[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance Co — non receipt of Insurance Policy documents

I am to inform you that, till date I have not received the policy documents/ other related papers from the Reliance insurance company.
The application no was A7167289, Dt.[protected] & your receipt no WC[protected].
It may please be noted that a bank draft no 63518 dated[protected] amounting to Rs 12,000 was remitted to your Insurance company through NSEM.
I would therefore request you to look into the matter and make arrangement to handover the policy documents to me without further delay, so that I may deposit the next annual premium immediately.
