i have a no [protected] company promise me as on 7th oct,2010 that they give me two months onnet call free subscription. but they charge all calls in my bill and disconnect my phone due to overlimit.when i talk to customer care they told me i have to pay the wrong bill then they will start my services.i am suffring from last 6 days due to disconnect my phone.i lose my buisness also.my alternate no. is [protected].plz solve my problem as early as possible

    I had deactivate my RS 39 sms pack successfully on 25/10/10 and got the message for same on my mob no [protected].But on 22/11/10 I got deduction of Rs 39, contacted customer care for the same & told the whole matter. they told Ur request will b resolved in 48 hr & given a service request no:[protected].But still no money is returned back & by contacting customer care again they told we dont have Ur unsubscription request for Rs 39 sms pack & hence we wont return. Bur Sir I had confirmation of deactivation for the same one month earlier then how can they told that they dint had the request for unsub.

    Sir , I got the same amount deduction from 6-7 month, how can I have two sms pack on the same no how can this b possible to have two sms pack on the same no,Rs 19 as well as Rs 39. PL chk the earlier cdr detail since last six month & pl do the needful to get me returned back the whole amount.

    Sir pl do the needful, because no one tells the truth at customer care even contacted then. Pl do hte needful.

      I have recharged my phone at the price 110 rupees on 23/11/10.I have not called anywhere nor the mobile was on - balance.On 24/11/10 at 6:23 a.m a message came that my account balance is 3.20 rupees.
      This type of thing has happened 3rd time . We are trying to call customer care from many days but it doesn't get call so what can we do.Please tell me on my mail.

        Hi,

        I had got a reliance recharge done for my mobile number: [protected] on 1st November for Rs 325. However the company has not done my recharge yet and on filing the complaint they say that this scheme is not meant for you. If this is the case , why have they accepted the payment at the first place ( they agree that they have got the payment) ? I lodged a complaint in the customer care : (complaint no is:[protected] but they have closed the complaint !!

        Please advise as to how to get back my money or get my mobile recharged.
        Hi,

        I have reliance GSM no.[protected] in NCR Delhi region.I was interested in STD call reduction, so I call the reliance customer care and they have guided me for Rs.24 recharge . But I cant get the facility till now. .Then I had complaint and my complaint no. is[protected]. then day said that you are not eligible for this service.then I requsted for my reimbursement but they cant reimburse. So I tortured mentally and wasted my money.
        Now in custermer care they cant attend my calls. I am totally fed up from this service.I want reduced price STD service but how? Please take a neccessary action other wise I changed my no. and take a another company no.
        Please advise as to how to get back my money or get my mobile recharged.

          I was purchased a reliance sim no. [protected] one month ago after completing all the reqired documents & conditions But four days ago the service of sim is closed by the service provider without informing me.I tried to contact customer care but they put my call on hold after 45-60 seconds. I am very upset for this kind of service.

Frankly speaking, I am not at all interested in such Calls & SMSs which are hignly disturbing.

              I am shovana shau. I received a message on my reliance ph on 24th September 2013 that the balance

              has been deducted for VAS service One97STalkDP Rs.15.00. I and my family members have not opted for

              this service and have no clue what this service is used for. I checked my inbox on 1st October 2013

              and saw the SMS regarding the deduction. On being shocked I called 198 complaint helpline for the

              explanation and refund as the service has or had not been taken by me or any of my family members.

              Earlier many similar incidents have occurred where my balance was deducted for no reason hence this

              forgery is not new to most Reliance customers. When I spoke to the customer service executive he

              spoke harshly stating that "this service is given by reliance world madam! But unfortunately we

              cannot refund the said amount because you are too late to have informed us!" I said its not my fault

              that I have been late in checking my inbox due to my busy schedule. The agent again said "I am sorry

              I cant refund!" I asked for the supervisor. The supervisor Mr. Surojit Paul repeated the same

              statement as the agent. He kept saying that I am supposed to call them within 3 days of receiving

              the SMS. But we customers recharge our numbers with our hard earned money. Why should we be PUNISHED

              for being a loyal customer? Will Mr. Mukesh or Anil Ambani answer to our questions? I want my hard

              earned money back in my ph balance. I am tired of this forgery. I want Reliance India to be punished

              for such a cheat!

                I have recharged my phone reliance prepaid number [protected] with rupees 550/- about one and half year ago due to which I expect to have all local calls @50 paise as was indicated by the service. Until recently I was charged so but all of a sudden I am being charged one rupee per call.
                Now, when I called the customer care for enquiry at 198, the person spoke that there was no such offer anytime or it should have been recharged for one year term only. I have not got recharged with any other jaadu pack any time.
                Once, 3-5 days back one another customer care person told that I was being charged 99 paise per call. The next day when I called again, I was told that I was being charged 50 paise per call.
                Not only this, several compliants about the customer service people who attended my enquiry, request, or calls for compliant; about the rage with which they speak, about the information they give ....
                What should I do? Shall I simply cancel my number and go for any other service? Can I be helped in this matter? If yes, how? Please suggest.

                  Hello there,

                  My parents have been using the Reliance Landline connection & internet from past 3 years and recently they've been having issues with the phone modem. They had to wait for almost a month to get the phone replaced (told the piece was outdated so replacement took more time) but now they are left without an internet connection, Is there something we can do about this? My Dad keeps visiting the local office in Kollam but they have turned out to be of no help at all nor are they convincing technically.

                    RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Change in last due date for payment of bills without intimation

                    Hi,
                    I am using Reliance Communication Services for last 3 years and every year after Feb, they change the last due date by 2 days, hence making user to pay additional Monthly Rental for 2 days. For my case, my bill generation date is 11 of Every month and last payment due date is 1st of Every month for the last year till Feb, but for the current month, Reliance has changed the last due date to 29. This is leading to following issues -
                    a) Change in last due date is causing consumers to pay 2 days extra rental for the month. If there are 10 Mn consumers, then it can be easily estimated how much extra money they are earning with this.
                    b) Change in last due date without intimation leads to Late payment by consumer which is encashed by Reliance
                    c) Change from 1st of Every month to 29 of month cause consumer difficulty as generally salary is being paid by 1st by employers.

                    This is not only one case, apart from this following issues also needs to be noted -
                    a) When I took the Reliance 770 plan, the local calls were charged for Rs. 1 per Minute, later the pulse has been changed to 45 Seconds
                    b) Initially there was no CLIP charges on the plan which was later being added to bill for Rs. 75 per month, although TRAI has issued orders not to charge CLIP charges to customers.

                    Request the Consumer Forum to to take the issue at priority and get them resolved ASAP for unfair charges on services by the Company.

                    I had registered complaint with Reliance Infocomm. Complaint Number: 65976780 dated 26 March 08 at 9:50 AM.

                    i have recharged my number [protected] connection is in name of R.C.LUNIA (grand father) with a life time card and i am regulary recharging it with RS1000 in every two month which complets my terms to be in life time conditions but the company has expired my life time validity even though i have more than 500+ rs in my account balance i have made a complaint to company call center my complain NO.[protected] at date 1.4.09 the told me they will solve my problem within 24 hrs but today 3.4.09 the are still saying its in progress and they need 24 hrs more, i want to switch my prepaid plan to post paid plan but compay is saying i have to change my Number for changing it to post paid

                    I have purchased a Black Berry Pearl 1100 mobile. At the time of purchased the officials did not say the Black Berry pearl 1100 is operated with gsm post paid system, I have a connection with gsm prepaid of Reliance gsm. Now I am try to convert the system of my mobile from gsm post paid to gsm prepaid, they are unable to change the system. The more costly mobile now is using for general purpose. They have cheated me. At that time I want to returned my mobile or change the system of my mobile from gsm post paid to gsm prepaid. Thanks.

                    RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Bad response from customer care

                    I had called *333 from my reliance CDMA number [protected] to enquire about RTL GSM plans. I was provided with a number [protected]. I called in that number at 13:37 on 8th October 2010 The representative wanted me to call *333 just because I was calling from a CDMA number. I tried to convince the representative that I wanted to enquire about the available plans in RTL GSM. But the representative continued with her story. The representative was ignorent and reluctant to hear what I had to say. At that time I asked the representative that I wanted to speak with a surepvisor and the representative agreed to do so and did put my call on hold. While resuming from hold the representative says that it will transfered to the supervisor and i am put on hold again. Finally after waiting for a long time the representative disconnects the call. After that I tried calling the customer care, I go through the VRU options but there is no one to attend the call. I am kept on waiting for 4 to 5 minutes and the the call gets disconnected.

This is the same kind of 2nd complaint deduted Rs.10/- today 24th Apr 2011, the reliance mobile service provider simply they activate some (Name itself i dont know) activation and if we raise compliant they have told that that activation done from our end only like that they are replying.

                    But this is obsolutely false statement, i dont know for company policy it self they are earning this kind of income else some employees doing purposely i dont know. Because my 2 nd compliant with in the short span of time. Apart from that earlier i requested them for life time any kind of activation not required from my and they updated in their end also. But i dont know eventhough they are doing same kind of mistakes. So, i requeest some one to help to solve the issue and reverse my Rs.10/- if any clarification please call me in [protected]

                      3 days ago i was using my reliance sim normally, than in the evening i called Coustomer care to repot my complain o[censored]nfair charge of money. one of the guy named Rajesh recived my call., when i was telling him my problem, he refuses to hear me, and started behaving as a child. then i just started replying in the same way he did. and at the end of the conversation he just said that he 'll show me smthing unpredictable within next 2 days. and the next day when i woke up they just bared my sim. taking a fake complait that i hav lost my SIM and i want to Block my SIM.
                      now it BARED.
                      how they can bared my SIM,
                      I have Paid for the SIM, it was not for free...
                      now according to them i hav to resubmit the whole Documents .... is this not a Harrasment for me..!!
                      why i'll resubmit the documents if it was their fault, who 'll pay for it.
                      Is this the way to behave Coustumers...??

                        My reliance no is [protected]. From 18 nov 2010 no any one reliance user can connect my no. when they want to contact me they get some message on his mobile. Message are like this- Beep sound, Network not available, Mobile is switched off & Temporarily out off services. I have register compliant at 19 nov 2010.They have not taken any action regarding my problem. Then I have again complaint register on 20 nov 2010. But at this time they are not taken any action. This is very hectic for me. I am using reliance from last 6 years. But at that time i am very frosted because there are no any solution taken by your side. If you not able to solve my problem tell me clearly . I will leave reliance and take another connection.

                          SUGGESTION:1.Try to make a Advertisement hour(Set a default time or get subscription from customer).
                          2.Make calls from known service id(like customer care or RIM Offer etc.). So that customer can identify that he have to receive or decline the call.
                          3.There should not be frequent calls if one or two are rejected.
                          Note.Please value customer's time. Because time is more valuable for customers than your offers...

But my problems are not resolved till today.                                 I wemt to the extent of going to one of your office and DND SMS details were given to me but also your guys informed that as per TRAI regs it would take 60 days for this do not diturb activation.

                                Reliance — Distrubing midnight with messages

                                I am Sudhakar, I am using reliance network mobile with no:[protected], On[protected] I received around 18messages from reliance like " STV Exp:24/09/08 followed by present date and time ".

                                This irritates me verymuch.From morning to late night up to 3`c I am getting messages and I was totally disturbed from sleep and logged complaint by calling customer care.Againg morning 9AM I received two message likewise.

                                I request you to help me without disturbing me at night times.

                                Reliance India Mobile — disturbing calls and messages

                                my mother a 75 year old lady has a RIM connection [protected].She normally has a household help who attends to all phone calls .Since the maid is on leave for last 3 days my mother is bothered by at least 10 promotional phone calls and equal number of SMS's every day. I sms to the company not to disturb. Can u guess the reply YOUR REQUEST WILL BE ACTED UPON IN 45 DAYS. I decided to speak to the service executive .After 26 dialling of *333 i could get on to their computer reply system (i was calling from my number [protected]) but i held the line from 1645 hrs to 1720 hrs on 22/01/09 but could not get to speak to their executive .For 40 minutes u keep hanging on to your cell to speak to a company executive and u dont succeed. again at 1135 pm i dialled *333 at least 15 times and held on to the line for a full 25 minutes when around midnight i got connected to a mr yogesh who said the lines are very busy and i was lucky to be able to hear the voice of a RIM executive and to my problem he said yes it would take 45 days as per company's rules. the lessons are 1) u r getting disturbed now on 22/01/09 raise the do not disturb notice and RIM would end your disturbance on 3rd of MARCH 2) i[censored] wish to speak to a RIM executive during the day it is like seeking an appointment with OBAMA and around midnight hold on to your cell for around 30 mts.and you get to hear YOGESH. ANIL AMBANI SAHIB please charge us a rupee for the call back but the moment u notice a customer on the line for more than 5 mts pray give him this option that the company executive shall get back to him once free rather than making him hear this 25 times PLEASE HOLD THE LINE YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US OUR COMPANY EXECUTIVE SHALL ATTEND TO YOU S H O R T L Y
                                My mobile number details have been leaked out. number from which i get these calls is [protected]. This person is making threatning calls and sending vulgar msgs. I dont know how he managed but he has taken out my call datails my address any my identity. I am very sorry to say that this unfortunate thing has happened.please check about the same and the culprit should be punished.

                                  As a reliance subscriber bearing no [protected] I'm getting problem since i've recharge Rs.29 for interconnection. How this BOYZONE TASHAN was activated I'm unaware, in this regard I've contact to customer care but they were unable to help me.Every week I get a sms from Tashan for renewal but the no for deactivate the boyzone is useless. Now I want to know how will I deactivate this service whether I'ld go to consumer forum or through the SIM in the Dustbin
                                  Unnecessarily sms came Your subscription to Luv Tips service has been renewed at Rs 30.00 for 30 days and Rs.30/- deducted from my account balance whereas I didn't activate any subscription so please deactivate this service and returned my deducted balance immediately so that I will be regular customer of your company. When I was calling on *333 then after selecting to talk to customer care representatives then on holding call to about 12 minutes no. response came from your customer care representatives this is the indication o[censored]selessly wasting of time of customers so please provide required services without wasting of more time of customers.

                                      I am also facing same problem at BTM 2nd stage, Bangalore.
                                      I could not set in broadband+ mode, i have been told by customer care executive to set in Hybrid mode. Where speed is 2-8kbps. Initially they told hardware ZTE unit has a problem, two sets I got replaced but not use. Finally they acceptedBTM, Bangalore area doesnot have coverage & running at optimal bandwisth...this is speed I will get till further company decides to enhance the bandwidth.
                                      Not even 6 months over, I requested to take back my unit & refund the amount Rs2300 paid, as there is no coverage & proper bandwidth not provided by company. I am not getting solution.

                                      I have taken a reliance data card on March 2011. It was been told that the speed will be 3.1mbps. I am staying in BTM 1st stage Bangalore, where I will get 500 kbps minimum.
                                      For first one month, speed was good. From May till now, it hasn’t even crossed 30 kbps anytime.
                                      The worst thing is Broadband+ mode is not at all connecting.
                                      I have been calling up many guys no proper response.
                                      I don’t why you guys have to give service, if you don’t have the ability to do the same. Instead you no need to advertise and cheat others.

                                      Every time you guys gives a reason, upgrade is happening, can you show me the proof of it, ok fine you do the upgrade in BTM, in that case why the hell you give the service in that location, why cant you stop the service and inform people during that period of time, money can be earned through any means, but at the end only the honest money will reach your body, all other money will lead you disease and problems, if not now but one day before the person leaves the earth, this is called as Karma.
                                      I know you guys can never solve any problems, ok fine..its your time, ..keep going..for any dishonest means there will be a day for end also...God will take care of you..Even such a huge country US has gone down, how much time does it takes for you guys !!!
