I want to activate DND service on my mobile phone .I have prepaid connection of Delhi (NCR) please tell me about this .Have u any chargres for this service

Idea is the MOST USELESS service provider in india, its my request to everyone not to use this sim card. they are unnecessarily charging.
this idea cellular is most bogus service provider in india. the customer service people dont have the manner to talk with their customers.
An Idea can change your life : it means in its true sense that "it can make you from Rich to POOR" by charging you unnecessarily for the services.

    i have been using the reliance broadband plus connection for the last month.As the days progressed the speed of broadband gradually decreased to a miserable 5 kbps during usage.After calling the customer care,they cited congestion issues disregarding the fact that speed lower than 256 kbps cant be classified as broadband.Even my dial up connection from Tata Docomo provides me with greater speed and is much more preferable at 10% of the price I pay for the netconnect.As you have to pay a large amount for the broadband device itself,the circumstances become much more grievious.All I can say is reliance is one of the most unreliable service providers in the country right now and can best be defined as providers of the poorest quality of service possible.Such companies should be scrutinized strictly under the legal structure and consumers should be compensated for their losses.

      my mobile no. is [protected] and i am using the no. since reliance launched gsm services. but now i am getting problems in using. approx 2 months ago, without my knowledge, reliance subscribed a service named movie masala service on my no. and cut rs 49. i talked to them but they said that with my consent it has been done so but its not in my knowlegde. anywaz i said them to plz unsubscibe the service, they said that ok it will b done in 24 hours. but even now after so many complaints at their customer care, still they are cutting the balance money and again and again saying it will b unsubscribed today wenever i talk to customer care. wenever i refill the balance they cut the money and balance goes in negetive. i can say now that reliance is the most foolish company of the world. they never think abt the problems of their customes. reliance is just like hell. .
      i dnt hope weathr i will get out of this prob or i will change my no.

        i had taken netconnect from kolkata, after coming to pune i wanted to convert the same from from postpaid to prepaid. so i gave an application. but webworld told me first you disconnect your postpaid no. and then we will convert it to prepaid. when my no. got suspended i came to know that there is a balance of Rs 33/ on my account as balance and told by customer care that you can get the amount from any webworld. on approaching webworld i have been told that u migrate to prepid then we will put this money on your account. howecer, i wanted my money back and want to migrate to prepid later and willing to let my no. under suspension till that time.so iam not getting back my money.

          sir i have a mobile number [protected].i have already filed a complaint against reliance with the subject"i recharge according to the sms by them but now they say that its invalid"
          but sir the problem is not yet solved.day before yesterday i got a call from reliance that the problem is solved now and now you can use your night calling voucher which will end on 13th october.and it was working on that day.but today when i tried to call a friend who was also a reliance customer,the credit was being deducted.so i called the reliance customer care and asked about this problem,so they said that you have consumed the limit of this pack,i.e. 300000 second, and now recharge your account again with rs.69 to use this service.but sir i have not used this service so that its would end all the 300000 seconds.so plz kindly help me on this so thst i would not happen again.

            I had bought a netconnect card(postpaid) in June 2008. On sept 15, i moved to Delhi and since my card was still active then, paid all pending bill. Even though I did not use my card on roaming while in Delhi, i was still being charged extravagantly- the bill showing data charges plus some other thing I could barely comprehend. When I refused to pay the bill since I was not using it, Reliance repeatedly called and harassed me. They terminated my services (January 2009). Just to put everything behind, I paid them whatever amount was pending (3000 once and 2000 next).

            Now, I received a notice from an advocate saying I have to pay Reliance Rs. 2121 more. The bill for which was never sent to me and the interim period between 2009 and sept 15, 2010, no bills or intimations were sent to me regarding this amount. I haven't used their services since Dec 2008 and yet I am being billed an outrageous amount after almost a year.

            I have sent out e-mail to all available customer grievances numbers Reliance has on its customer support site including e-mails to the nodal officers. I called up the lawyer in question and his secretary told me he would sent me the bill. I haven't heard back from them either. I called up the Reliance call center and they told me the number had been terminated and they have no records of any pending payments. I followed up with the guy who kept promising me he will send me the bill soon. I have not received any bill thus far. The Reliance center in Goa was little help and seemed reluctant to help. I have made no payment and the last date mentioned on the notice was 28th Sept. 2010.

            I have only faced difficulties and confusion from Reliance Goa center while using their services.

            Please help.

              I bought a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ from a Reliance WebWorld near George Town Chennai on 20/09/10. At the time of buying it was said the time required for Activation is one hour by a Salesman named Rohit(Mobile No.: [protected]). But it was not activated as said above. I was visiting the WebWorld daily regarding the problem, but i was not able to get a proper response from them(includes from the Store Manager). After 5 days, still the activation process has not done. They made me stand in WebWorld for more than 5 hours.

                I applied for Reliance Broad band and phone connection on 8 August 2010 and completed the documentation on 8 August 2010 (with Cheque of 500 Rs).

                Reliance Employee (Jafar - Cell -[protected]) came to my place and he said that there are already 3-4 connections presently in my building of Reliance so it is feasible and I would get the connection in 5-7 days. He took the document and cheque. I did not get the connection in next 10days. The cheque of 500 was debited on 19 August 2010 be reliance before providing the services.

                I tried to call at the toll free number (reliance Call Center for broadband) and everytime heard that they will inform this to the Sales team and somebody will get back to me. I got a call from Mr Raghu(Cell- [protected]) in the last week of August 25-26 and he said that they can not provide me the connection and rejected the application because the required wire length exceeded the approved limit.
                It means there wasn't any Reliance connection in my building and your employees basically lie to people to sell the connection by any means.

                I have been trying to get my 500 Rs back since then and Mr. Raghu and Jafar are not even responding.

                  Hi,

                  I have taken a net connection which is in my name Haris Fauzan whose number is [protected].

                  The issue is that i have made a payment for Rs 1320 by Cheq. on 27/07/2010 at Relliance web world NFC, Okhla. which they are claiming for not receiving of the same. They asked me to provide my bank statement so that they can see where the money has gone.
                  Now, after submitting the bank statement which shows that their account has been credited with that amount and they are still claming for non receipt of funds without any proper investigations.
                  its been 30 days and i have not received any resolution for it. They(Reliance) have started chasing me like any thing, they are basically mentally torching me and harassing me for no reason.

                  I would request you to please look into the issue so that defaulters can be punished and so that General Public can see their original face. And also they should think twice before cheating in this way.

                    activating devotional pack without asking/confirmation and charging unnecessarily...

                    I am Abhishek Anand. My RIM mobile no is [protected]. In my mobile Panchang pack was activated voluntarily by the reliance service without even my confirmation. Further, they have charged me Rs. 30/- in the month of 31 Jul and 31 Aug 10 each month.
                    In this regard, i had contacted to customer care several times and requested them to returning of deducted above money.......But not action have been take till the date....Request, look into the matter and slove my conmplaits.

                      Why not to take Reliance Broadband+:

                      1. When you get fed of their pathetic services and want to disconnect the connection - they charge you bill + disconnection charges. Disconnection charges told to me were Rs. 700.

                      2. Their internet seldom disconnects

                      3. The device supports HighSpeed 1x and Broadband+ modes. HighSpeed1x is pathetic speed like GPRS. Broadband plus is useful only if you are in some specific cities and on top of that specific areas.

                      4. When your connection is barred - your billing meter still ticks and you still get charged. For example: if your connection is barred on 15th of a month and your billing date is 21st. You will be charged till 21st and will continue getting charged till you disconnect their connection (of course along with that pathetic disconnection charges). So even with no usage, be ready to pay them bills.

                      Think twice before you go for this fraud company. Anil and Mukesh's dad was much better a person. These two brats are spoiling everything.

From last month a shayari service is activated without any request and any demand. Its charges are cut from my balance. Already with in 20 days - charges are Rs 30/-.

                        I request you to stop this type of business. Also I request you to unsubscribe the service 1375 of shayari immediately sothat I can the further cutting of charges.

                        Reliance did the same to me too. Not once but twice. And once to my sister too. This happened last month. The first time i called up customer care and blasted their ears off, and even had to use a couple of bad language. But ultimately Rs.40/- was refunded, only to be activated again next month. But i haven't left them alone i keep calling every now and then and keep taking out my anger on the poor customer service people. but i wont stop till they refund the amount. no wonder reliance is doing so well, if they rob each customer of 40 bucks a month, and they should be having atleast a million customers in a country like India, that itself makes it 40 million a month. Hmm.. i've decided tht i'll pester them till they return my money and the minute they do that, i'll change my connection to some other service provider, who doesn't have to cheat people to run their lives.Bloody reliance a$$h*l*s!!!

                          Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards the force measures adopted by Reliance Communication people at Katni. To tell the matter , I am describing it as under-

                          I had taken one coin box from Reliance Communication ( Reliance Webworld at that time) katni on 12th October 2005 by paying a cash of Rs 4500/- which was made operational in First week of November 2005 after legal formalities and no 395834 was alloted. Since starting itself I faced following problems of poor service/product:-
                          1. The receipt of Rs 4500/-was not given to me in spite of repeated requests.
                          2. The warranty certificate of the coin box was not signed/ stamped.
                          3. The coin box started giving problem soon after installation. In initial 3 months ie by Jan 2006 , it was repaired by Reliance people 6 times, every time causing stoppage of service for two- three days. I requested Reliance person Mr. Anurag to replace it as it was a defective one, but he denied and assured to repair it.
                          4. After thorough repair in march 2006, it was put in service but again started giving same type of problems. It was repaired 4 times in 3 months ie from April 2006 to June 2006. In June, Mr. Shushil Sharma, head of Reliance Communication was requested personally by me and my husband but he also refused to replace it.
                          5. As our request was not responded, I stopped very frequent recharge because we were unable to utilize the talktime Rather. We started a recharge voucher of Rs 50/- just for extension of validity so that we could utilize our talktime. On this we were warned over telephone that service would be withdrawn. Meanwhile we contacted Mr Akash of Reliance Jabalpur who assured to look into the issue.
                          6. On 22 November 2006 few persons from Reliance Communication came to my shop and forcibly lifted the receiver( antenna) . Our person tried to resist it but they said it was their property. Without antenna the coin box became useless and apart from our Rs 4500/- purchase amount the balance talktime of approx Rs 800/- could not be utilized. After that I contacted Mr anurag and queried why it was lifted without serving any notice, he told he could do whatever he wanted and further told that we should be thankful that he did not use his “ vasulli person” ie recovery agent.

                          Being a lady, I could not think of going to court or seek police help particularly so because I don’t have much documentary evidence to prove that it was being repaired so frequently or that the service was stopped for so many days. But I think a proper publicity to such a improper behavior by Reliance Communication people must be highlighted so that people can be aware on such things.

                          Hi,

                          We had purchased Reliance landline a few years back. While the phones promised mobility within the city, it is not even giving it to me in my home.

                          The network keeps fluctuating and the company also refuses to exchange the phone or help it get repaired in case of any problems.

                          Seems as if the company has completely given up on the landline business and the customers involved.
                          reliance customer care /telephone officers are not at all good...they dont know about their plans itself...they are confusing customers...worst service...was thinking relaince now i'm totally frustrated with this cdma handsets...cant move other service provider also...have to run with this fools.
                          i have been receiving promotional calls and messages at odd hours which cause disturbance and harrasment to the customer . you are requested to please look in the matter . cell no [protected]

                          i am livin in haryana and here reliance has launched its gsm service with very attractive scheme but on the other hand they r givin very weak connectivity range which sometimes work and a 24hrs busy network which is against TRAI regulations. U can not dial a bsnl no. frm rel. gsm it always shows "route busy" what i do???
                          My mobile no. is [protected] . It has been migrated for life time i.e. 21.07.2021 from 28.04.2009 where as I have not requested for the same or nor a life time voucher has been recharged by me.

                          On enquiring from reliance cusomer care no.*333 once they have replied they cant do any thing and second time a person has replied that it is being due to network problem and it will be corrected automaticaly after 30.04.2009.

                          We are waiting of crossing the date 30.04.2009 to authenticity of their commitment.
                          I am using Reliance GSM number [protected] since 2003 but after every 4-5 months they asked me to submit my identification details and debarred my number. This time also they do the same. My number is debarred. Till now it is not activated. I have given all the id details they asked for. Please help me. I will be grateful to you.

                          my name is sagar seth and my mobile no. is [protected]. am using this no. from 5 years. in past i never complained about services provided to me . i even recommended reliance to my friends also because of very good network coverage. but now a days am really very disturbed with your poor services. i have complained so many times given so many feedbacks to customer care but i found no solution.I received messages saying that your complaint has been resolved but still am facing the same problem.
                          first of all there is very poor network coverage. Network fluctuation is become very common for me. am not able to make or receive calls. Some times it says phone is not responding, sometimes phone is not reachable. In case the phone is switched off people still listen ringtone.message sending failed. call failed. Messages are not received at all.
                          I have activated missed call alert also but never get missed call alert on time. Alert message comes after 2 or 3 days. tell me then what is the use of missed call alert service if am not getting alerts on time. If someone sends message to me either am unable to receive or if received then its late by 2 to 3 hours.
                          I have contacted customer care so many times regarding my problems. They are not ready to register my complaints,they just take my feedback even someitmes they don't talk properly.Now a days i can't even contact customer care. It says "this route is busy" when i try to contact customer care.
                          they are providing so many value added services like callertunes, cricket, news update, astrology etc etc. But why don't they improve their basic services so that i can say again that reliance is very good. am really telling you that i am so much mentally disturbed and frustrated because of this. It has become a rarity for me to get proper services. in every 2-3 days i have to face these problem.
                          please help me am very irritated. please help me and provide proper services otherwise i have to break my relation with you and in future i will never recommend reliance to anyone.

When calling the 333/198 help desk, every time the reliance helpdesk saying the Server is down to get your info, Please call after 6 hrs/3hrs. The last time I called 198 help desk at 11:38 AM on 11th Apr 2011.

                          This is a kind of ideotic answer (irretating) if you listen all the time from your telephone provider to whom you trust.

And 99.00 rupees charged from my account. Today when i use data service than 100 rupees charged from my account. When i talk to customer executive and customer executive said to me i can't help you now pls call again and i call again but say again same word.
                          Now i want my money back. I'm using this number for last 3 year. But this is my first compliant against Reliance.

                          I told customer care executive and he always make excuse "Deduct amount not showing in our system". But this is not my problem.
                          And they also can't explain that where is my deduction amount.
                          on 05/10/2012 i myself went to reliance world gallery for replacement of Sim card which does not catches network, standing in an huge Que when i reached at the counter the relationship lady she said call *359 from our R world gallery i told her i had already spoke to the people u please change the sim card,as the sim card was for data card usage on 21mbps speed and 950 monthly plan but the speed was not even 1 mbps speed when my usage at home and any where and she rejected me by providing a new sim card.

                          The Reliance people completely cheated me by providing a data card which does not has any speed at all another thing is it was just 15 days purchasing the data card they generated bill for rs 420 for 15 days non usage

                          so please do not go to RELIANCE ANY OTHER TIME

                          i am very tired with the poor service offered by reliance communication. From last 2 weeks i am complaning but they are not taking any steps. The problem is: My landline phone which i am using in office is not working properly. The problem is in instrument.Receiver is not working properly. Every now and then we have to chat through speaker which is not convenient in industry we are facing lot of problems while talking. Two times i have registered the complain but customer care executives are not doing their job.Finally when i got tired i told them that i will complain in indian consumer Act but one of the executive of reliance with whom i was talking on[protected]Monday) at 5:29 PM was so irresponsible i don't know his name he told me that if you want to complain in indian consumer act, you can complain. They always used to say that within 2-3 working days complaint will be solved. But not a single engineer wants to cum. I don't know why.

                          I hope indian consumer Act will help me. Please help me as soon as possible.

                            Hi this is naveen I am annoyed by the services which the reliance Smart providing regarding L20 service. I do not know how they activate the service. Let us suppose that I accidently subscribe the service, but after one month when the period of renewal came then I contact with customer care in Satna personally because there is no reply when I call on [protected] which is a customer care number of reliance Smart GSM Service, so many time I tried to contact, but their line always come busy.
                            I would like to request that plz try to solve my problem because the service charge of L20 service is Rs.30/- per month before renewing this service if the Reliance Smart gave me message regarding the subscription or unsubscription "whether I want to renew the service" but they instead of informing me about renewal before the date of subscription they directly without my prior permission renew the service.
                            Kindly before renewing any service please send me an message regarding unsubscription also.

                              i have got Reliance GSM sim card for which i recharge for Rs. 100/-On 17/9/2010 i had received an sms stating that i have subscribed for mobilenet for Rs. 51/- for 15 days for which i have no idea about what is mobile net..i had complained to the toll free no. of reliance *333 and spoke to Mr. Suman for which he told me the charges will be reversed back to me since i had only Rs. 46/- balance . When i tried to call my collegue i had the automatic answering machine asking me to kindly recharge...I had registered a complaint to reliance since they did not reverse me the charges. On 21/9/2010 again i called up the customer care and spoke to Ms. Alka and gave the complaint no. She told me the complaint is closed since you have activated the mobilenet and so we cannot reverse the charges.. Last time also it happened from reliance that they charged me for caller tunes without intimation from the customer and reliance had to reverse the charges..Is this way reliance people serve there customers by looting without any information from the users and being very rich? This isnt the way you tell the customers who have been using your valuable services since years. Kindly take necessary action on an urgent basis or else i will have to report the matter to the top officials of your esteemed organization.

                                I have a Reliance GSM sim No.[protected]. I recharged the card for Rs.50/- on 20.9.2010 but without making any call balance was reduced to Rs.17.86. Further for lodging my complaint to the service provider balance further reduced to Rs.16.30 however I was not connected to customer assistance. This is not first time, earlier also Rs.43/- were deducted from balance when free internet was offered to me. Customer care assured me that the deducted amount will be added to my account but this never happened.

                                  Today a massage informing "your subscription to simply music gold has been reneewed at Rs 25/-" appeared on my mobile and my account balance reduced by that amount.
                                  Why is this continously happening on smart sim.
                                  Do they want to lose their customers? Return my balance otherwise I will take necessary legal action.

                                    I have purchased a Samsung Corby(CDMA) mobile from chroma store in thane r mall-2. When i went reliance web world in thane noupada to activate internet they told me to get omh card from chroma as they can provide omh card only if you buy handset from them, after that i went to chroma shop and enquired about omh card, there they are saying that it will be provided by service providers and when i called at reliance helpdesk number *222 they said you will get omh card either in chroma or in reliance web world. Then i again went to naupada web world and connected them to *222 number but they refused to give me omh card.

                                    After this i launched a compalin in nodal office and they did confirmed that omh card should be provided by reliance web world but they(Tilak Chatterjee) closed the complain without resolving the issue.

                                    Now i have following options with me.
                                    1. Continue to use mobile without internet.
                                    2. Close reliance connection and take other like tata indicom where they are providing omh card irrespective of from where i purchased it.
                                    3. Buy omh card from other mobile shops in black(200 rs) without bill.

                                    It seems that reliance is trying to force handset buyers to purchace from webworld only.

                                    Reliance CDMA — No SIM delivered .. I don't have a connection BUT I GET BILLS !!

                                    Sir ,
                                    I Booked for a relaince CDMA postapid connection for the number [protected] on 12th Aug'09 ... after booking and paing the cash. I nevr hear from the people again !! I waited for a month and then raised complaints for a refund.

                                    Then to my astonishment I get a Postpaid mobile bill In my Name from relaince the next month !!
                                    I didn't recognise the number on the mobile bill !! I didn't own the connection ... nor did I have the SIM card or what ever !! I call up the people asking about it... they don't ans properly only !!

                                    When I told them that I would do to the consumer court, with out my knowlwdge they terminated the said unkown mobile number and closed it of with out even letting me know !!

                                    Now I havn't used the mobile , or connection .. but when they closed the said connection in my name.. they took the money I paid INITIALLY ( IN Aug '09 ) and adjusted it against the last bill !!

                                    How ridiullous is dat ??
                                    They open a connection in my name .. with out me sigining a paper or giving proofs ... they send me bills for a connection I don't own !!

                                    and finally they eat up all the money i paid them intially for no reason !!
                                    Corporate Frauds .. thats what RELIACE MOBILE should be called as !!

                                    I think RELIANCE is gettgin really complacent with itself... & MAYBE it is time to switch service providers.. especially with the facility of retaining your old number... & not having to go through the hassle of changing & updating you number evverywhere.

                                      I am using relince no since Feburary of this year.
                                      suddenly after 3 -4 months 10 rupee was deducted from my balance i calld their customer care and they just deactivated this service but did not refund my balance . I did not care much but after that i came to know that there is voice chat activated on my no without my knowledge as in this only 1 rupee is deducted daily i came to kmow about it very late when my balnce was very less when i called them 7 times they said that service has been deactivated but balance deducted daily at last one of them gave me a no to logout after one day again my service is activated then i talked to their seniors they said it wont happen next tim but again it happend again icalled again it happend i am just fed up pf this reliance
                                      one more thing even i have subscribed to do nt disturb still i receive messag once in a month

                                        I Shri Ashwini Kumar Panda,have taken the post paid connection of reliance along with the new CDMA mobile.The mobile number is-+91-[protected].As per the plan-995.it is informed to me by the branch head(Naga Prasad) and sales executive(srinivas)at Reliance Web World,Mehdipatnam,Hyderabad that it is unlimited free to any reliance CDMA,GSM.more over it is also shown in their tariff brochure clearly what they told.So I made the call to RTL number in orissa and at last i got the bill 2395 which is wrongly charged as per their commitment.When i went to head office and intimated to one of the concerned personnel(name-Sri latta) she told me to wait and in the mean time i took the lowest tariff plan -99 for getting the justice.Till now i didn't get any justice.As i reported to them until unless i get the justice i won't pay the bill.So plz kindly consider this matter and give me the justice for which act o[censored]r kindness.Thank u. Infact i am planning to open out the fact in "Speak out" in Deccan Chronicle. more over i didn't get the paper bill till now.So can i conclude that "RTL IS NOT A RELIANCE GSM"
