My name is Mahesh Maheshwari.I lived at Kota,Rajasthan,but at present time I am at Nagpur.

Before four month a call received from Reliance Life Insurance office regarding policy. In that policy they said you pay Rs 40000 per annum for three year & company will give gift cheque of Rs 48572 or Activa with in a month. The person namewho give me assurance was Mr Ashish Mobile No [protected].I select Rs. Cheque.They committed that cheque will receive to me with in a month. After three year company will give to me Rs. 1lacs & 40 thousands.
My client ID is 82400776.

But I did not received any cheque till now.I complain to Reliance person regularly.After some time Mr. Vishal chaudhary ( Mobile No [protected])call me that Mr. ashish give wrong assurance of one month,bue you will received it with in 25 days.
We have some other benefits for you that you pay Rs.50000 & get gift of Maruti Alto with A.C.. I again convensed & take two Policy of Rs 25000 each.
In the above he said that company will refund this amount with in three month as company saving his Tax by showing this policy & this is security amount.He also said me that pls don’t disscuss to other.
I confused ,but I believe on them.
After some time a call is received to me from reliance that you take policy from our third Party,then I shocked & call to Mr. vishal,But he said that we are reliance person.

I cont followup with them up to one & half month,but they did not give me as they committed
After this period a call came from their office (Mr. Rishab ,land line No [protected]).He said me that why u are become BEWKUF as company member become u & said that yadi aapki himmat hai to paise nikal kar dekho.

I request to Kota Office to cancelled these policy they said that it will not cancelled as onle cancellation time is 15 days as I am not submitted as they give me assurance of one month.
I also give my feed back with cancellation form but no action be taken.
I request Pls cancel these policy as I am not satisfied & also give me my gift cheque & Maruti Alto & also take action against to all third Person.
In these day I seem very nervus & my family also face some economical problem as if ny action will not taken then I will take action with my life.
I believe on your system,I have no write proof but u can call on given nos as a CLINET & u can clear.

My loan is not going to sanction on all these of your policies.

I have a Reliance Life Insurance policy. I have regularly deposited my premium for the last five years. But instead of depositing policy premium for last 4.5 years my policy fund values showing less than the exact value. Then i have visited Customer help desk, Reliance Life insurance Office, Harish Mukherjee Road, Kolkata. I was informed by our customer service officer that you can discontinue your policy after the submission of Aug 2012 policy premium as the policy you are having will to give you fund value in long-term.
Then i have deposited aug 2012 premium also. I was waiting for better sensex. On 12/09/12 I have received a SMs fromTD-RLICOL "urging you to surrender you Reliance life insurance policy". I thought it may be due to good market condition and for beterment of my fund value. So today i visited your HP Mukherjee Branch, Kolkata and filled up a form for surrender.I was informed by office staff that my present fund value is Rs 47693.03/ and i have deposited Rs. 50000 (in last five years).
They have deducted surrender charges Rs. 1430.79/ though i was informed previously by your office that no deduction will be done after the completion of three years(from date of starting policy).

My present complaints are as follows:
1) false information was provided to me by your office staff on previous visits
2) in spite having good market response i am getting any benefits in my fund value
3) surrender money is actually less than the total premium deposited
4) five years is a ling duration
5) it is better to keep funds in fixed deposit rather in life insurance especially Reliance life insurance.
6) i was told by your office staff that i will get my surrender money after 4-7 working days. it is also a point of inconvenience. It should be deposited my saving account maximum by 48 hrs as provided other Govt insurance providers.

i am hopeless and dissatisfied customer regarding Reliance life insurance.

With reference to above I would like bring to your notice that I received a promotional call from one of your advisor MISS SHWETA CHAUDHARY from no. [protected] and[protected] the person said that we are lauching a plan for few premier customer , as per the plan we would have to pay 5 year premium of Rs. 30,000/- per year after completion of 5 Years we will get gurantee Rs.2.64.600/- out of which I can withdraw Rs. 2,34,600/- and balance amount I can keep with reliance for 5 year or 10 years against which I will get RS.11999/- pension yearly 6 to 15 yr from the completion of the term means from 6th year, also I will get insurance cover of Rs. 3 Lacs and a accident rider of Rs. 6 Lacs , , for all this I will get written documents. But when we received the bond it came to my notice that whatever the advisor had told not a single thing was mentioned in that , when I called the advisor he said that , as per IRDA we cant give with policy but within 15 days you will get separate document for above benefit directly from reliance company, also I asked the representative that why the company is offering such high returns he told that company will use this fund for there sister concern instead of borrowing from others.and than i am directly taking policy from the company so i will get return check of 6000Rs as return commission and i had to paid only 24000Rs as a renewal premium

I think it is so shamefull for this big group that they are cheating the people in such a way i am also forwarding one copy to IRDA OFFICE along with consumer forum.
And i had talk with local office employee of reliance Mr.Vijay Waghmare. You take it seriously this matter and convey me immidiately

Myself Kalpesh Makvana. Recently I have purchased two reliance money multiplier plan. I have purchased it from reliance delhi. Call arrive from delhi regarding policy with tital that “DO REQUIRE 0% LOAN”. So on more detail I will get detail like if I required 2 lakhs loan then I have to pay yearly 20000 for 10 year and after 1st installment, within 45 day I will get loan. So I purchased this after that loan confirmation procedure done on call by reliance employee. They offer more that if you paid 20000 more than you will get 5lakhs cheque of loan instead of 4 lakhs. So I purchased 2nd policy. They mail me regarding Which is as per below.
I am continue follow up for the same and today I have got reply like our top management told us to cancel all the loan file. MY Client ID[protected],Policy no[protected],2nd policy no[protected]. My loan file no-0123895.

Please do needful and provide the loan or return my installment. I am person from middle class and this amount is very big for me.I am in regular contact with Mr. Vishal.

when i readed the policy document i was found the total different

years regular premium and one was other benifit 15000/ cash back on this policy which
was not available on my policy.

After that called to miss Monika told about my policy bond then...
She told me that policy is not orignal policy it is dumy policy
origenal policy sent by courrier after 30 days. cash back amount will
be transfer

After 30 day i went indore local office and i discused all things wich was told me at
phone call and front office executive told me this featurs are face and missale by Probuse
Insurance broker i was totaly sokced
After that i told to executive for cancellation of policy and i get
reply this policy can't cancle because policy is not cancellation
period.

He transfer The call to her senior mr Kamal.He is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept.He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.


By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Your Mb. No. is selected by IRDA for 0% load for ten years against the same plan IE-if i will paid 50000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC.These people had all so send me a Reliance brochure where They are writing "RELIANCE MULTIPLIER PLAN-GET LOAN WITHIN 45 DAYS to 90 DAYS WITH 0% INTEREST'

first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it.so i was decided to invest i lac of rupees and take loan of 1000000 for ten years with 0% interest then i call to CUSTOMER CARE NO.[protected] At Reliance Navi mumbai office for verify the plan of 0% intrest loan. in office, clear that there in plan in this time.



Hence request you to take action against mis intruduce Planner of company plan & reliance company.

With due regard I want to say that I have given a 'RELIENCE LIFE
INSURANCE POLICY in Jan 2011 after misleading assurance by Agent of Relience That he is giving single premium plan. I signed the Policy paper in good faith. I did not received Policy Bond quite longer time so I phoned on contact numbers provided by agent ( Mobile Numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected] ) .

After a long effort I received my policy in month of June-July 2011 by speed post.

I shocked to see the policy , it was not a single premium policy as it was said to me earlier during selling. It was a annual premium policy for 10 years . This policy was sale to me misleadingly , so I have decided for cancellation .
Further photocopy of address proof on my policy bond is also false.

Initially I tied it on telephone on above numbers, they have console me that they will correct, but then I found that they not helping to consumer’s complain at all.
. In reply The Relience Life Insurance company given a letter on 22nd October 2011 saying that our request is beyond Free Look Period so request for cancellation was denied.

Seeing the reply I further loose confidence in Relience Life Insurance company .
Even the behavior of company was very ignorant to consumer and Because as a consumer I have to loss of approx Rs.50 000.00 , I continue my effort and request further for cancellation of my policy 'RELIENCE LIFE INSURENCE MONEY MULTIPLIER PLAN ( Policy /Contact No.[protected]' with name of Mr Ramesh kumar Ojha with UIN Number - 121N 079V01.

have taken 3 policies of Reliance Life Insurance through Mr. Sujit Chaddha(Delhi Branch). I am giving you details of policies in brief in attached file. Pls. check it.



Due date already passed for Policy-1 & Policy-2. But till time I have not received a Bond for a single policy.



Mr. Sujit Chaddha has confirmed me that you will get your Bond for Policy-1 till 21stJuly, which I have not received.



After that he has again confirmed me that you will get your Bond for Policy-1 between 27st July to 30th July, which I have not received.



Once again he has confirmed me that you will get 101% your Bond for Policy-1 on 1stAug, which I have not received.



From last 3 days I am trying to reach Mr. Sujit Chadda but his colleague telling me that you will call after 5 min. 10 mins. Or he is meeting, he is not coming in office, he is taking lunch, he has left office and cut the calls.

In this case what I will to do? I am not getting clear & correct information from anyone. If you treat me like this in 1st step, I can’t expect better treatment from you in future.

After some day he called me third time & advice me to take 3rd policy.

He told me that if you take another policy you will get 40% commition & 200% money back.on 2nd & 3rd Policies.

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to draw attention of Reliance to my problem where I have purchased 3 no Policies for self, wife & Sister based on promises and information given by few so called reliance employees.

Right now I have not received any BOND DOCUMENTS as promised by them and while discussing with reliance customer care on phone helpline that there is no such plan which can give 15000 as pension till 99 years and the complete plan is bogus.

Based on the feedback I had put and email to reliance life customer care ids on 7th and 13th July 2012.

Till now there is no response on my emails regarding the complaint.

As advised by Reliance customer care and understood from him that there is no such plan which was offered to me from some people who sold me policy and the initial documents received by me are the final documents other then which I will not get anything else as promised called BOND PAPERs signed by IRDA.

I feel I am cheated by making fake promises by the reliance Insurance advisor/agent who contacted me and gave fake promises. The Agent/Broker code on my policy documents is written as 21250358 and name is printed as “.Swadeshi Insurance Agency”. ( Name of the lady was Kashsih Khanna claiming to be from Relaince and the contact no is [protected] and landline was[protected].)

Now the agent keep on telling me that you will get the policy documents by next month and keep on giving fake dates when I do followup with them.

Need urgent help and attention from customer care so that I can get justice. The broker had promised that you will get guaranteed amount of 3,45,000 after 5 years on yearly premium payment of 50,000 for 5 years. Alongwith that the policy was having 2,25,000 Rs mediclaim inbuilt, 12500 commission back to me within 1 month, 3 Lakh accidental & 6 Lakh accidental death benefit.15000 Rs per year till 99 years in case I keep the 50,000 Rs invested in the company.

Request your support in this matter and get me the premium paid for all 3 policies back.

Another cheat case against Reliance Life Insurance.

They called up from their office saying some scheme for the day. My parents went there and they explained some life insurance policy. Our requirement was for the policy which can help my parents in medical requirement. They deceived my parents such a way that they became ready to take life insurance policy instead of medical policy. When the policy came it was something different which was promised and shown at the time of meeting. We returned the policy the next day we received to the branch from where we bought it. Its been more than 3 months and there is no revert from there.

We contacted the branch manager of Gandhinagar Mr. Dipesh Sawla he said that the policy we submitted to return was lost and they have now requested for duplicate copy and its in process. He has been saying that since last month and he committed me to give my money back on 5th of July 2012. Now he is not reachable and is not picking up our call.

One of my friend in Reliance Life insurance in Ahmedabad, just informed me that such kind of telly calling is done by them to reach to their target and they don't cancel any such policies till client give up and continue with it. We have been following up with them since last 3 months but no positive revert from Reliance. I too tried contacting reliance customer care through online, but they says that we cannot do anything till your policy is not reached to us in Mumbai. So its all moving round and round. NOBODY is willing to help us.

Kind reference is invited towards the captioned subject with regard to my Life Insurance Policy number 19507885 in the name of Deepak Khanna.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that the term plan as per the policy documents is for a period of 20 years whereas the term plan explained to me was for a period of 5 years. This is a clear case of gross mis selling

Moreover, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the signatures on the illustration page which contains the details of the period of the term plan has been forged. I declare that I have not signed the illustration page and the same has been fraudulently done without my consent and knowledge.

Pls help me in this case as it is totall Mis selling & fradulant case as still I have not received any positive reply from reliance insurance company.

Also pls arrange to refund my deposit amount.

After three year company will give to me Rs. 1lacs & 40 thousands.

But I did not received any cheque till now.I complain to Reliance person regularly.After some time Mr. Vishal chaudhary ( Mobile No [protected])call me that Mr. ashish give wrong assurance of one month,bue you will received it with in 25 days.
We have some other benefits for you that you pay Rs.50000 & get gift of Maruti Alto with A.C.. I again convensed & take two Policy of Rs 25000 each.
In the above he said that company will refund this amount with in three month as company saving his Tax by showing this policy & this is security amount.He also said me that pls don’t disscuss to other.
I confused ,but I believe on them.
After some time a call is received to me from reliance that you take policy from our third Party,then I shocked & call to Mr. vishal,But he said that we are reliance person.

I cont followup with them up to one & half month,but they did not give me as they committed
After this period a call came from their office (Mr. Rishab ,land line No [protected]).He said me that why u are become BEWKUF as company member become u & said that yadi aapki himmat hai to paise nikal kar dekho.

I request to Kota Office to cancelled these policy they said that it will not cancelled as onle cancellation time is 15 days as I am not submitted as they give me assurance of one month.
I also give my feed back with cancellation form but no action be taken.
I request Pls cancel these policy as I am not satisfied & also give me my gift cheque & Maruti Alto 7 also take action against to all third Person.
In these day I seem very nervus & my family also face some economical problem as if ny action will not taken then I will take action with my life.
I believe on your system,I have no write proof but u can call on given no as a CLINET & u can clear.

My policy has not cancelled during the Free Look Period. I have sent application form to Bimalokpal Bhopal with Ref. No.-RIL/344-23/03-12/JBP dated:[protected]. All hard copy have attched with the application form. But no responce Till today.

Your delhi head office telecalling centre for life insurance products department executive telecaller on dated 18/04/12 call from your office no. [protected] timing around 14.30 p.m. to mobile no. [protected] regarding new launched life insurance products and saying that your mobile no. choose in lucky draw for reward and continues explain the life products without my listening interest and after briefing, asked for purchase life products and when I strongly deny then suddenly he start abusing & his misbehavior was untorable & close phone. Next day same executive telecaller on dated 19/04/12 vide your office no. [protected] timing around 14.30 p.m. to my mobile no. [protected] try to irritate me again & close call.
You are requested to intervene said matter on urgent basis otherwise I am force to file court case for personal harassment against company and moreover my mobile is DND its also against the rules of TRAI.
