[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd. — refund

Same thing happened to me also, and the most disappointing thing is that their Customer care is not good, first of all they give sense less replies to your queries and after then stop replying back, To the worst part, you cannot find any other emailId or some Grievience addresssal system on their website except 'Rlife.[protected]@relianceada.com', when they stopped responding you have no other choice.

on the date of 22/01/09 isend to your dept for switching my fund into equityfund but after 40 days recevd that your request cannot be processed, due to STP OPTION so what can i do for switching my fund into guildfund to equityfund properly & quickly, my plcy, no is 11363198.

I am vinod kumar from gurgaon. I have a policy of relince life insurence. My policy no is[protected] from Panipat (Haryana). I have take this policy on November 2007. But I have not recevied the policy till date due to
my two payment is pending.I have done the request in costomer care about 2 and 3 time.My last request no is 00163150/1. I have do this request on 9th March'09 Monday and they give me one week time for reprint the policy but when i comferm from the branch they do not recevied the policy. So sir please help me. I will be very thank full to you for this.

One one time agent inform about your plan i agree and join but I am not happy because your coy has not gave any information about your fund position no recd monthly msg no feedback recd i unknown about your plan and current position u are responsibile to satisfaction of custemer. My policy has been cancelled without my permission and transferred to unknown person. I have no clue what they have done and how your representative transferred to their a/c. This message i came to known by sms through my mobile. I have received message from reliance insurance on[protected]. I have complained but till now i did not get any response from your branch representative. I wanted to invest Rs one & half lac for two to three years . Mr Gagan Jindal Agent No 51029586 apprauched me thru some one known to me . He assured me to do the needful . He took two cheques one from my a/c other from my wife's a/c worth one lac & forty thousand respectively .After a month or so I received two policies eg Nos 51045626 & 51029586 From Reliance Insurance Co . These policies do not serve my requirement .I am retired Air Force officer age 68 yrs &wife 62yrsWith no other source of income. I am not in a position to serve these policies. I had called Mr Jindal .( agent) . He agreed to get these policies changed to ONETIME payment. Free look time had just started Changes/cancellation could have done easily. Since his own interest was involved He did nothing &kept on assuring me that it is matter of time terms & conditions will be changed as per my requirement. Finally he did not do any thing & policies were sent to me by post. Kindly get these two policies cancelled or convert it into one time payment. Please initiate action agent.
