless and in-effective to solve this issue. The service requires immediate upgardation in the quality otherwise it'll be set-back for the company. It was my prime duty to make aware of these lacoone and finally I am going to post this issue over the internet as I also consider this as my duty to make the crowd of India aware about the usingReliance service is completely Un-Reliable and it is sucking the crowd.

                      Now Reliance is landed with latest third complain which also does not give any gurantee to be solved as it has been mentioned by the senior executive Mr. Chandrakant. what to do with these rubbish complains..

                      my balance has been deducted because of some mtv bakvas services which is not activated by me , and i refuse the same i called customer care a boy named kiran received and was talking rudely.............

                      The man from your side, who abuse me n mis behaved to me. from your no.[protected].
                      plz take appropriate action against him.Being your regular coustomer i don't expect such kind of behaviour from such a big & prestigious company.

                        i am roopam kapoor from biswan distt- sitapur u.p.(east). i am user of reliance cdma moblie services. my problam is in my town everyday the netwok of reliance cdma is not aviable . due to this i had to face so maney problams not only me so many thousands of custmors of my area suffer from this problam.
                        i am complaining because of this problam accur from last 8-9 months and rcom officals are not serious about that. some times its gone for 3-4 hours, some time for whole day and this is not enough some times for 2-3 days . Just like this time yesterday there is no netwok coverage in noon for 2-3 hours and again from evening not till now. this becomes regular thats way i am writing this complain to trai.
                        when we concact custmer care for to know the reagin of that they said due to some problam our server is down or any other problam which can`t satisfied us.everyday if netwok will not avialble then why they are providing services ?who will be responsbile for loss which accur for this problam ?
                        i am writing this complain letter to you with lots of hopes that trai will do some action against such inresponsbile opreatr`s . Spacialey cdma oprator`s because cdma users can`t change their moblie set for every user`s.

Fifteen days back in my mobile cricket score option is automatically activated. And daily 5 -10 rupees will be deducted from my mobile. When i called reliance customer care for lodging complaint & to take deactivate the service no one picked my call. And from that day to till date no one in reliance customer care is picking my call or giving any response. Without my fault, i am paying 5-10 rupees per day

                            I m Surana from Chennai. I would like to bring to the notice of management of Reliance Communication Ltd.
                            I m using GSM Card bearing no. [protected] since a month believing that company is a Good Co.. But Now I experienced that the it also cheat the consumer by deducting the money from the balance.

                            Fact, r as follows; 25.10.2010 morning 6.20 A.M. when I was sleeping, I recd. the msg. that Rs. 19.50 has been deducted from balance of Rs. 26/- for 1ps. sms for 15 days.Normally their is a booster of Rs. 39/- for a month for sms as I came to know.
                            When I called the the customer care, person was not able to reply and transfer the line to executive, He was also not able reply and disconnected the line.

                            This type opf a rude behaviour of executive is not good for the co.

                            I hereby request the management perople to look in the matter and restore the deduction money immediately, failling which may go to consumer form.

                            It is one more advice to management if comapny is not able to serve and running in the loss batter to close the business not to cheat the customer in this way.

                            FIRSTLY, I am highly THANKFUL TO YOU FOR RESOLVED MY LAST AND FIRST COMPLAINT WHOSE which is successfully resolved and balance is refunded. THANKS
                            Secondly, I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number [protected], 20 RUPEES deducted from my mobile on 17 March 2014. I was checked my balance on 16 March then approx. 20 rupees in available in my mobile but when I checked my balance on 27 March then its shows Rs. 0. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you activate MISSED CALL ALRET service through R-WORLD and this will not refund you, if you call within 3 days of deduction then it’s may be refunded to you. Then I talked to senior then he told me that you activate MISSED CALL ALRET service through SMS (you send us message for activate) and this will not refund you. Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my account and they making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament.
                            Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance.
                            I am highly THANKFUL to you.

                              I activated a service on my reliance smart number- [protected], it charged Rs 77 and I was asked to charged just 20p/min for all calls of RIM,Reliance smart and RCOM
                              after 2-3 days this service was removed and my old plan was re-activated
                              I want this service BACK and extended for the number of days I wasn't served that service
                              please look into the matter,as this service is only for a month.......

When the polybag of milk was opened we find some bad odour from milk, immediately i went back to the shop and showed him the milk. i asked him to change the milk but he denied to refund my money. the think came in my mind is this milk not the duplicate, so i m compainting you to help me and check the sample of milk what i m keeping with me at my home.

                                  i am anurag and i am a customer of reliance gsm.from past 2 months i have been using thier night calling by recharging my number ,[protected],by rs.69.But day before yesterday on 13/9/10 when my limit of night calling was over i got an sms that your reliance night calling service is going to end in 3 days so recharge your mobile again with rs.69 so that you can get an uninterrupted service.so i recharge my number [protected] with rs. 69 on the same day.but when it was not working at night i called them and asked why isn't it working so they said that you should have recharged it after the date of expiring of your last voucher and this 69rs of which you recharged are of no use now you have to recharge again after 16/9/10 the date of expiring of the earlier voucher.when i said them that i got an sms from you they disconnected the call.
                                  So sir please help me in this case so that it doesnt happen with anyone again.

                                    This is to inform you that I got Reliance cdma no. [protected] couple of years ago. I've cancelled getting SMS for Cricket Score almost an year back. But again the SMS for Cricket Score got activated suddenly from 11th September 2010 without my permission. I've called the customer care to complaint the same on 11th September 2010 and a person called Srikanth lodged the complaint and also said "will try and return back my money deducted". Alas! it is almost a week now still I am getting those stupid SMS Cricket Scores and my balance is being deducted. Since 2 days I'm trying to contact #333 but no one lifts the call - it says "Our Representative is on other call - will answer you shortly" but never answer anyone even for days.

                                    So, kindly i am requesting you with out my permission do not activate any plan in my cell phone and i do not want any company sms and company advertisment phones in my cell phone no. please do not offer me any more and distured me. Futher if my balance is deducted for these stupid things and I recevice any sms or company phone i will deactivate my sim.

                                    Reliance Mobile — Balance deducted by cricket offer

                                    Reliance is the most fraudent telecom company. Yesterday, I received a SMS regarding cricket prize offer and Rs. 49/- deducted from my account. While trying to customer care, the person replied that it is activated by your telephonic permission taken by our representative.

                                    Reality is that I never applied for this type of offers.

                                    This is the most stupid thing. BEWARE of this fraud company.

                                      I am holding Reliance CMDA mobile from last several years, from last 2 months they have started debiting amounts for the services we do not require & that are been debited at midnight, when call to Customer Care first of all we have to wait for 5 - 7 minutes to get connected to the concerned staff after informing our complaints for debits they inform our system is not working & will be ready after 1 - 2 hour, again we recall them we have inform all data once again to the new staff but they could not resove our querry & also do not launch our complaints. After pushing them a lot they transfer our call to their executive incharge here once we have to inform him the whole Mahabharat. Debits are made for Cricket Score SMS whereas we do not require such facility,
                                      (apni income ke liya dosro ko marna) after several complaints & information given to Customer Care - Reliance the system is still continued by them & every day they deduct INR - 6 -7 from balance.

                                        This is to inform the authorities concerned that the Reliance telecommunications have deducted Rs 10/- from my account with the tel no---[protected] (pre-paid connection) without my consent or knowledge for jokes pack. When this was informed to the customer care, they said that it will be taken care but nothing was done so far to get this fixed. I had spoken to the Reliance executive "Mr.Meghraj" on Sep-01-2010 evening and after 2 days Mr.Vijay--one of the executives also confirmed about the refund of the money. On Sep-05-2010, I spoke to the supervisor---Sripad about the same who was trying to hide the executive's mistake. Every call from the customer is recorded but inspite of that these people are looting the subscribers like anything. Is there any one who can help in this matter? Earlier also, in the month of June, when a complaint was raised, an amount of Rs 30/- was refunded. Is this the way Reliance plays fraud with their customers? Are you here to provide better service or loot customers of their hard earned money?
