      I stay on the top floor (Sixth) of a building at Kalina, Mumbai. I have an Open Terrace where I have a garden. I have two kids (Six and Twelve) and we spend lots of time on our Terrace. There is a Cell Tower erected on the Seventh Floor Terrace and we are directly exposed to whatever harmfull effects the tower causes. I am shure the tower erected on the residential building will be against government safety norms (bldg with an open terrace ?)

      I would appreciate if appropriate action is taken and the CELL TOWER is removed.

        reliance broadband is one of the best broadbands i have ever seen in my 20 yrs of life.....i will tell everyone to go for rel-broadband....its plans are cheap.....and the connection just happens...you dont need to wait....it was on my doors within two day.....the people talk so politely that you are overwhelmed with their words and you really want to hug them.....but after the "REAL" deal is over i.e. once i became the "PROUD" customer of the proud company.....they forgot to give me service.....they will send you bill timely....make sure the connection is on whenever they call you for a customer satisfaction enquiry and then the wont even listen to you when you want them to hear your complaints.......they will cal you back as soon as you get the connections right.....such a gr8 connection.......the connection never let me down..........it feels as if it never started....i feel as if i have taken this connection to hear the ivrs girl guide me to press certain buttons.....whatelse.....theres no option of talking to some real person....it says the customer sevice representative will contact within 24 hrs.....it just means to tell me.....you have to stay in the same room with your pc on atleast for 24 hrs.....till either the representative calls.....or you go blind.....as your connection will never give you a chance to surf the net......need i say nething else???????????

        if any one is even THINKING of taking a reliance broadband connection i'd strongly recommend not to cause i made the mistake of trusting reliance even though i'd read so many complaints about it. I'm experiencing it REAL TIME now,
        I have an 750 unlimited plan, i'd called the customer care as the connection was getting timed out very frequently, and there i got the shock of my life, the agents talking so rude, i felt like more than they giving me service i'm begging for it.
        the agents name is " Mr Jaspal". He dint even transfer the call to the supervisor and told me straight on my face that nothing can be done about it, so people how are thinkin o[censored]nlimited broadband connection with reliance "JUST FORGET IT" cause reliance expects us to sit in front of the computer and browse the net all the time that v need free download,
        and I[censored] make a mistake of taking a broadband connection and want to get out of it, people for your information it takes 15 business days for reliance to disconnect your connection and they will charge you for all those days whether you use the connection or not.

        I'd strongly recommend nobody to take a reliance broadband connection.

        This is the worst service provider i have ever come across, the service sucks no one knows whats happening. everytime i call customer service a dud answers the phone & irritates me all the more.. iwsh i had waited for Airtel as they have a better customer service.
        I have a Reliance Broadband connection from Reliance. Number is [protected] , this connection is not working from last 10 days and i have been calling customer care daily for this without fail. They simply put on hold for long and then come up with stupid excuse that they have forwarded the mail and it will be activiated asap. I am loosing sleeps over amount of work piling up day-day because of my inability to work from home. Need to know how to tap these guys.

        Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
        I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
        Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

          My Reliance Broad Band Data Card Connection
          No. [protected] in the Name of Akbar Hussain

          Sir I had purchased Data Card for one of the Service out-let of Reliance Mobile karthikeya communication Saidabad Hyderabad one year before for Rs.2299.00.

          My complaints are as under-:

          a. I took High speed Data card from the above mentioned retail out-let of Reliance communication with a plan of 5gb. After few months I change the plan of 3gb .first 2 weeks they won,t gave the connection and sent the bill to me.I complaint about the same thing in reliance outlet they replaced the data card.since then the service is OK.I used net less than 1GB,hence in may 2010 I tried to cancel my account for this I went to reliance outlet.they told me to inform us at month ending .I did the same,they did not give me how to cancelled my account.I continue it for the month of June.I requested to cancelled my account at the out let as well as at help desk.They repeatedly asked why are cancelling the account but no one take action for my request.




          On 7th july10 finally i went to cancelled my account and inform the same thing to outlet manager and representative of Reliance named (Rasool) .They informed their higher authorities and convinced me instead of cancellation convert it in to prepaid.after having talks they inform me to pay Rs 1026/ (around) for past things and life member ship of prepaid account, and gave the promised whenever I want to activate it by paying the pre-paid scheme plan in advance.I finally paid the amount for conversion of post paid to prepaid on that day 1026/-.
          After that they keep on post me bills for subsequent months.I inform my conversion plan from post paid to prepaid to them.


          Ultimately I personally approached the retail outlet Reliance Karthikeya communication and requested them to convert my connection from post paid to pre paid, and then they again asked me to pay towards charges till date.

          sir i paid Rs 937/- my dues regularly in third week of the month,because of conversion only i paid 1026 in the first week of July.from mid June to till date i have never used data card.

          In the light of above I request for justice from Honourable Court with the request to direct the Company/ their Representative to Rs. 5000.00 for the mental agony caused to me for deficiencies in their Services and deceiving the customer.

So i took the plan of rs.450 rental, which is supposed to give me 20 hours of free day usage and 40 hours of free night usage.
          2.Another issue that i have that they are supposed to provide us with our unbilled usage amount; but whenever i have done that i get my billing amount to be Rs.0.
          3.And also they provide any information on how many free hours are left.
          Now finally after 1 month o[censored]sage I get a bill of around Rs. 900, and my usage was less than the limit allowed in Rs.650 plan. I was first cheated to taking a poorer plan and then they don't provide us with information which might help us in keeping track of the our hourly usage.

          Reliance mobile and data card — I have bought postpaid connection and datacard which is not activated since one year.

          The reliance mobile's service is one of the 3rd graded service in the world.

          I have bought reliance data card cdma 1x and post paid connection one year before from reliance, cunningham road branch,
          its service is very bad the people are so reluctant and so irresponsible they dont even bothered to activate it properly and they say every time that today and tomorrow every time I go and ask.

          I comlaint about this many times at reliance local office but nothing happens.they just give me fake assurance that this is technical problem for short time and we are working on it but it is about more than one year nothing happens in this service improvement.

          I have taken this connection of reliance because it is very prestigious market brand but it didn't fullfilled my needs.

          I would like to make authorities of reliance that this will make there customer feedback negative if they didn't work on this problem.
          I request you to accept my request and work on it asap.

          purched a Classic FWP model 2258 with the net service but since 1 month am unable to use it .
          as to ur customer care says there is pending balance so i cleared it. then again i re-charged a net balance of 111 by which we get 5 hours to use the net after that the net stopped again, then again i called to your customer-care then they again tey told that there is a sum of pending balance again then i again cleared the pending then recharged again a 111 to use it but am unable to use it so kindly arrange to solve the problem t

          Reliance Communication — Request to convert the account

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          My name is Mohammad Saqib and I have a reliance postpaid connection ([protected]), I asked the rep to convert my number back to prepaid as I do not want to use postpaid connection and I have been misguided by the representative who offered me the postpaid plan, then I visited reliance communication center to convert or close the postpaid number, as per the com rep, I need to call at *222 which I did and placed a request to convert my postpaid number back to prepaid and then as per the rep, they told me that the request has been taken and it will take 5 days to get processed when I asked for the reference number they said there is no such reference number and the action is being taken care by them, he assured me as well.

          However when I call back to them after 5 days, they said there is no request has been placed and now I need to place the same request again by visiting communication center. Now I do not want to visit or call them and ask to convert the number, I will not pay any single penny to them.

          It is being big inconvenienced for me to place a simple request again and again and visit communication center. Please guide me the proper resolution.

              Dear All,

              On 17 Nov.I had recharged for Rs.200 my prepaid mobile through ICICI Bank online banking using my Saving account..On failed of online recharge prepaid mobile money not refunded ! Customer care team advised it's already transferd in your account.. But still not received the refund amount,

              Also am stop calling reliance customer care ! beacuse same story need to explain every time.. It's very very poor service & system (ERP) using reliance...


              And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account Till Date.
              I made complain 10 more times and also get the complaint no confirmation sms that... But stil refund not received... Reliance mobile no. [protected] and complaint no[protected].

                i have applied for reliance one card through your retail outlet, they issued me temporary card and asked to wait for few months. but its over one and half year but i have not recieved my reliance one card. kindly send my reliance card as soon as possible.

Now i have already called up more than 100 times to there customer care wasted more than 1000 Rs only on calling but everytime they confirm the address and tell me i will get the permanent card with in 3 working days.

                guys can u believe from the past 1 year same reply, Worst customer service i have ever seen, i dont now what the hell mukesh and anil are doing.

                  Atul Parekh, my uncle is dead and so I requested to convert 2 of his numbers to prepaid. This request was not processed and they are now harassing unnecessarily her 80 year old grand mother to make innumerous rounds of the reliance web world.
                  They start service within a day but take 21 days to disconnect the service. Such is the shoddy service provided by rcom.

                        Mobile company called me on 26/11/10, they told me that my number has been selected for some offer. Operator told me the offer, I just responded to her by saying ok. Then she immediately disconnected the phone and after that today also they mobile company has deducted Rs 30 from my account, without me knowing the reason. After that I called customer care and came to know the real reason.
                        I request you to take some serious action against such cases, so that Reliance stop making fool of their customers and cheating them by making such calls.
                        I will feel obliged, and consider my action to be treated seriously for the benefit of customer.

                          I want to lodge a complain against relicance prepaid number as I am using Reliance prepaid and my number is [protected] on 25 november 2010 my balance got depleted of rs. 9.50/- for 1 paisa sms pack but my 1 paisa sms pack is not working after that whenever I call to the customer care on 30.11.2010 they are not refunding my money back and they said past 3 days they don't have the details.

                          Hence I want my amount to be refunded in my prepaid number.

                            I have taken Reliance netconnect connection.My connection was suspended by them saying that the payments which i have done for two months was reversed back.When i contacted the bank through which i made the payment and i was told by the bank people that no such reversal was done by them.I visited reliance communication center in DP road Pune and logged complaint on 9-Nov-2010.Till now no resolution was given by them.Finally they have agreed that they recived the payment and asked me to submit the documents which i have done But still they have not activated my services.

                            Response which the executives give is not at all good.It has been 1 month and till now they have not resolved the problem
                            i have taken reliance net connection at time of activation it is set to hybrid, now i'm in hyd such that i want hsd activation pls tell me the information regarding the process.

                              Am using your Reliance prepaid number [protected] last 2 years now am decided to convert my prepaid number to postpaid number on dated 29/11/2010 from your franchise Shri Balaji Infocom Address office 06 ground floor vashi railway station vashi navi Mumbai am deposited 250Rs deposit amount the executive
                              Name of Mr. Manish Singh informed me that your number will going to convert postpaid in with 5 working days.

                              After 3 days I visited the same gallery they informed the verification department informed that the executive was not found address then I given more land mark with my alternate contact number to visit given address.

                              Today date 03/12/2010 I visited gallery the customer care executive informed that the verification again send their report again they have not found my address even the remark us they are not found your postpaid connection in such slum area.

                              Now I need a justice from your side I provided my Reliance Energy bill where I received my all bill according the address and this address was having record last 50 years on the Electric bill record and our light bill comes to more then 2000 Rs per moth you can check all record from Reliance Energy.

                              At my Given address I receive all my official letter as well other communicating letter via pot or courier you cam verify my address record from versova post office Mumbai 400061

                              If you are not providing your post paid service to me the reason is that am staying a slum area I don’t have right to use your postpaid service or what ??? I need this answer

                              Even am using your prepaid number last two year how they are activated my number without any verification and the number is still active?????

                              If you need my salary slip or any ban statement or you need any security deposit more then 15,000 Rs am ready to pay if you think that am not able to pay your bill the reason is am staying in slim???

                                I have give three time redemption request, all the time my request are rejected, they say my signature miss match, i understand that is ok with your policy, but for that reason you will never give my money back????, last time your telephone assistance tell me give signature verification from bank, as per her suggestion, i give bank signature verification, but your company still reject my request, if bank is guarantee, why you are not giving our money, after all money will deposit in my account, i personally meet at your office in ahmedabad, but your "good" customer care person cant help me anyway? so what can i do know????

                                  Hi Reliance Broadband,
                                  Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
                                  I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
                                  Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

                                    We are resident of Top floor of “E” BLOCK,DELHI CTIZEN GROUP HOUSING SOCIETY ,Sector- 13 ROHINI ,Delhi-1100085. This is regarding a complaint against Reliance Mobile Network Tower on top of our Residence flat without our consent and dealt with society office . As we all know it may cause major issues like ‘Brain Tumour’ , ‘Brain Hemorage’ or even ‘Cancer’ to health of human beings. And also one resident Atul kumar jain is suffering from TINITUS Disease (Sound in ear). Now all people on the top floor of the apartment here are afraid of such issues.
                                    The facts regarding the hazards of Mobile Tower in Residential Area should be removed came into news and various department had promised that there will action taken against the towers installed in residential areas . We therefore request you cooperate and get the removal of the mobile tower from our roof immediately .

                                    During installation of the tower, some people of the society did not know to such issues and allowed to install the tower . As this being a residential area now knowing from various news channel we request the society office for removal and take the necessary action immediately .We are also sending a copy of this letter to tower company and to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, and concerned authority also.

                                      dear sir/madam
                                      i am complaining regarding the deduction of balance from my RELIANCE GSM mobile account.my mobile no is [protected]. this is not the first time they deducted my balance without any reason. this is the 3rd time.
                                      last deduction ----25/11/2010.amount -RS 10.

                                      when i asked the reason from customer care they only told that this is due to network fault or promotion SMS/CALL but they do not refund the balance.they excused that you have to call within 24 hours after the deduction. one more problem is that when i am trying to complain the customer care, the line is so busy that it connects after 24 hrs.
                                      so kindly take some actions regarding this.

                                        I am using reliance services in telecom since the reliance arrived in market. i was using a ZTE phone- a old model in which sim card is not used, the no. of my connection is [protected], i have transfer this number on blank sim so that i can change my handset as my old handsets battery was not working. i did it on 26-11-10 in your jaipur, rajasthan based reliance web world, location: Gaurav tower, malviya nagar jaipur, i paid 101 rs/- for new sim and i was told to *228 and follow the instruction, i did same3 as they told, but my services is barred, no incoming no out going & no msgs. i complaint this in reliance web world at G.T, that please activate my sim as i am facing troubled but they have not taken immediate action and they keep lingering on the matter, today is 7th day, if my no. will not activate i will file a case against consumer court, i am having a balance of 250rs/- in my sim.
                                        i also requested your manager of reliance web world Mr. Anil, he treated me as if i am no one for him, there is an employer name shailendra he too misbehave, There is also a madam there every one there is least bothered about customer services. i am sorry but i am heavily disappointed.
                                        please take necessary action regarding my complaints and activate my sim soon.
