I Abhiram anshu ([protected]) on 18 November, i recharge 1GB internet for 1 Month of Rs 255 then after some time i got message from 52811 that"DEAR CUSTOMER ,YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE.RELIANCE"
And the shopkeeper has done recharge successfully at that time,he shown me the message at that time.
Then tomorrow when i was using internet then my balance was deducted from my main balance around 40-50 rs my main balance has deducted,
then i called twice to *333 customer care they told no recharge has done,then i gone to shop ,then he talk to the customer care by his phone in front of me he told that recharge has been done successful by your phone on 9:41 am 18/11/2012 for 3G internet.
Then i again called to 198/*333 then they saying that our system has some problem please call us some after time.
Then tomorrow & day after tomorrow i again called, then also repeating the same problem ,then when i again called then i am not able to connect the customer care,just simply dial and come out & no talk to customer care.
I don't know when my complaint will be registered and when my problem will be solved.
Please do needful urgent & see my complaint.
