Hello sir,

My Net connect number is [protected]

I have purchased it on 30th december it was working fine for first 2 days, now it is disconnected.

I’m calling call center no use……….

I orderd it online,the person who deliverd the card is not responding properly,the person who took verification is not responding....this is frustrating...10 days have been yet no solution...I already asked my couple of friends not to take reliance...they were about to take the card..seeing my situation they changed there decision...because i dont want then to suffer like me.

yesterday again the verification guy came to my office & took signature...he told it will be corrected today....it seems nothng going to happen....when i mailed reliance customer care..they said there is no such number in there data base....Reason is this ppl (who deliverd the card did not feed the number correctly) why the hell i should suffer for there mistake.....

Reliance/datacard Broadband+ — About activation of Datacard

I had taken 3.1 mbps datacard by home delivery on 14 Aug 2009.
My card no is [protected].
This is not activated till now on 27 aug 2009.

I am frustrated with the service/care of Reliance.

Now i donot even want to use this service.
I just want to return this datacard and want my money back.

    on 27.10.2010 i had given request for internet connection on reliance broadband services. on my request reliance sales executive came to my home and has charged rs500 cash for application form. later on he told me that internet connectivity is not possible in my locality so, we cancelled the connection on 17.11.2010 and their executive told me that the money will be refunded to me in 45 days but i have not got the money back yet. please refund my money. form no.[protected] , executive name- Shahid.       This is the mail I sent to Reliance Customer Care:

      I got a call from the telemarketing team of Reliance on 29th December regarding a Gold Pack offer @ Rs 25/month.

      I had informed the tele-caller that I would not like to activate the same. I was informed that whenever I want to activate I can call on toll-free number '555'.
      I have not called this number to activate the service, however the service has been activated and I've been charged RS 25 for the same.

      I called customer care on *333 and spoke to the Agent and the Supervisor (took me 30 minutes @ 50paise/ 3mins), however they denied crediting the balance back to me stating I had activated the pack.

      I would like to bring to your notice that the telemarketing department has activated the service on my behalf without my consent and I would look forward to get the refund for the amount deducted from my balance.

      Reliance Customer Care replied:

      Dear Customer,

      We apologize for the inconvenience caused and to you.

      This is with reference to your e-mail regarding balance deduction issue. We have checked and verified our records and as per that (SMP_GOLD) pack has been activated from your end by tele calling (TELE) mode. Hence, you have been charged correctly. We are unable to process your request for the waiver.


      If you wish to deactivate said packs, please forward the following details to us at the earliest:

      * Complete Name of owner's (as per our records).
      * Alternate contact number, if any.
      * Best time to contact you on alternate number..

      Any one from the following:

      * Complete billing address (as per our records).
      * Date of birth.
      * Last called number.

      We would require the same to assist you better.


      We understand your concern and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and take this as feedback to improve our service to meet your expectations.

        I am using Reliance Data Card broadband connection from 24 November 2010. As per the plan i willbe provided the maximum speed of 3.1 MBps upto 5GB download and after that I will get 124kbps speed. It is a unlimited usage plan for Rs.950 per month.

        Till date(07-Jan-2011) I am getting average speed of 0.1Mbps. When I complaint to customer care, they responded as they have congestion problem in Tambaram(Chennai) area and this willbe resolved by 15th Dec 2010. The problem is not addressed yet but my bill has generated for this month and the next bill is getting charged.

        Even thier website "http://myservices.relianceada.com" is too slow to view the details, if any complaint is raised through the website it throws the error message.

        Can anyone help how to get rid of this problem or do i have only option to pay my outstanding bill and swith over to some other better network.

          Dear Sir,

          I have Cancelled my broadband connection subscriber ID [protected] and BillingAccountNo.[protected] very before, due to the power shut off in broadband connection everyday routinely for 2 Hrs in day time. Before Cancellation, I have logged the complaint to resolve this issue nearly 6 times (have reference complaint Numbers.), unfortunately the problem was still continuiung in our city. Hence, I requested to cancel the Broadband connection after paying all my pending dues and received the mail over it of cancelling.

          I have been sent mails and being called from various technical team, professionals, Nodal officers regarding the inconvenience. But since three months, I have been sent continous bills for broadband service which has been already cancelled and took away, this puts me in very stress. The last call was in the last week saying to ignore all the bills and reminders because it has sent as a mistake. They Apologized

          I have been again threatened notice to pay the unused bills for cancelled broadband connection from “dev Associates & lawyers”/. This is completely Harassment & torturing process. I hereby request your good office to please close this issue. I am fully disappointed and my health is affecting by this stressed notice

I have been connected with customer care twice to confirm it and sent an email too, which is attached below. I received a reply also from customer care and nodal officers regarding it(check below the mail). Few Technical head also confirmed by contacting me but unfortunately I am informed again for payement. What is to be paid for ? I have been disconnected already !!! This is all due to service response which I have priorly informed on my mails.

          Dear Sir,

          I am Having a frequent Power cut in our city, Cuddalore (city for 2 Hrs)at 12.00PM to 2.00PM afternoon. In that period reliance broadband connection is unavailable including Telephone service for nearly 1Hr. This is in a routine daily basis, Continuing and apart from this if power cut goes for 1 min unexpectedly, nearly 30mins no connection & no telephone service. The reason I have received is no power Back-up in DLC. This behavior is since the connection established.

          I have complaint few three times, to customer care. I received complaint nos. but no solution ? I have two more broadband connection other than this to my relatives. I am not able to function along this unstable service, I have told already to disconnect my line as well as other if this problem continues. Few times the power has gone out while talking to my clients, and working on banking networks. To this scenario who is going to take a responsibility for my loss ?

          I did not use Internet & telephone since many days, I removed the line from my connections. No Use connecting it. Am disappointed in a corporate response, I cannot pay my bill If I receive a receipt, as I have already Cancelled and requested to remove my connection.

          Reliance Broadband — CONNECTION UNAVAILABLE

          DEAR RESPECTIVE,

          I TOOK RELIANCE CONNECTION BY MONTH OF JUNE, THE INSTRUMENT WHICH I TOOK WAS A SECOND HAND SET AND YET NOE THE NAME AND BILLING ADDRESS IS NOT CHANGED, BUT HAD SUBMITTED EVERYTHING AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION ENABLING. BELONGS TO THANJAVUR PLEASE CHECK IT AND YOUR STAFF IS NOT APPEARING AS WELL AS NOT ATTENDING MY CALL, IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER SCRAP THEM ALL CHAOS. YOUR STAFF NAME IS ARJUN, KINDLY NOTE IT.

          I AM IN ABROAD NOT ABLE TO CONTACT MY FAMILY FREQUENTLY...IF WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE I WOULD HAVE MADE IT POSSIBLE, SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

          i m disappoint with reliance broadband connection even i m thinking to take off it because i m not getting connectivity and most of the time facing server down problem, , , , , even user id page is not opening so many time then wht is the use of having reliance broadband connection... so i[censored] dont take action with in a week then i will take off it ...okkkkkkkkkkkk

              Sir, my name is Anup Bhowmick and my Reliance GSM no. is [protected]. Sir, I have a sms pack of Rs.19 (1paise per sms plan) and I wanted to deactivate it. I called customare Care and they told me to send a sms to deactivate writing Dact 1P to 53739. I did that, but it was not deactivated. I tried everyday but it failed. I requested customer officer to deactivate but they refused to do that. Now today my pack has been renewed and Rs. 9.50 has been cut. Are they playing a game with me? Am I safe to use reliance? Please do something. I want my money back. Thank you
              this complaint is old and so no action can be taken on this hence for further assitance call customer care

                Hi,
                My name is Sumit Joshi. I reside at 83A, Aravalli Appartments, Sector 52, Noida. My contact no. is [protected]. I was using a broadband connection from Reliance Communication and my user id is[protected].
                I made a request for cancellation of the services on 30.11.2009 vide request no.[protected] and I was told that services will be terminated only after their(reliance's) executive will contact me. But nothing happened.
                I was repeatedly following them for my final amount to pay and termination of the connection.
                Surprisingly, I got informed that my account is closed on 12.12.09 but since the services are active in their system the minimum monthly rental would be applicable and it is raised to more than Rs.1500/- from Rs.1200/-
                I request someone to help me out from this harrassment from Reliance.

                go on facebook and post at many places so that millions customers can read it
                same thing happened to me. they blackmailed me . i was forced to convert to prepaid instead of disconnection otherwise they won't stop billing.

                  Complain Against Reliance Broadband Service

                  Dear Sir / Madam,
                  I am Dinesh B Sawane from Ojhar Dist. Nashik, having reliance Wireline Internet
                  Broad band connection having Id number[protected].A/C No.[protected].Reliance Phone No[protected]Plan Name:WFL299CS.Plan Description:FLP(POTS) And Broad band Plan Name:WICC600KB.Plan Description:600Kbps Combo Plan. I am using this number since last three months & in three months period i have face lots of problem from Customer care.
                  They have deactivate my service twice without intimated me for non making a payment.
                  Here let me just clarify that i have given all the information regarding my email
                  address & mailing address despite for that they fails to send me my bill on my
                  given email everytime, than later after due date expire they keep telling me the same,
                  you have not make the payment so please do it ASAP..i was been keep telling that
                  i haven't received the bill so please do send me i'll make the payment but no mail
                  & no response.. because of that i bear hell lots of issue like my working hours, time & money..Firstly i was using BSNL Brandboad Connection (Phone No[protected] whose service is very nice as compare to reliance broad band. But reliance broad band is cheap in rate so i had decided to use reliance broad band but now i came to know that they are unable to give service for a customer. For how many times i had told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing such thing.
                  As i am doing a business of Shares Trading(Angel Broking) and internet connection is very important for this but the service which is providing by reliance to me is very dull at the time of business only sometime the connection goes very slow or many times it disconnecting.
                  Their Engineers are coming after giving complaints but even they can not solve this problem.
                  Now its very headache for me. All my customer regarding shares trading is not coming due to this reason.I am now thinking to do legal case on reliance broad band so on this factor i am discussing all the things with my advocate. So its my request to all other user who are not using reliance broad band connection dont use reliance broad band connection. They are number 1 frody.

I was told that it will be activated within 3 hours. But it was not activated and when i tried to contact Customer care on 30333333 on 4th Jan at 6:20 PM around from my landine no. 67782701 , the lady representative disconnected the call without giving information. Please activate my replacement SIM card as soon as possible and take action against such irresponsible Customer care representative.

                    Reliance Communications — Not giving replacement of new sim card

                    Sir,

                    i have purchased Reliance GSM sim card on 10th of April 2009. I have got its confirmation on 20th of april 2009. I have recharged that sim card with 145 Rs. As per instruction given by Meenakshi (officer working in Reliance authorised shop) i have insert it on my mobile after 12 hours. But that time i found that this Sim card is not valid. after that immediately i made complained with her. She told me that sim card is damaged. so she asked me to go to nearest reliance shop. I did it but they told me that you have to go to that shop only from where u purchaced that sim card.

                    After doing this i have register complained with reliance web site. but even after one month they are not giving me either my money back or new working soim card. Its almost more than a month that they are not taking any responsibility to give me my replacement for sim.

                    i was purchased a Mobile of worth Rs1500 and With balance of 1500 but after 7 days this card was deactivated due to wrong Information. In form Permanent address is filled in place of temporary address and same vice versa so tata indicom rejected my form.
                    And after long time follow they was not doing any right and apporipiate answer.
                    Today This Card is permanently deactivated and i loss balance of 1500

                      I recieved call from Reliance Sales Team Noida that they are selling 3G connections 150/- Sim card and 250/- deposit. Also the plan will have a monthly rental of 199/- which is one of the best plans along with Goa Package. The person who spoke to me was Gaurav Sharma on 244th Dec'10 from no. [protected]. Next day the person who came to collect the document and monry (400/-) did not hand over any document as a receipt even after insisting. I paid Rs. 400/- cash to Reliance elected delivery channel. The Sim card was to be activated with 24hrs -48hrs, after my repeated attempts calling on the numbers that I had recieved call for address verification and assuring me that they will activate it, it has yet not happned.

                            Since today morning, I am unable to make calls, I can receive calls but when I try to call someone I get engaged tone. I thought the phone at other end might be busy. But, for every call I got the engaged tone, so I suspected some error. So I tried my another number within the premises. I got engaged tone but my another phone was free.

                            I tried your customer service 198, the executive told me it is because of network congestion and asked me to switch off and on the phone after half an hour. I done so after one hour. But there were no result.

                            I called again, the other executive whom I spoke taken my contact no and said will rectify. But she was unable to give either a convincing reason or a solution.

                            Still I am unable to make calls. I would like to know why I am unable to make calls. I hold this number since more than an year. I have enough balance to make calls.

                            Customer Care people are not giving any convincing answer.

                            I am looking for the possibility to file a case in Consumer Court

                              lam very much frustrated with the company policy of renewal of sms pack without permission of the customer. they always left me with min balance(3 or 4 rs).
                              I have renewed my sms pack with rs 19(1p/sms). yesterday i recharge with Rs 50 and today in the morning i found my account reduced to RS 4.13 with the message that
                              "dear customer: your monthly sms pack is due for renewal on rs 39.00. to avail full validity pls ensure sufficient balance in your account."
                              is it necessary to have sms pack??????????

I also received a phone call from reliance customer services and sms regarding this offer and you can also dial [protected] you can hear the details about the offer.

                                  But when I use this pack a sms appear showing the MSG that 0.1 successfully recharged and 149 amount will be payable.

                                  When I make a call to the customer service the didn't response my call and in simple words worst ever customer service..

                                    Reliance Communication indulges in cheating the consumers openly. I bought Reliance NetConnect Broadband Data Card with the plan NCPLUSGOLD12m200 on 12-Dec-2010.
                                    And ever since that day, I noticed that every night at exactly 2200 hours it disconnects, and then re-connects after 1-2 minutes.
                                    When I checked about this happening with the customer representative of Reliance Communications, they confessed that this is a known issue which they are not able to rectify, but they do not want to document it.
                                    This flaw is causing losses to the consumers as follows:
                                    I've a limited capacity plan of 10GB. When I try to download some files around 10 pm, it abruptly disconnects at 10pm, and all the file-size that is downloaded till that time goes waste, as I've to restart the download again after reconnecting, which leads to a lot of wastage in terms of both time and bandwidth.
                                    Also, if I connect to the VPN via this connection it disconnects at 10pm, and all my unsaved work are lost. This also leads to a lot of time waste in re-connecting to the VPN and re-doing the tasks.

                                    Please ask Reliance Communications to document this technical flaw of theirs and also revert the wasted bandwidth that's lost everyday due to the unwarranted disconnection at 10pm.

                                    I guess nothing much can be done on the VPN part.

                                    Reliance is a company solely looking at shareholders profit maximization. Customer satisfaction is last thing on their priorities..

                                        Despite so many reminders to the reliance people, they keep sending messages every day and night. My number is registered under DND and despite the fact, they keep doing it. There is no end to reliance's arrogance. The executive uses filthy language when asked why did he sent those messages. Everyday, i get messages from different numbers. One such number is [protected]. Please do let me know if I can give a police complaint on that guy and initiate necessary action. These fellows should be thrown out of services and should be jailed for torturing and creating mental agony to the public.
