Respected Sir / Madam I Mohit Soni worked with Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd as an Advisor , with Advisor Code 21303521 Bandra 1 Branch , Mumbai , and now since due to profession issue i have resigned my profile from your Company. Now its more than 15-20 days over i have not yet received my NOC from your company , even i have not received any dispatched details. I am regularly following up with Bandra Branch , but i m not getting any response from branch . The operation team are disconnecting my phone whenever i called office. Dear All,My name is Hemeshkumar Pradyumanbhai Thaker and My P.F.No. is MH/[protected]. I already subimitted my P.F. Withdrawl form but still date i havn't received my P.F. amount.
