Reliance — Repeated request for change in address
HiWe are using a reliance net connect - for the past 6 months and have requested for a change in billing address. The request has been submitted thrice till now but there has been no response from the team. Called customer care to hear that there has been no such request submitted. Followup at the reliance web world center - only to hear that the person who took our request is no longer working with them. Repeat submission to the web world - we were told it would be done by the end of the day. But even after a week - customer care says they have received no such request. Every visit to the web world (Bangalore - jayanagar) we are told that the person who took the request is on leave ... any idea why such a simple task is such a hurdle to get by?
