Reliance India Mobile — deducting my balance without any reason
sir,my self farazul bari student of lovely professional university btech 1st year. i got fed up with the service of reliance india mobile. the company automatically put some caller tune, or other value added services to my number and deduct the money from my account. sometimes in the form of callertunes and sometimes in the form of missed call alert. please sir do something.
My balance has been deducted on 02/11/2012 with an amount of RS:-19 without my permission or without contacting. I was able to unsubscribe from the offer by calling the customer care with a promise of crediting the same amount with in 40 minutes on 03/11/2012.. But am still not able receive the amount in my account, as i suspect there is a blind eye on my complaint by RIM. This is been a constant concern to me that why relieance always deduct money without contacting the customer.

Reliance India Mobile Prepaid Consumer — without permission deducted money
Dear Sir/Madam,This regarding my Reliance Mobile Number [protected], I had opted for an Do not service (DND) long back ago. Still I am receiving unwanted sms from the service provider. Recently I received an msg regarding fun pack activation, where I did not activated any thing and just wanted to hear what it is all about. Then they deducted 30rs from my account. Immediately I logged a complaint regarding this and they said i will revert back to your account within 24 hours. Now when I am calling regarding this they are saying it’s been resolved and found it been deactivate but amount will not be refunded. They are telling we can’t refund it at any cost. Please help me in this regard as this is not a matter of money. It’s like they are fooling people in such a cheap manner.
