On my Reliance GSM Number [protected]k I recharged with Rs.60 on Nov. 24 & got full talktime worth Rs.60.
After that, my SMS pack renewed twice (on Nov. 25 & 26). Now my balance is Rs5.81 only & my outgoing SMSs are also chargable. I paid twice for SMS pack, and SMSs are not free. Reliance GSM is bugging to customers.

    My Reliance GSM number is [protected].
    I have not subscribed for VAS One97 Vp on my reliance. It has been subscribed automatically and has Deducted 30 rupees from my prepaid account.
    Calling customer care has not been of much help. Date: 26/11/12


    Please Refund the amount (30 INR), and kindly remove the subscription from this service as it is useless to me.

    Reliance GSM — unauthorised subscription

    Dear sir/madam
    a service called MYTASHAN Website is subscribe automatically on my RELIANCE GSM NO.([protected]). This service is completely unwanted for me. i want UNSUBSCRIBE it immediately but i do not find any procees (neither on the websites nor from Reliance).

    I tried at my level best but there is no unsubscription link on the website, this is a kind of fraud it charges Rs.20 per week. said amount will be deducted from my balance without my concern every week. I found 20-20 rupees was deducted 6 times from my pre-paid balance.

    Services like bollywood photos and joke of the day get subscribed automatically and when you try to remove such services they dont get removed on request through the ivrs. and no -one responds to the customer care call on the toll free number. moreover when i get the sms pack, none of my sms reach the other person. my number([protected])

    I AM CHANDRASEKHAR, MY MOB NO IS: [protected], I AM NEW USER FOR RELIANCE PREPAID GSM SERVICES, WITH IN A MONTH IN DECEMBER TWO TIMES RS. 30/-, RS 10/- TOTAL RS.80/-, FOR SOME VAS, ACTUALLY I NEVER ACTIVATED OR TRIED TO ACTIVATE VAS, THEY ALL ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED, WHENEVER I HAVE TRIED TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT BY DIAL 198, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYS OUR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN TRY AFTER 1 HOUR, BUT NEVER ABLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT, FINALLY ON 10 JAN 2012 THE COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED FOR ONLY RS. 30/-,WHICH IS DEDUCTED ON 30 DEC 2011, 11 JAN 2012 THEY REVERTED ONLY RS.13/-
    IT REPRESENTS THAT COMPANY ITSELF IS ACTIVATING VAS WITHOUT CONSUMER INTENTION, AND IS NOT ALLOWING CONSUMER TO REGISTER COMPLAINT, BY CHANCE IF WE REGISTER COMPLAINT COMPANY IS NOT REVERTING COMPLETE MONEY.
    I THINK RELIANCE CHIEF IS STILL IN MORE HUNGRY TO EAT MORE PUBLIC MONEY, AND ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE NAME IS 'ABDUL MEERAJ' THREATENED ME LIKE THAT " SIR I[censored] ARGUE WITH ME LIKE THIS I WILL DISCONTINUE YOUR CALL, SO THAT YOU NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO OUR SYSTEM", I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WEATHER THEY HAVE THAT TYPE OF SYSTEM OR THE EXECUTIVE HAS BLUFFED LIKE THAT, BUT IT IS VERY RUDE WAY OF CONVERSATION.
    FINALLY ONE THING IS SURE, RELIANCE PREPAID GSM HAS A COMPLETE SET OF PROCESS AND TEAM OF EMPLOYEES TO EAT PUBLIC MONEY, I HEARD THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY CONSUMER, ALMOST EACH AND EVERY RELIANCE GSM PREPAID CONSUMER IS FACING SAME PROBLEM.

    I AM REQUESTING GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS WAY OF SERVICE.

        have mutual fund of Reliance Power Diversidefied since two year back. Along with the this I have purchased two others companies metual fund. At the time of need of these fund I have applied for redemption of from for all three fund including Reliance. Rest of Reliance both are redeemed but Reliance has refused my redemption with the reason "Signature Differ" whereas two other fund (SBI & HDFC) got redeemed. Then I have again applied for redemption then it again rejected. I am very very much disappointed with Reliance Mutual Fund. they are not going to realease my money.

        Now I am going to make legal action against "RELIANCE MUTUAL FUND" and would report to media also.

        I would suggest to every one that be careful for invest money with Reliance Mutual Fund. They dont return investers money at the time of need.

          through axis bank net banking. The money was deducted...and in mobile received message that "Dear customer, your request could not be precessed. please try agai."

          I stay in Kolkata.Yesterday I recharged with 496 plan.But after recharge one msg came that my account has been updated with .00 paise and I cannnot make any calls.Whenever I am trying a number I am hearing that I have insufficient balance for making this call.I am trying the customer care continuosly but I am not getting the line.

            I Abhiram anshu ([protected]) on 18 November, i recharge 1GB internet for 1 Month of Rs 255 then after some time i got message from 52811 that"DEAR CUSTOMER ,YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE.RELIANCE"

            And the shopkeeper has done recharge successfully at that time,he shown me the message at that time.

            Then tomorrow when i was using internet then my balance was deducted from my main balance around 40-50 rs my main balance has deducted,
            then i called twice to *333 customer care they told no recharge has done,then i gone to shop ,then he talk to the customer care by his phone in front of me he told that recharge has been done successful by your phone on 9:41 am 18/11/2012 for 3G internet.

            Then i again called to 198/*333 then they saying that our system has some problem please call us some after time.
            Then tomorrow & day after tomorrow i again called, then also repeating the same problem ,then when i again called then i am not able to connect the customer care,just simply dial and come out & no talk to customer care.

            I don't know when my complaint will be registered and when my problem will be solved.

            Please do needful urgent & see my complaint.

                my name is jagdeep singh iam from ludhiana (punjab) .My reliance id is[protected] and iam suffering from lots of problems with your broadband internet. from last 4 months my internet connection is not working properly the speed is extremely slow and i register the complaint regarding this but non of your technical ER will came or resolve my problem .from last 4 month i cant not upload any thing .the uploading of any content is not working on your network and the site is also open very-2 slowly and till this problem is not solve yet.iam very disappointed
                with you poor service .what kind of technical team you have which cannot solve my problem from last 4 months and please give me the technical head department contact number of ludhiana and if this problem is not solve and if your technical ER is not visit in my area and meet with me in couple of days then i have to register a police compliant for this because you cannot care your customers .AND i register the complaint on 28sept and the customer care person tells that it was resolved on 30 oct which is a big lie from them because iam still suffering from same problem and you think that the people is fool and pay for your crappy internet which actually not working as you told before install the new connection .I ONLY WANTS THAT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY YOU CAN AND GIVE ME A WAIVER FROM 28SEPT TO 30OCT BECAUSE IAM NOT USE YOUR INTERNET DURING THIS TIME INTERVAL DUE TO YOUR CONNECTION PROBLEM.my contact no is [protected]

                I got the Reliance Broadband connection before 4 months but from the starting but i did not get the proper service meaning i got 100 KBps instead of 1 MB. For this i have logged around 12 to 15 complaints but they are used to closing the call without resolving . Hence i have decided to terminate the connection and for this i have logged 5 calls but after every call they are requesting to use for another 10 days to get the better service then too i had received 100 kbps speed .Evenafter they didnt terminate the connection. Finally they have agreed and terminating now.
                They have told me that the amount will be refunded ... lets see

                  I got the packs deactivated by calling customer care, but now the reliance's system is automatically activating all the packs and deducting the balance. My balance was 352 which now came down to 265. Company once activated the std31 pack on 23/11/2012 and on 24/11/2012 they activated two packs std31 once more and stv24, are the ones which I got deactivated. Because I dont need these packs in presence of some other pack. I request company to deactivate all these packs and refund me the amount.

                            Reliance data card no [protected]. i installed three months back. i got a prepaid connection for 3GB for Rs 650/-.
                            from day one i neither got the speed entitled to me nor did the customer care of Reliance respond when i was/is not able to connect to the internet.
                            Yesterday the Reliance helpline customer care person told me to contact a service centre somewhere in North Delhi and report that the data card usb has gone into "sleep mode". and it would take an indefinite time for getting it rectified.
                            i am a retired person. i have health problems i cannot take this stress as my Doctor told me, i should stay calm
                            this company Reliance is cheating its customers and no one can stop them

                              Reliance India Mobile — Reliance Prepaid balance deducting automatically

                              Hi Reliance Team/Bihar,

                              I have complaint to all of you member that, I have a prepaid number in Bihar-Mokama location.Every time we are recharging my number and getting some talk-time, after few days my balance is automatically whole amount is deducted from by balance.

                              just take a further action regarding this issue other wise I will take action against all of you.

                              without any reason it deducting all the amount from my account.Can you give me the proper reson for this insidance.If you will not take ation I will file a case to all of you team member.

                              My brother has recharged my cell and after few days my balance was 93Rs. but now it has been auto deducted and the now the balance is only 3Rs. Why ??????????????

On[protected] un-necessary asum of Rs 15/- was deducted from main balance without asking any service or pushing ANY BUTTON on contaqcting your customer service I was assured to discontinue the the service in question and return the amount in my account . but it could not be materialised so far. Yesterday i have got a message that i have activated my tunes service and they deducted rs 15 as service charge.i have not subscribed to this service .when i call to customer care and asked about this service they simply say that you have dialed *123# so we have activated this service now i do'nt want this service so unsubscribed it but they hav.nt returned my deducted balance. but how a provider can activate a service simply dialing *123# as many sim providers provides balance and validity info on *123# ,being habitual any one can dial it and reliance is making fools to their customer so i request to you and also to telecom authority of india to interfere regarding this matter.

                                Reliance GSM — New GSM sim not working.

                                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                My name is Vikas Pahuja. 15th November 2009 i have purchased a Reliance GSM sim Card [protected] from Reliance outlet situated at sector 14 Huda Market Gurgoan Haryana. At the time of purchase i was told that Sim will be activate on 16 November 2009 but it starts working on 17 November 2009 and after that first i recharge it with Rs 20 ,than Rs 58 and than with Rs100 but on 18 November 2009 suddenly it stops working.When on 18 November 2009 i went to there outlet than customer care executive by the name (Mr Joginder) told me that there is some technical problem in your number and it will be rectified before evening but nothing happen than again i went in evening than there Team Leader by the name(Mr Promod) told me that give me one day other wise i will replace your SIM card. On next day 19 November 2009 again i went to there outlet than he replaced my GSM Sim but still that problem is there so next day 20 November 2009 again i went there than some other executive by the name(Mr Satya) told me that your ID proof has been rejected because photo was not clear on your Driving Licence than i ask him why your Team Leader has not told me before than his reply was that there are too many forms may be he forget.After that he took clear copy of my Driving Licence and the executive by the name(Mr Satya) confirm me that tomorrow 21 November 2009 your number will be activate but nothing happen. Now Because of this i am facing too much problem so please suggest me what i should do now.

                                  These people are asking me to pay Rs 1221 for 0 usage. (that is i have not used the connection but still they are asking of payment. by sending SMS daily and calling me. I have explained my situation but all they need is only money this was the comment given by the collection executive. Is this the only thing you expect from customer.
                                  I am a prompt customer in paying my reliance bill which i have used. I was on medical - rest from may 2012 so i requested customer care through phone to disconnect my connection but they insisted to go for de-activation. I thought of continuing the service after six month but suddenly i got call that i have to pay Rs 1221 inspite of zero usage. There are no ways to disconnect the connection i have sent mail to nodal officer, Informed customer care executives but nothing is showing on record when my husband went to reliance office in Chennai. These in appropriate attitude towards customers are not professional way of handling people. I am pretty much disappointed kindly guide me what to do.
                                  I thought of extending my connection but due to this bad experience i wont take up any Reliance product in my lifetime. I need an apology letter from the concerned collection team for this kind of behaviour.

                                  Reliance Communication — harrasing a customer

                                  i had launched a complaint againest my moblie i had called 7 times at customer care but no one is able to rectify my complaint, everyone is tranffering me here & there my services are barred without any reason. no one is able to tell me why my services are barred. and everyone is saying your complaint is already registered it will take 24hrs to rectify it but anyone can tell me why i have to wait for 24 hrs for without any reason. i have to explain my whole story to everyone there is miscommunication in all the departments.

                                  They are just wasting customer time and harrsing the customer for no reason.

I'va called customer care no (*333) on last 1st November 2012 regarding the recharge validity of RS 23 & RS 69. Customer care representative told me that the both recharge offer will work at a time I can recharge both. But after recharging my no ([protected]) I'm getting only the offer of 23. I called customer care again But now they r telling that they never told me that the both recharge will be valid at a time. I had this same problem with customer care for 2 times of recharge. the date of the last attempt I'he mentioned here (1st NOV 2012). Please solve this problem & let me know the correct Info.

                                    This is my second mail against my same complain, this is inform to you that my mobile number is [protected] and my current plan is My unlimited 440, in which I have also taken STD package of 99. when I was migrating my plan first of all your customer executive did not inform me that if you are going to My Unlimited 440 and your STD pack 99 is active, so your free calling to the Reliance to Reliance will be laps in STD, when my unbilled usage gone high and again I contact to your customer care for confirmation of my plan either I am getting free calling to Reliance to Reliance in STD or not they told me that yaa your are getting free calls as per your plan, and I also confirm with them that my STD 99 pack is also activate so they told me that yaa your are getting free usage to Reliance to Reliance in STD number. As per talking with your supervisor Mr. Rashid he confirm all my details of plan in which I personally told him that if I am using My Unlimited 440 plan and also I already activated 99 STD pack them I will get a free usages to the Reliance number on the STD or not them he told that yes you will get a free call Reliance to Reliance in STD number, them I register a request for CDR (All Call Details) in that I found that which I call to Reliance to Reliance on STD number that I have been charge with Rs 0.99 paisa, them again on 29/05/2008 I call to customer care for complain so Mr. Rashid has also he file my complain and my complain number is UCS725723, and he also give me assure that waiver will provide to you. Today on 31/5/2008 again I call to your customer care them again your customer executive Rachna told me that you are getting free call to Reliance to Reliance on STD number. Them I talk to your TI (Team Leader) Rekha, she told me that as per your plan and your STD pack you are not getting any free call to Reliance to Reliance in STD number, them I told her that I got this information from your supervisor only, my main aim is that I should get beaver for that. Because information which is provide by your customer care is totally wrong. They all are providing wrong information to the customer from one company how it can be possible, by which customer are getting wrongly charges. And also I inform you that I will not going to pay my bill and unbilled amount until I get perfect solution and beaver for that. So please provide a perfect solution on this.

                                    Third he told me that he dont have time to explain further, bcz he is recieving some other calles also.
                                    He was very rude.

                                    I, Sanjeet Kumar Sah, user of Realiance Mobile in Kolkata. My Mobile No. is [protected]. In the Month of march I enquire from the Reliance customer care about their Jaadu Pack of 209. Their Customer care Executive inform me that if I regarge with Rs. 209 Jaadu Pack then I can call at any local number at Rs.0.50 paise and Std call will be charged at Re.1. I recharge with 209 jaadu pack on[protected]. But I wondered when I call to a Std number then they charged Rs. 1.50 paise per minute. That time I call to realince customer care again. They told me you hear wrong our executive say you the charge will be Rs.1.50 paise. Then I said him that I asked three times from the executive. He told thrice me Re. 1. I lodge a complain and my complain no. is 91796399. that time he said me that the problem is soved within 48 hours. But after 10 days the customer care executive denied to give me any information about my complain. they just told me we take action against our executive who give you the wrong iformation and why you call us lots of time for just Rs. 209. we cant do anything for you. I cant help you may do what you want to do. and they cut my phones some time and sometime they hold for more than half an hour my call and told me you dont disturb us for just rs. 209. we cant refund your money.

                                    So I am very disappointed You are my last option .

                                    This is not a single customer problem it arise with lots of cell phone owner customer.

                                    Plz you solve my problem. I am very Garceful to you. I have call details like when i call them and the duration.

                                      I had monthly 496 all India RIM FREE service. Six days after activation on 12/6/2008 they made a missed call for address verification and barred calls same day
                                      One lucky in a millon gets response from RIM customer care
                                      Proudy and careless capitalists seldom care about their customer but they essentially open a customer care dept. I was not that lucky
                                      No response from over a 100 calls for customer care, local office or dealer. One ill mannered Mr Soni at local RIM office claimed that no one can do anything against RIM as they are big enough. What ever time resumption takes RIM is not responsible, it cares not. No perioud extension for days out of service though it swallows your whole month All fault and responsibility
                                      is of customer I think this claim and manner is a part of their
                                      training programme. Resumption of service in 72 hours is a solid lie they speak
                                      Finally after seven days God knows better how services resumed on 18/6/2008 after swallowing a week and RS 116 What super quality of RIM service. I will wonder if this complain falls in ears of deaf Rim management, but brother my advice to u is

                                        I had activated whatsapp plan of Rs.16 and my main balance is deducting on using whatsapp or m.facebook.com.
                                        i really doubt what type of services you give.
                                        the customer care executives some of them don`t really know about the plan only and some just give irresponsible explanations.
                                        Rs.16 have been already deducted from the phone and extra balance is deducting on using whatsapp.
                                        no resolution is been given by any of the executive.

                                        i might lodge a legal complaint against reliance communication for distracting the customers with irrelevant offer.
