I am using reliance GSM service in my phone. In every month this service charges 30 Rs from my balance for caller tune. I never requested for this service and after subscription i always go to custmor care for deactivation. they say that ok sir in next month this will not happen. but in next month again this service is automatically activated and charge is being cut.am totally fade up.

CRBT Service invoked without my consent

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.My phone number is [protected].

When I tried to send sms to unsubscribe it donot go. this service is not working....

Since, beginning I have been receiving numerous calls and SMSs from Reliance regarding various offers of the company. Frankly speaking, I am not at all interested in such Calls & SMSs which are hignly disturbing.
