[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Lost my cheque | |
I am a Reliance Life Insurance policy holder. I dropped a cheque on 2nd Aug’08 in lieu of my premium due dated 4th May’08 in one of Reliance outlet, “NET ZONE – MADIPAKKAM, CHENNAI, TAMILNADU”. But I am yet to find the status of that cheque till date. Amount is not debited from my account either. I have raised a complaint on the 8th Aug’08 and got the Service Request # 3379331. But till now the customer service is not able to trace my cheque. I have even sent email to the customer service email ID rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com, which I have copied in this email also, but no response for that email also. I have even logged a complaint in the “Call Me Back” link in Rlife website under http://www.reliancelife.com/rlic/Contactus, but no use at all. Customer service people are not able to get me the right person to get in touch to resolve this issue neither they are able to resolve. Please help me to trace the cheque I dropped.
