Dear sir,

Refer attached mail regarding complaint of misguide or mis introduce against 0% rate of intrest against reliance life insurance money multiplier plan. I got call from [protected] & Mb [protected](Mr. Ashish Singh) Delhi Reliance office. This person introduce himself as name Mr. Mr. Ashish Singh & Miss. Sunita Varma and calling from Reliance Life Insurance company (Address :- Reliance fund Management Departments, 2nd floor scrya kiran bulding, Bardhklenbe road, C.P., Delhi) he told me about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan. After conversation with he. He transfers the call to her senior Mr. Ashish Singh. He is telling me he is senior manager of Reliance life Insurance/loan dept. He told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.


By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Your Mb. No. is selected by IRDA for 0% load for ten years against the same plan IE-if I will pay 50000 then RLIC Company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC. These people had all so send me a Reliance brochure where They are writing "RELIANCE MULTIPLIER PLAN-GET LOAN WITHIN 45 DAYS to 90 DAYS WITH 0% INTEREST'

So i was decided to invest 20,000/- (twenty thousand) of rupees and take loan of 2, 00,000/- (two laces) for ten years with 0% interest. And I took a policy on 29/11/2013.

But till date I have not received any loan conformation from contacted person from RILC call centre
they cheat me.
Hence request RILC to take action against miss introduce Planner of company plan & Reliance Company.
Please requesting you to return my amount of 20,000/- urgently.
Please look into the matter URGENTLY.

respected sir i need to inform that the executive of reliance life insurance along with probus insurance broker has cheated me on behalf of irda & offered me a loan of rs ten lakhs and by using my confidential bank data pursue me to & collect a sum of rs 1lakh cheque in favour of rlife as a margine money for offered loan they issues a life insurance policy by introducing my fake signature n the policy forwhich i moved a complaint to all the higher authority of rlife many of them apprecitate that it was a wrong & unfair business practice but never grant me relief for that there after they cancel the said policy and issues a new policy no 50481256 on dated 17 12 2012 for which i made a cancellaction request on 26/12/2012 vide SR[protected].rlic from khandwa city as the executives of rlic indore office were not entertaining me and making a fool of me for the cancelation. right now 40 days are passed out and they were not providing my refund as i m in need of it very most as my daughter is hospitalised for treatment of jaundice please sir let them instruct to release the fund immediately

I also received (04 th oct, 2012) call from delhi office
They told me that Reliance offering you loan against policy. Also they given calculations like: If i want a loan of 300000/- then I have to invest 30000/- in reliance scheme. Reliance will give me 3lacs out of which 270000/- I have to repay in next 10 years. on 11th year, Reliance will transfer entire policy document on my name. policy also genrated but loan amount do not tranfer my account @ 45 day .
this is fraud type policy genrated

Sir / Madam:

I am holding Reliance SGYP Policy# 15532489 since November 2009.

And, I surrendered the same on January 08, 2013 and I understand that in order to get the surrender value it normally takes 7 working days. However, I am yet to receive the surrender value from Reliance Life Insurance.

Despite of contacting several times to Customer Care to find out the reason for the delay, I could not able to find the reason.

Request you to please help me to get the same.

I had paid my premium around 01 Jan '2013 though my premium due date is 31st December since I need to show as an investment proof to get tax benefits.

Reliance Insurance is a totally fraud company. Their teleshopping executives (as bunch of ), promises many things to sell their product and when you get the Insurance papers, not a single thing is mentioned as per the commitment. It takes such a long time for them to settle the issue and then you have to run from pillar to post to get your own money back. Such a useless and fraudulent company. I think the reliance empire is built totally on mistrust and duping others. Such companies will not survive for a long time. One day they will have to face their consequences.
I will always pray that they fall to dust.

I got call from[protected] ,[protected] (Mr. Varun Sood) & [protected] (Mr. Nikhil Saxena) Delhi . These person introduced themselves as Varun & Nikhil Saxena and calling from Reliance Life Insurance Company Delhi. Varun started me telling about interest free loan against Reliance Money Multiplier plan. This plan is for selective 10000 people as reliance entering into banking sector in 2014. Reliance wants to build a good relationship with these customers & that is the reason they are offering this scheme. After conversation with him, he transferred this call to his senior Nikhil Saxena. He told me same thing and convinced me fully on it. By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. i.e.if i will paid 50000 Then RLIC company will give Rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to RLIC. These people also told me that they will give me loan money within 30 - 45 days from date of policy paper receive followed by a welcome kit containing all telephonic discussion (about Loan Policy) & a visit from reliance loan department . So I decided to invest 50,000 & completed documentation and gave required cheque of 50,000 to Reliance collection boy. After that, phone calls are coming from Reliance people for verification, address verification and lot more. I thought all Things are on line and my 50,000 rupees had all so debited from my account in The name of Reliance Life insurance co ltd. My policy got enforced on 2 Nov 2012 (Policy No.[protected] & I received bond on 26 Nov.I started follow up for welcome kit & loan verification department but didn't get satisfied answers. I wrote a complaint to RLI but still date I have not received any satisfactory answers except DIPLOMATIC answers.

I received a call from Reliance Executives regarding a very attractive life insurance plan that covers medi- claim coverage of Rs. 7 lacs per year on payment of premium of Rs. 50,000 every year, payable for 7 years and coverage for 15 years. I took this scheme and then an executive from reliance came to get the documents filled by me. I filled the common proposal form in which i mentioned all the details regarding the plan told to me. The Base sum assured as told to me by the executives of Reliance and filled by me in the common proposal form was Rs. 6,66,600/- (document attached) whereas when i received my policy docket the relevant page was altered and the amount was changed to Rs. 2,79,200 (document attached). The relevant document is attached and it is very clearly visible on comparison of the two sheets that how the amount on the page is altered by Reliance Executive to fraud the consumer.

After Reading Policy Document , We Informed (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) him to Transfer Invesrment in Single Premium mode but given wrong and illegal information and Cheated us by making false procedures on our behalf on documents.


Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi has not transferred (Policy 15 days Free Look Period) our investment on Single Premium mode by giving false promises rule etc. that way he spoiled our free look period by which loss of policy 4th year 10 % surrender charges which is huge amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- on our investment.

In December 2011, we approached for complete withdrawal of our investment policy but Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi (Designation - ESM work at Reliance Life Insurance office : B/104 & 105, Swaminarayan Avenue, Near AEC Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380001, Gujarat.) Informed us do not withdraw complete investment policy and informed to wait upto December 2012 with full interest on our investment but till date. We have not heard anything from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi not from company in writing.

We are surprised to know that our investment of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten lakhs Rupees) Policy has been discontinued wef. December 2011 and wef December 2011 hence we request you to Consider Maximum Bank Interest rate wef. December 2011 to till date and send money back urgent with maximum Bank Interest rate on all policy fund value urgently.

After Maturity of Investment Plan, It is mandatory of the compney to pay to the Customer a big Amount with maximum Bank Interest rate due to Negligence of duty of office.

In view of above facts and circumstances, we request you to kindly pay investment amount on Single Premium mode policy with Dec 2011 to till date at maximum Bank Interest rate the earliest.

Futher, due to false information, promotion etc of Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi, we suffered a great financial loss which may kindly be recovered from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi and appropriation action may be taken.

We may be informed in writing urgently.

I was got a phone call from Delhi Citi Bank H.O that have you required any personal loan of Rs. 3 to 5 lacs . I show interest the caller say you have to purchase Reliance insurance Product the prem, for that is Rs 24000/ after you purchased policy of Reliance we will sancationed 3 lac O/d in your existing bank a/c against the policy you purchased.

As per his instrucation Reliance execuative visited my place and filled form of ins. and collect chq. of Rs. 24000/ after that I got policy of Reliance Life Insurance Money Mulitiplier Plan dated 30th Sept.,my claint id is
84548725 and contract no is 50432126 in my name Harshad Ghanshyam Buddhadev. the policy Agent/Broker
code: 21357987 Name Deepak Kumar Dehil.

My compliant is I was cheated and misguided and to sale Reliance Policy the Tele caller done a wrong commitment that if you have purchased the Reliance insurance the Citi Bank sancationed you a 3 lac O/D in your account it's approx passed 50 to 60 days but I will not get any O/D inspite of that I had missguided and blocked my Rs.24000/ to purchased the policy.
Is Reliance Agent do awrong commitment to sale policy is it is frod do astrct action against the person who are involed in it and return me my prem. of Rs.24000/ if they are not Sanctionrd my o/d.at the earliest.

I have received a call from [protected] by a person named Mr. Ranjit asking to surrender my policy no.14419307 as my fund value is very lower than premium I had already paid. The person has said that he is from Insurance Verification Department authorised by IRDA. Can I know about the authenticity of the call.

I'm also one of the victims of said scams. I request IRDA, Regulatory Authority and Reliance Insurance to take this matter seriously otherwise people will damage your reputation in one minute and nobody will trust on your product. Even IRDA may execute their rights and powers to force to get an explanation from Reliance Insurance Company if they manage to Insurance business above the expectation during the year 2012-13 corresponding to the previous year. Such scam can be protected if IRDA works like watchdog.

I start aInsurance Policy by Relaince Insurance Company in 2008. But this Policy hasbeen refound,so my money returned by chek in 2009 , There is aproblem this chek has invoiled, I found this masagge after two year in 2011 by our Bank SBI the name of Policy holder PAREMA DEVI .After found this CHEK I returned io RLIC. by agant in December I Can not found any massage about this mater So I request you please give me massage about this [what happened]

BMA company called me and asked to meet. They have a tie up with Reliance life insurance and are service providers. We took a policy and they informed us that if we want to cancel our policy it can be done in the period of 15 days from the time you get the policy booklet.
firstly we called BMA to cancell our policy but they we unavailable then we went to reliance office directly were one of the executive told us that it can be cancelled only from BMA. we reached BMA office and submitted the cancellation form and booklet. we were assured that it will be cancelled in 1 week and amount will be refunded.
after 2 weeks we inquired at BMA office and came to know that they did not process our cancellation. when asked for reason they stupidly tld that their staff keep on changing every time and this might have left out. so when we asked to cancell it then they tld that cancellation period is over and nw iyt cant be cancelled.
so we went to relinace office for our concern, there also they did not processed our request and till nw they make us run from BMA to reliance and vice versa...

can anybody help us in this regard and provide us with contact no. of person who can help us..... or any consumer protection number plzzzz

dear sir, i nilesh shete a policy holder of reliance life insurance from last year (policy no[protected] . paying 25000 as a premium, this year my policy premium is going to due in the month of aug-12. in the month of june mr, harish sutap call me and told me to pay early to get bonus, 1st I ignore him , but he call me 4/5 time and tell me he is calling from reliance and it is benifited to me to pay early. so he send a guy to me and collect cheque of 25ooo ,one blank cheque and told me to singed some papers for procure , when i asked for blank crossed cheque and sing , he told me the bonus amount tranfer directly to ur bank account,

This is Durga Srikanth Velaga having policy with Reliance Life Insurance Vide policy no 14947265 i got this policy erroneously on my name in the month July'09 instead of Brother Mr.Venkateswara Rao because of Sales Manager G Srinivasa Rao, he has forged my signature and he given policy on my name.
Reliance Sales Manager G Srinivasa Rao approached my brother Mr.Venkateswara Rao and he explained the single investment policy, later on my brother given Rs.99, 999/- and he been to Canada, mean while Mr.G Srinivasa Rao came to me and he asked for some ID proof and Address proof of mine and my brother, i said my brother has been to Canada and he will be back only after 6 months then he took my ID proof and Address proof for nominee addition in my brother policy. After 15 days i received a policy bond on name then I was surprised and I came to know that we were cheated by the sales manager, policy has to be paid regularly for more than 5 years with high allocation charges that we cannot pay. Immediately I called up sales manager and asked explanation on this regard, he said that it was by mistake happened, I will cancel the policy and return the money but he never came back to me. I been to Bangalore Reliance Life office for cancellation of policy with in 1 month time, there I met Mr Suresh Babu, customer service executive and I have given request for cancellation of policy then he called up Tadepalligudem branch manager and he discussed with him and he suggested me to give request at Tadepalligudem branch only. I traveled all the way from Bangalore to Tadepalligudem for policy cancellation, at Tadepalligudem branch they refuse to take request from me and simply they said that policy cannot be cancelled due to that cancellation time has been finished.
I have given request and complaint twice at Tadepalligudem branch but no body has taken responsibility to do justice. I have given request for policy cancellation with in 1 month but Reliance Life and their staff has cheated me, please find the attachment of policy cancellation request at Bangalore office and other complaints that I have given to get my money back. Since last 3 years iam trying to get my money but I couldn’t get back my money. Finally I got your email id and iam requesting you to do the needful and justice to me in this regard. Kindly cancel my policy and give my money back.
