I also get a call from Shardha contact No. [protected] (Mumbai) and they asked me to submit Rs. 20, 000 and take a insurance policy and I will get a loan of 4, 00, 000 within 45 days at 0% rate of interest. I had taken a personal loan some time back on 15% interest rate, so I was doubtful about this policy and checked the complains.

Sir,
i have problem with reliance life insurance and keep following my problem but they are giving correct solution. I, Anil Kumar Gupta is policy holder of your reliance life assurance (Client No.[protected]. I have done fund switch through mobile internet from pure equity fund to money market fund on 25th Oct 2012. I want to switch my fund from money market to equity on 31th Oct 2012, then i noticed my fund switch was not executed which was done on 25th Oct 2012.
they have problem with their software version which was launch soon. if i am doing fund switch by mobile, its showing fund switch successful but really it is not executing from my policy. I know that this is problem with their system and software.

My Reliance Life Insurance Policy No.[protected]Cash Flow Plan). I have not received money back Rs. 5000/- by 9th Feb 2013 or after. After written complaints also they are not giving any response. Written complaint was submitted to Reliance Life Insurance Office, New Panvel Branch. They have not given any complaint receipt, they comments that you will receive within 7 days but last 40 days past neither we have receive any cheque nor any reply. Kindly do favour for me.

I got call from [protected] & [protected] from Delhi. The person introduces herself as ROHIT SHARMA and calling from Reliance Life Insurance Company. He told me about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan. After conversation with her he transfer this call to her senior Mrs. Priti Sharma. She is telling me she is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept. She told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.

By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 50000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC. These people also told me that they we will give me money within 25 days from date of policy paper receive. They also told me that they transfer these 5lakh rupees within 25 days from policy purchase and then I have to pay policy premium of 50000 every year. But I told him I have not Rs.50000 I only give you Rs.15,000 they told me it’s okay to pay Rs.15,000 it will deduct your home loan instalment when you get the loan from reliance.
First it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it.so i was decided to invest Rs.15,000 of rupees and want to take loan of 500000 for ten years with 0% interest so That i had couried required cheque of Rs.15,000 to Reliance company at Delhi.
After that, phone calls are coming from Reliance people for verification, address verification and lot more. I thought all Things are on line and my 15,000 rupees had all so debited from my account in The name of Reliance Life insurance co ltd.
After that I received policy document and then I wait for 25 days. After 25 days I again start calling them but they are not picking phone calls. They always call me from no [protected] & [protected]. One or two time they pick my phone call and always told me that they required more 10 days or more 15 days like this. They just keep giving me wrong date commitment.
Then I call in reliance customer care I got to know that there is no scheme like this and after that I got to know that these people cheated me so with ref.to above subject I call reliance insurance many times and ask them details about this agent but reliance never provide me these information. I think reliance insurance company also in line with this agent and they both keep this cheat and fraud business. I want my money refund. Please help me.

Some days before I got call from Reliance Capital regarding loan, but there is one condition, if I want to take loan than I have to take Reliance Life Insurance policy, than only they can give me loan amount. There explain me plan ( I have to pay 45000/- rupees till 5 years , after 15 years I will get maturity amount 12,000,00/- and above, from that amount they can deduct loan amount and rate of 7% amount and balance amount cheq they will give me, they was offer me loan amount 7,35,000/-, I needed loan very much urgently that’s why I take this policy and if I take this policy there is no monthly EMI because, they was deducting loan amount from maturity amount, I was very much happy to here this plan, that time I was not have single rupees, but I arrange 45000/- and I taken policy from Reliance Life Insurance 21st of November 2012, I got document from Reliance after 10 days, but in that document they was not mention about loan as well as amount was different, and all paper is different, than I call Reliance Customer Care, they explain me plan that plan is very much different , again I called to Reliance capital office they said Reliance customer is not up dated this plan because its new plan it will take time to upgreat , and I told them what amount u told me that amount and what document I got that amount is all different, that’s was I told them I am going to cancel this policy they said its TRY terms and condition we can’t mention all details in document i[censored] want loan amount than wait till 45 to 65 days, I needed money that’s why I waited 65 days also, but I never got any cheq from Reliance capital, I was started calling to Reliance capital office they was not taking my call and they gave me personal number also, but nobody was taking my call and may be they put my number in black list, I needed loan amount that’s why I was calling them so many time but nobody is helping. That’s why I call Reliance for cancel my policy but they said they can’t cancel this policy because if customer want to cancel policy in 15 days only after 15 days they can’t cancel my policy. Reliance people is making fool to customer to open a Reliance Life Insurance policy because what plan they are sealing that Reliance money back plan nobody is takin because there no profits in this plan that’s why they are telling about loan, Now days everybody needs money, even I also needed money that’s why I take this policy, because of loan. I send so many mail to Reliance Life Insurance but no response from them, I am very much frosted, I am not from rich family, I loss my 45000/- rupees, and nobody is taking my complete because Reliance is very big company, nobody is going against them, can u ple help me. I want my full amount back from Reliance Life Insurance. That’s all I don’t want anything else from them.

According to them if I will invest 10000 Rs per year for nest 10 year RIL will give me 100000 Rs advance loan with in next 45 days on 0% interest .and my sum assure amount will be 2,17,000 Rs.

after That i had gone to Reliance Branch off and cancel my policy .In This branch off i got to know That i am not only person who has cheated on This RELIANCE MONEY MULTIPLIER plan There are approximately 10 people of our area who has been cheated on this same. I had spoke with Reliance branch off They told me IFGL is a brokerage farm of RLIC and These people are doing unethical work practice to increase sales of insurance products. Now These peoples are not picking up phone

i had taken reliance multiplier plan recently but after receiving policy i was
totally surprised to see that the plan told to me on phone was not matching with
the policy i received.

i received a call from A.B.Capital on 25th of November 2012 ,the policy was
introduced to me by Mr. AVINASH & Mr. nikhil they told me that they are calling
from reliance capital instead of a.b. capital.

they told me that my sum assured will be Rs. 6,00,000 & accidental death benefit
will be Rs. 9,00000 & after 10 years i will get around Rs. 14,00000 & my premium
will be Rs. 50,000/annul i trusted them & taken the policy by hdfc cheque num-
001096 0n 27th of november but after receiving the policy on 20th of December i
come to know that i was made fool by A.b. capital peoples & my premium mentioned
in the policy was 49,381 & also the plan told by them was false.
i tried to the given numbers but that were switched off & then i called to
customer care & complaint for it & requested to cancel my policy but i did'nt got
any response & after sending lot of mails to them i received the answer by them is as below.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to your inadequate service experience with our representative. We thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, as this provides us an opportunity to review our processes and improve them to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

With reference to the concern raised by you, we would like to inform you that, your policy bonds with a photocopy of the respective application forms duly signed by you were dispatched to your mailing address on 03/12/2012 via Speed Post - Chennai, Airway bill (AWB) number ET[protected]IN.

Based on our internal findings, we would like to inform you that:



· We have not observed any tampering on the proposal form duly signed by you, used towards the issuance of the policy.

· We have received the first request for cancellation on 02/01/2013, which is beyond the stipulated freelook period of 15 days from receipt of policy bond.



Any changes to the policy can be requested only within the freelook period as mentioned in the terms and conditions of the policy document dispatched to you.


Further to our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you that we are unable to comply with your request for any changes or cancellation of the aforementioned policy.

BUT I LIKE TO INFORM TO RLIFE PEOPLES THAT I HAVE RECORD THAT I NOT RECEIVED THE POLICY BEFORE 20TH OF DECEMBER .I CHECKED THE SPEED POST NUMBER MENTIONED BY RLIFE THERE WAS A signature of some sukumari who is not even MY FAMILY MEMBER.& i dont know her.

This is my request to you ,kindly cancel the policy as i was committed wrongly by

dear sir, it is to inform u that i recd a telephone from no.[protected] by saying ur premises has been selected for 3g tower so i refuged by saying that all this is cheating but mr. rajesh sharma from phone no.[protected] assured me that we are from reliance communication as sr. area manager so only 20000/= a/c payee cheque is to be delivered to mr misra who will collect ur id,photo and address proof and get signaturre on form, so ultimately given cheque no. 048061 dated 06.01.2013 for rs.20000=00 fvg reliance life insurance co.ltd that have been encashed on 14.01.2013. and again mr yatin khurana asked for 30000- balance amount and reminding by mr rajesh sharma so i sent cheque no. 048062 dated[protected] for 30000- i favour of reliance life insurance co.ltd with endorsement so he returned the same and get cheque no.048063 dated[protected] both of icici bank ltd and the same has been cleared from bank on dated[protected] but i could nt get any receipt/document in my favour and on dated 07-mar-2013 i visited the place of sending courier the same was found fictitious, so i am worried about my money so i request u to kindly search the cheque no. given above are a/cd far with u and if so please give a miss call on [protected] and oblige.

At that time adviser told me whole information on the call on my Mobile and I have all recording. At that time he told me i[censored] will purchase this policy and u can get loan against this policy for 20 lakhs , after only first premium. And afte this first payment u can get this loan document means DD of 20 lakhs in 45 to 50 days and also u can get commission . But I had already first payment but I cant get my dd ...

She is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept. He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.

By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 25000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC. After That i check author of that brochure ,There was name mentioned IFGL and file was created on 7Th July 2012.I had spoke with Miss Riya Agrawal again and They try to convince me and involve.Who had represented himself as a senior manager in RLIC and try to convince me on it .i asked employee no of These 3 guys IE They are denied me on it,i ask for company mail id of any one of These guys They are all so denied it,i asked any social network id of These guys,These people told me That They are not using any type of social network site.

above said company buying their insurance plan with fraud team via committing as we are giving you loan with 0 % interest on the behalf of policy .

I have return the policy to the RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD.Vide policy no. 50626948/50631997 & Client ID 84968004 Indore Branch with in free look in period i.e. on 31/01/2013, for which I have given cancellation application duly sealed/singed from Indore office and this policy I have received on 17/01/2013 at 03:30pm by speed post.
I also taken the track record from Indian speed post department from inter-net, and send to the co via E mail to rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com on Mon. 18 Feb. 2013 at 18:42 hrs.
From 31/01/2013 I contact the co. customer care 5-6 times, but they refuse to give the money, finally I got the call from No. [protected] on 27/02/2013 at 13:00 hrs & told me that we are not giving Ur money back because U have submitted policy after free look period.
But the period is 15 days only i.e. 17/01/2013 To 31/01/2013.
I[censored] want I can send all the documents to u via Mail on Ur mail ID.
Please give me Ur mail ID so that I can send U all the documents soft copy which I have with me.

With reference to above I would like bring to your notice that I received a promotional call from one of your advisor Mr. Sachin Garg – Cell no.+[protected] / [protected]- the person said that we are launching a good scheme plan for customer on festive Basis , as per the plan we would have to pay 5 year premium of Rs. 50,000/- per year After completion of 5 Years we will get guarantee Rs.4.25.000/- + ( Life Insurance Plan ) On Natural Death Of Life Assured at the time period of 5 to 15 years Rs. 5 Lacs will be payable and On accidental death of Life assured at the time period of 5 to 15 years Rs 10 Lacs .

I can withdraw after 5 Years Rs. 4,10,000/- and balance amount I can keep with reliance for 5 year or 10 years balance money give me life cover same as above Rs. 5 Lacs and 10 lacs Insurance plus will get Mediclaims policy for family’s six person with same plan , for all this things u will get written documents. But when we received the bond it came to my notice that whatever the adviser had told not a single thing was mentioned in that , when I called the adviser he said that , This is not original policy which is received by you this is pr-bond form if any mistake we can correct the same... you will get the original bond within 15 days you will get correct bond witaims policy documents for above benefit directly from reliance company, also I asked the representative that why the company is offering such high returns he told that company will give the festival scheme.



Also I called Reliance customer care to know the details of this offer the answer I got was negative so I again called Mr. Sachin Garg but he assured me that as its is promotional and New scheme plan launch Our customer care( Call Center ) don’t have information when this Scheme will be launched official at that time customer care will get information.



I would like to request your to please take action against the advisor immediately.





Also issue my amount with 10% interest, because it’s a 420 case giving some wrong information and misleading the customer and using the same money for this period , if any charges deducted from my Full amount ( with interest) I will have to take legal action against this .



Also we were told that its direct policy from reliance So you will get 40% of one time premium amount ...... but when I read the bond I came to notice that it is thro some broker the person had take my personal document and taken signature on blank form for which no copy was issued ............


Please look into this matter at earliest as its not good on part of Reliance


I request you to take this issue seriously otherwise you gonna lose your Name (Reliance) respect from market just because of such people/Employee...........

my name is sachin gandhi,pune[mobile number [protected]] and i had opened a policy [policy number:16233190] from reliance life insurance kothrud branch in the month of january 2010.i have being paying a premium against this policy for the last 3 years. But last month of 31 st jan i received a message from reliance that your policy is terminated for not paying premiums.i was shocked and surprised as i was paying the premiums. On making a detailed enquiry i found out that the person named miss pankaj kamble working in kothrud branch of reliance has done a fraud with me
i came to know that she has opened 3 new policies on the the cheques which i had issued for my old policy .She issued me 3 new policies against my cheque amt of rs 20,000 and 50,000 which i had paid for my old policy. I came to know that that she had got 35 % commission for opening my 3 new forged policies. she used my forged signature and false address and wrong advisor.the worst thing is that she gave my wrong address for the new policies so that i don't receive the policy documents.This is a clear act of forgery,fraud and cheating.i am really frustrated and mentally harassed by these people.i just want all my money back.

My name is Rajani Arya. One Reliance advisor Manas Nigum sold a policy to me ( Reliance Life Insurance Classic Plan -II, Regular). He commited that...
1) premium has to be paid only once. ( which was 30000 rs)
2) As per RBI new rules, in any case money can not go lower than total value deposited ( 30000 rs)
2) After one year I can withdraw my money.
3) Whenever the NAV is highest my money will be locked and it will not go below than that.

Bond paper which were supposed to come within 15 days, came after two months and then I came to know that It was two policies ( 15000 rs each ) of 15 years with premium paying term of 15 years and AND BOND PAPER HAS MY FORGE SIGNATURE AT 3 PLACES.

I do not want to give more money in this policy as I am scared if I give money for five years lock in period, it will not go any higher than the total amount and I will have to face a Big Loss.

I have called Manas many of times but now he do not reply. PLS ADVISE CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST RELIANCE OR AGAINST MANAS.

Dear Sir,
I received a call from Delhi office they told me that they are calling from delhi Reliance office and reliance is providing loan on 0% interest. I asked how it is possible then they told me that bank next year reliance is coming to banking sector so for advertisement they are providing the same. I am eligible for 10lakh loan for that I have to purchase 10lakh's policy and maturity benefit will taken by RIL. Then I purchased the policy and paid 50,000 premium they assured me that within 45-60 days I will receive the loan amount they were regularly called for varification but after 60days all their numbers were out of reach. they I came to know that it was fake.
Because I have borrowed 50,000 on interest and I am not able to pay such a big premium for 20 years.
So I have given the cancellation request on 28th Jan-13 but on 8th Feb-13 I received a call from head office that my cancellation request is rejected due to cancellation period is over. then i called to customer care of RIL and asked what should i do so they told me to file a complain to cancellation so accordingly i file a complain for cancellation on 9th Feb but today I received a call from RIL that my cancellation application is rejected.
They accepting that their agents are cheating the customers but RIL is not taking any action against them and honest customers are suffering.
Kindly help me in this matter to have my payment back.

This is my complain against Reliance Life Insurance Branch of New Delhi Preet Vihar Branch.
On 13th December i got a call from Mohammad Asif stating he is from Mumbai head branch and want to give me details regarding Special Reliance Money Back Guarantee Plan.
Details are :
If i take plan in special login period bonus i will get is on Investment of Rs 50,000 but i insisted to show low investment, he showed me Rs 15000/Year Benefit as follows :

Yearly Investment - Rs 15000 for 5 years
Bonus - Reliance Health Wise Insurance Policy for 4 members covering 1 lac for each in any type of medical treatment.

Agent Commission - 20% of first premium paid within 45 days to be credited in account by Reliance Life.

200% Guaranteed Bonus of first premium in 6th Year.

80% Loan Amount of sum assured.

Sum assured - 1.5 Lacs and on maturity total benefits of 2,17,000 at end of 15 year. Sum assured was only 70,500 in policy document.

They played game with me till 16 January 2013 as i registered my policy on 29th december as i paid 2 cheques as they told it will do and i will be liable for all benefits even i provide P.D Cheque on 13th December 2012.
When i got policy documents on 4th January 2013 nothing was mentioned in it which they told to me so i called them for clarification but they told that i will get another documents from Reliance Life Mumbai within next 15 days and my loan amount will be approved on 16th January 2013 finally. But nothing happened on that date too. Lastly on 21st January 2013 i complained to IRDA and other higher authorities and next day the agents call starts coming that as now days process is interrupted from Head Reliance Branch there is a delay in your process. And requested me to wait till 30th January 2013 so that my documents will be dispatch from there n i will receive till 5th Feb 2013. That stupid agent told that i will loss my job if i cancel my policy so i thought to trust it after much arguing and i still have records for that.
Finally 5th Feb 2013 came but they were just making excuses that my address were wrong and all so i finally understood its a SCAM FRAUD RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY SOLD to me and their agent also told me we cant provide with any benefits so better continue with policy as no one is going to Help u in cancellation process.
Its been 15 days IRDA and Reliance Life Insurance has not done process on my complaint as i was told it will get resolved within 15 days. NO ACTION TAKEN YET. Mr. Anil Ambani should know this. I should write a letter to him also soon.

This type of SCAM is not possible without permission from HIGHER authorities so from senior to junior everybody is involved in this Scam malpractices of selling Fraud Reliance Life Insurance Policy to customers by Tele-Marketing.
I will be updating all contact details of those Fraud Persons and its my request to Head Reliance Person to take necessary action at the earliest and to remove this people from their respective Jobs as it is spoiling Reliance Brand Name and Customer Satisfaction ratio. I am totally dissatisfied with Reliance Life and i will not be satisfied until further action is taken and my full money is refunded to me without deducting any charges as we have not bought policy to make deduction without reason and to fake policy.

This persons are so brave that they even told me i can do whatever i can and told me few bad words too as nothing is going to happen to them. Wow for sure High Authorities are involved in this.
To the point i am going to complain against them in Crime Branch and also to other higher authorities as i dont want that other people gets victim of this scam. I am also into process of giving this scam in Leading Newspaper through my Press Contacts.

Reliance life insurance is the cheater company. I have bought a super market plan in 2009 (a ULIP plan), when the market was in 12k. I have been directed by the company adviser cum sales executive to diversify the fund in 6 different funds.
today the market is touching 20k my value is not even what i paid to the cheater.
the FM is not doing anything in this fund (confirmed it from cust. care) but the FM changes are being levied.
