Dear Sir, Previously I, Mr. Manoj Murlidhar Chavan also my brother have taken 2 policies of Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. & 2 policies of ICICI Prudential Life Insurane Co. Ltd., then we have paid 3 to 4 instalments of the said policies. Thereafter we have stopped the said policies.Then one Mr. Omprakash Agrawal & his colleges contact me & giving all correct information of our previous 4 policies and they stated that, we have contact you from IRDA Customer Relationship Centre & you have liable for bonus on your previous 4 policies, they have given details of bonus procedure, documents of which & information of refundable security deposit. Then we have provide all details, documents & amount of security deposit from time to time, in lieu of security deposit said persons have issued 12 policies of Guaranteed Money Back Policies of Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. & 1 policy of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd., thereafter, Mr. Omprakash Agrawal & his colleges have given all information about my bonus procedure from 7 to 8 months. Also they have provided us total 5 letters of our fund releasing process i.e. 3 account opening letters, 1 Pension Letter & 1 Fund Releasing Letter. In the said letters, the logo of Three Lions & Satyamev Jayate is printed, the said logo is printed only on Govt. Authorities. Thereafter, said Mr. Omprakash Agrawal & his colleges are neglect us & not attend any call o[censored]s. We requested you that, said persons have providing my false information & issuing policies to us. We have required to refund the said policies & give me justice. We have giving all information, letters etc. when required to you. Please help me.

    Dear Sir, I, Kazi Mominul Islam working in a Private company am a customer of Reliance Life Insurance. On December 2012 I got a call from one executive of Reliance Life Insurance and told me about the Granted Money Back policy. As per Telecall I was interested with that Policy, so he send some on to collect documents and A/C payee cheque. And I had taken the policy (Policy no. 50622119 issue date - 28 / 12 /2012 Client id[protected] . On February 2013 again I got a call from Mr. Sumit BANERJEE (contact No-[protected]), executive of reliance life Insurance salt lake office. He told me that if I will pay the 2nd premium of this policy (Policy no.[protected] on February rather than December 2013 then other three premium of this policy will be waive off. I had ask some other executive of reliance life, from whom I had taken this policy also and they said if I am interested then I can pay. And Mr. Sumit Banerjee told me that when I will receive the call from IRDA or reliance I need to agree which ever they will ask. So I paid the 2nd premium on February 2013 and agreed with all the queries of IRDA.But After few month I came to know that this amount was not paid as 2nd premium of that policy rather than he made a new Policy (Policy no. 50759149 issue date - 11 / 2 /2013). When I called mr. Sumit BANERJEE every time he told me that it is not new policy and I will receive the waiver paper soon. Then this new policy will merge with old one. Long time had passed away but I did not receive the waiver paper. Then I called Mr. Subhasis Chakraborty an executive of salt lake branch of reliance life Insurance (to whom I was familiar for another policy (Policy no. 51120245 issue date - 30 / 07 /2013 ).Mr. subhasis chakraborty told that same was not waive off and Mr. sumit had done the New policy. he also told that waive off option is only available if I will pay 4 premiums at time then company will waive off the last premium . So as per him I again paid 2 premiums (amount Rs. 60, 000/-) on dated 19/dec/2014. And got another policy Bond (policy Number :[protected].He also gave information that I will get waive off adjustment paper within 180 days.I had called him so many time on his number ([protected]/[protected] ) and queried for waive off paper and every time he told like ” you please don’t think about it . you will receive the paper soon” or sometime said “it’s already dispatched from Mumbai office, you will receive it soon “.It’s already 200 days over and till now not receive any waive off paper. Now a days I am getting calls from retain department of Reliance Life insurance to pay the premium for policies Policy no. 50622119 and Policy no. 50759149 .Also I am getting SMS on my registered number that my policy is lapsed. It's more than 1 year over and i am not getting any solution even though i called them so many times and called Nearest branch manager ( Burdwan Branch, West bengal) now days they are not picking up my calls. So, it’ my humble request to you that pls. treat all the premium I had paid on 11/02/2013 ( amount Rs. 30, 000/-) and on 19th Dec 2013 (amount Rs. 60, 000/-) and was opened new policies, as a premium of policy number 50622119 to continue the same policy or return back my money . Because both policies (policy number: 50759149, Policy no.[protected] was not opened intentionally by me (rather than same was opened as Mr. Sumit and Mr Subhasis had cheated with me by taken money to pay the premium but opened new policy). pls. help me

      Dear sir, i have complaint against RDB insurance Broking Services pvt Ltd and reliance Life Insurance co. agent name Rohan malhotra mobile no- [protected] and [protected] for misguide, wrong commitment, unfair business practice and faurding.he called me on behalf of IRDA and told to give better return on my ongoing policy, i do't know how my policy details he were able to know.Again the better return purposed to buy a reliance policy according to company process and next month same thing happen he said that some bonus declared but according to process have to buy a another reliance policy and i have purchased two plicy of reliance of 20, 000 Rs and 25, 000Rs per year premium for five years.Next month again i received call from him and saying that there is difficulty to clear the check of around 6 lac but have to buy another policy, i denied but lastly agreed for the buy a one Reliance policy of Rs 50, 000, Again i getting call from Vivek - mobile no: [protected], my discussed check issue and said that the check is ready but we need your ITR code no and said pls talk to Rohan for this Mr Rohan Malhotra said the itr code garnetion fees will be 70, 000 you may directly garnet the code if we garneted the code pls buy a policy 30, 000 Rs of Birla Sun Life and I by a policy of Rs 30000 from Birla . after one month a call receive from Mr Nikhil mobile no is [protected] your chck is ready around 6lac +2 lac you will pay 30000 vide air tell many after received this amount you will get the check before 15 may 2014, i denied .Contact no of Mr Rohan Malhotra :- [protected] and [protected] and Mr Nikhil [protected]Now no one picking my call and loss more money due to those fraud involvement.I request that my mentioned policy cancel and return my policy amount i am not able to continue the policy after getting a much loss.The action must be taken on the broker who involve in the wrong business practice and in fraud.Policy no of Reliance 51271001, 1280851, 5127026 Policy no Birla Sun Life[protected]Total amount 25000+20000+50000+30000=125000/- Thanking You Satbir Singh([protected] ) ||||||||

        Dear Sir,

        My Name is S. Rajendhra Babu - I had taken 2 Life Insurance policies for my family from Reliance thru their Sales representative keeping the trust on the Sales Rep and Brand Name of Reliance. But it was really wrong I had gone thru too much of Harassment when there was a claim happened.

        When my wife was Hospitalised i have given the Reliance Life Insurance Card to the Hospital Claim department, till the day of discharge there was no proper reply from Reliance as per the statement of the Hospital Claim department.

        I called the Branch Head of Reliance Life Insurance office Chennai Mr. Sivaraman who was suppose to be customer friendly but he was not at all co-operative and he does not know the claim formalities at all.. i am really surprised that how come he has been given a responsibility of Branch Manager for Reliance Life Insurance.

        After so much mental agony i had receive a email from Medi Assist TPA, i had brought my wife back home.

        After a week i received an email from Medi Assist TPA stating that my Claim was Denied., i was really wondering what is the reason. same email i had forwarded it to Mr. Sivaraman of Reliance Life Insurance Chennai office and asked him to check and revt to me. B'coz i need to have a clarity on my other policies. But as on date there is no reply from him nor he is taking my phone calls..

        More over i had forwarded an email to the following email id's also, and instantly i received a reply stating that within 2 working days i will get a reply.. but it has been more than 6 days, there is no reply nor a phone call from any one.

        Dear Mr. Sivaram,

        As per our discussion last week during my wife hospitalization i had faced lot of challenges to get a clarity on which TPA will be handling the claims, finally on the day of discharge after following up from morning till evening i had a clarity that only Medi Assist TPA will be handling the claims of Reliance Mediclaim Insurance,

        Now i am really shocked to receive the email from Medi Assist TPA stating the Denial of Claims to my personal id rather than sending it to the Hospital id,

        In my Wife's Medical claim itself i have been put into mental agony by not getting the proper reply from either Reliance Mediclaim nor your entrusted TPA.,

        I would appropriate reply for the denial of the claim and also for my other policies i need a correct contact details asap.

        I have taken a policy for my whole family into 2 part - 1 for Self and my Elder Son and other one for my Wife and my Younger Son,

              I am Adv. Manoj Murlidhar Chavan, previously, I taking policies of Reliance Life Ins. Co. Ltd. & ICICI Prudential Life Ins. Co. Ltd.in my name & my brother's name. I paid 3 to 4 instalment in the said policies. Thereafter, I stopped to pay the said instalments.then one Mr. Omprakash Agrawal contacted me & stating that, he is serving at Customer Relationship Centre in IRDA & said Omprakash Agrawal giving all correct information about previous four policies & then he ask that, you have liable for bonus on previous four policies. Then he ask me all details of procedure of taking policy amount with bouns by providing refundable security amount. Omprakash Agrawal, under this process prepared 5 bonus files & for that purpose, taking security amount from time to time & in lieu of said refundable security amount issuing 13 policies of Reliance Life Insurance Guaranteed Money Back Plan. Please giving me relief by refund my policy amount which giving me by false information.

                My self Deendayal Mahavir Prasad Bajaj want to complain against Reliance Life Insurance Company limited as the fraud has been exercised by company employees on me. In The month of June 2013 I got one call regarding loan. The caller marketed for Reliance Life Insurance Money Multiplier policy and offered special offer of Personal Loan Rs. 3 Lakh against the policy. Mr. Sahil Sharma calling himself as the representative of Reliance Life insurance company limited and offered policy in which a sum of 3 lakh rupees will be given as loan which is interest free and will be paid back in 10 equal installments of Rs.30000/- each every year. On asking why they choose us for it he replied that our bank record suggests that we have good record with every investments and loans we have taken so far. On asking what benefit Reliance Life Insurance Company limited has in giving us such a big amount he replied that they benefit it from higher investments from government by showing that they are aiding to future business. I already talk with below mentioned executive Name Mobile No Sahil Sharma [protected] Rohit Gupta/Aman [protected] Aashish [protected] Manish Malhotra [protected] Madam Agarwal [protected] Parmar [protected] Rahul Khurana [protected] Aaditya Verma [protected] S.C. Agarwal [protected] In addition, Aditya Agarwal, Shyam Rathod, Dinesh, Riya, Kavita also contacted me over phone. Above mentioned executives’ daily contact and touch with me on Phone, I opted for 2 policies and I gave a Cheque of Rs. 30000/- as and when my Cheque was cleared, they avoid my phone, giving excuse only. We have received the policy documents but there is no further communication regarding the loan amount. We feel cheated because our main intention is opting for the policies was personal loan which we have not received (even after 10 months). My Policy No. is 51067426 and 51067472 This is totally illegal and the fraud has been done by your Reliance Life Insurance Company blustered employees and doing this just to achieve their target. I have lot of expectation with you that you would help me in this for sure so that I can come out of this pain and these companies may not make this kind of fake with others as well in near future. Reliance life insurance team laying a trap and rob innocent and illiterate citizens. We would like to cancel both the policies and to get Rs. 30000/- refund with immediate effect with interest and want to take a strict action against all these people.

                  While selling the policy free look period has been mentioned as 30 days, while in the documents it has been shown as 15 days, and some forge signature also be made on the policy documents. I had mailed for cancellation of the policy with in 30 days from the date of the receipt of the policy, but the company denied that the request for cancellation of policy was made after free look period of 15 days. It has been confirm many times from the person who is selling the policy about the free look preiod of the policy every time the free look period has been mentioed as 30 days. I have recording of the such conversation.
                  The company is using the unfair business practice while selling the policy.
                  Now i want my money along with compensation from the company such harrasment.

Reliance Life Insurance of loan of insurance value at 5% interest for 7 years and you loan is sanctioned amt of R's 25, 55, 000 and said me you pay another 74998.00 Rs for security in Name of Star Investment Solution and he said me the loan amt paid your account within 20days and he also said after 2 days your amount is ready to disbursement .I will paid 74998.00 Rs and He taken me 2 cheque's Name of Star Investment Solution cheque no 100203 and another cheque no 084947 Thru Blue Dart ([protected]_on date 11/04/2014 & [protected]_14/04/2014).                     I too got many calls from Rahul Sharma & Mr. Gupta explaining the same offer and he was insisiting to send a cheque of Rs.1Lacs favouring reliance life insurance company ltd towards policy against loan. I asked him to send me a e mail confirmation bt he kept insisting on the brand name of reliance that i should trust reliance.

                        Reliance Multiplier Plan - Loan against insurance policy User Sushant on march2014 i got call from [protected]/21 Delhi.This person introduce herself as name Ashish Sharma and calling from Reliance Life Insurance company.She told me about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan.After conversation with her she transfer The call to her senior mr ...He is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept.He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it. By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 60000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 1300000 for 15 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC.These people had all so send me a Reliance brochure where They are writing "RELIANCE MULTIPLIER PLAN-GET LOAN WITHIN 45 DAYS WITH 0% INTEREST' first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it.so i was decided to invest i lac of rupees and take loan of 1200000 for fifteen years with 0% interest so That i had filled a application form and gave required cq of 1 lac to Reliance collection boy. after that, phone calls are coming from Reliance people for verification, address verification and lot more.i thought all Things are on line and my 60000 rupees had all so debited from my account in The name of Reliance Life insurance co ltd. RELIANCE MONEY MULTIPLIER LOAN SCHEME IS A FAKE, DONT BELIEVE ON IT. after one month These people are all so asked other documents to me.i had doubt on them so i called customer service no where customer care of Reliance told me That, There is no such type of scheme on Reliance money multiplIer plan and he all so told me i am not the only one person who had phoned to them on This regards.Then i had e mailed This brochure to customer care.Reliance people replyed me, That brochure was forged and some one make correction on it.He request to cancel The policy asap.After That i check author of that brochure, There was name mentioned IFGL and file was created on 7Th april 2014.I had spoke with Ashish Sharma and Priya Agrawal again and They try to convince me and involve MR Mr.subramanyam BRANCH MANAGER RLIC.Who had represented himself as a senior manager in RLIC and try to convince me on it .i asked employee no of These 3 guys IE Priya agrawal, Ashish sharma, subramanyam They are denied me on it, i ask for company mail id of any one of These guys They are all so denied it, i asked any social network id of These guys, These people told me That They are not using any type of social network site. Priya grawal- [protected] Ashish Sharma[protected] lndline-[protected] after That i had gone to Reliance Branch off and cancel my policy .In This branch off i got to know That i am not only person who has cheated on This RELIANCE MONEY MULTIPLIER plan There are approximately 10 people of our area who has been cheated on this same.

                              Hi Guys, As a experience person, I am telling you Please don't go for Reliance Life Insurance . The reason i am telling you, have no good response from the team ex: mail response, no proper response in call, 99.9 % claim department people won't pick up the call. and also it's very very lazy process compare the other insurances. Initially they told 30 days will take to process the claim But actually they will take max 180 days ( 6 months) and also harass us for the documents. when we call for complaint or for clarification, customer care people response is very bad and they wont give proper response. even they wont transfer the call to concern person. they always i am the boss for all.                               I didn't get any response from your team I called to claim department N number of times but no one picking the call even phone ringing

                              As i mentioned earlier, have no proper response from the team, they wont do call forword to concern persons . That is why i strongly recommend the peoples don't go for Reliance Life Insurance

                              Reliance Life Insurance has lot of worst terms &amp; conditions which is not there in other insurance . We will come to know only we go for claim or settled the claim.

                              Even though advisers also won't disclose those point because they want money.

                                  I got a call a day and he said he is calling from "Service Department of Life Insurance" If you are not happy with any of your policies with any company just let me know we will change it with another company which is good and you will get services from them as well and you will get better returns from them. I said okay because I was awair of that. then the same person called me next day and said I am calling from reliance nippon life insurance and we get a request to change your policy I am going to send a person at your home to collect all the documents and you dont need to pay the premium to the previous insurance company and just pay to Reliance from now onwards and the premium you already paid we will transfer it fom the previous to Relaince. after paying 1st premium I got a notice from my previous insurer that you didn't pay your premium you policy will going to be lapse. I visited the branch of my previous policy company they said they dont have such kind of process. Relaince Agent make you fool. I called Relaince to cancel the policy then he said if you wish to cancel it you will get only your half amount of your premium which you paid. I decided to not buy any policy in future just finish the current and dont buy any new in my life. These days I am getting 1-2 calls every day they are saying the are from the "Service Department of Life Insurance" another name they are using is" Governing body of insurance council". I have such call recordings. I am totaly fedup with this kind of things and they even have your all details like your name and policy number as well some times. I have a doubt that my Relaince Agent is trying to call me by using a different number and different policy company. My agent is something "North India" something I couldn't remember the name I have it in my policy document.

                                  Ii want to cancle the ecs of the policy no. 52455990. I want to convert this policy in paid up status and don't want to pay any further premium. But when renewal is hitting bank account it take charges. So please stop this ecs.

                                    This is in regard to policy No. 19882732 issued on[protected] through Reliance life insurance of an yearly installment of Rs. 20, 000/- In the month of Feb 2012, I got a call from your customer care center and they had advised me to take this policy (Policy No.[protected] yearly payment for Rs. 20, 000. After One year I was not able to pay Rs. 20000 in one installment (yearly), hence I have visited your Janak puri branch on 30th March 2013 and made the request for monthly basis ECS and paid 2 month installment advance in cash (3500 Rs.) and fill the form for monthly installment ECS. But no ECS activated as on date after my several follow ups. Request you to please cancel this policy and return all my money paid to RELIANCE INSURANCE ASAP. Because i am not able to pay the hole amount with penalty. Please consider this is most urgent for me.

                                      Please note that there are bouncer to keep you people out of sight. Take Police with you as Sr. VP (Barinder Singh) is a cunning fellow and might put allegation such as trespassing or illegal smugglin or as cheap as stealing when you enter into the office premises.. Kindly note without backup you might land into the hands of bouncers who can break a leg or two before you return.

                                        This is regarding the second premium, which we had paid in 16/06/2013 in PORVORIM branch of reliance composite insurance broking ltd. But due to their negligence the amount went into suspence account. From august we have been asking about it but every time they would say that the premium has been paid, even though on the website it showed contract lapsed & even now it shows the same. So we went to the PANJIM branch in the 1st week of MARCH 2014 to sort out the whole thing. Then the PANJIM branch asked to fill DECLARATION OF STATE OF HEALTH form to revive the lapse policy, which was submitted 2 weeks back. They assured within 4-5 days this matter would be solved, but till now nothing has been done. & we are still getting messages from RELIANCE HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI to revive the policy before 31st MARCH 2014
