[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect 1x Data Card — Froud Activation (tariff plan) on my data card | |||
I bought Reliance 1X data card post paid new connection 6 days back and i request to activate unlimited internet plan which is 699Rs. per month and they give 250 Rs. discount on monthly bill for 6 months which mean that 449 Rs. per month as per the reliance dealer told me. at same day in evening i received a call from reliance customer care and they told me that they activate the above mentioned plan on my data card and then i use the internet on my Reliance Netconnect 1x data card . and after 6 days on 13/12/2010 i received a message from reliance for bill payment of Rs. 725. i complaint it to reliance but they said that they activate the other tariff plan on my data card. it is totally company fault . i complaint it to reliance but they not response me in a positive manner i called them 30 to 35 times i frustrated about it. so please give me the solution about it . thanks Sheetal sharma Reliance 1x data card no.- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

internet data card — not clear about tariff plan
1. Still do not know about the scheme/ plan given to me. Vodafone store says only monthly rental of Rs. 500.00 to be paid as I am ONGC customer where as 55666 says Rs. 499.00 plan is given to me.2. Service is very poor.
3. Request sent to 111 for sending monthly bill to my mail address but not activated.
4. vodafone.in/myvodafone still not working since last 3 days.

I had Purchased The reliance Data Card For Amit Enterprises Silver Square, Rani Bazar, Bikaner (Raj.) to date[protected] and They commitment That You have one Month free and after This your Billing Plan is RS 400/ Per Month But They Did Not changed my billing plan and They added My plan 799 I have To Much Problem and I had called Reliance customer Care Regarding this problem But The could Not solve My problem. Currently My Data Card Internet disconnect and They continuous send me bill. so Please Help me.

I had Purchased The reliance Data Card From Mr. Manoj.([protected]) dt.[protected] and They commitment That he is cooperate for activation. the data card is not list in my name. that card show other name when i confirm from customer care. i also contacted mr. manoj & his senior. they didi no pick my call.they switch oof mobile yesterday.yester day his senior told me for replacement and send reprensentative([protected]) for giving data card. he did not do that.i am serious about matter. i will go file case agst Mr. Manoj & rim i[censored] r not replace the data card.

im using data net connect.i hv submitted to use the plan 400 night plan but they activated 700 plan ad now they charging for it.my outing is also barred.plz check it ad reduce my bill..
