Sir,
1. I am Himanshu Shekhar from Silchar, Assam. I have a Reliance GSM No.
[protected]. I want to say few lines for your kind consideration and favouorably action.
2. In the month of Sep 10, I used GPRS service from my SIM, unknowingly one
facility named ”Bollywood Picture Alert” has been activated by me in my number
([protected]) and I charged with Rs.30/-. I did not want the said facility, so within 06 to 07 days, I called to Reliance Customer Care from my No. and told them to kindly deactivate “Bollywood Picture Alert service” from my No. The person sitting thereconfirmed that the said alert service has been deactivated from my No. and you will not be charged again in future. But on 02 Oct 10, I received one SMS that u have been charged Rs.30/- from renewal of ”Bollywood Picture Alert” and my balance deducted Rs.30/-. Again, I called same day to Customer Care that kindly deactivate Bollywood Picture Alert service from my No. Person there, confirmed that “Bollywood Picture Alert” has been deactivated from my No. and u will not be charged again in future. For confirmation, I called to Customer Care on 12 Oct 10 and asked them to can u check that, Is there any extra alert/service is active in my No. and I got the reply that there is no service in active in your No.
3. On 12 Oct 10, I proceed to my home (Bihar) for about 40 days. In that period my
No. was closed. When I came back to Silchar on 21 Nov 10 and checked my balance then I got my balance has been deducted and it was in minus. I called to Customer Care and request for same and told I have already deactivated this facility twice, kindly deactivate the said alert and retuned Rs.60/-. They told that u will not be returned amount but your facility is being deactivated now. I told them to kindly lodged a complain for same and give me complain ID. Then, he told that it is not required, this time your service will deactivated surely.
4. On 27 or 28 Nov 10, I again received one SMS that u have been charged Rs.30/-
for renewal of “”Bollywood Picture Alert”” and hence, my balance deducted Rs.30/-.
5. On I called to Customer Care and told that please lodged a complain for
deactivating the ”Bollywood Picture Alert” and returning of Rs.90/-. That time he checked my account that actually the said service was activated from your side, we can not deactivate this service from our side. But this time your service is being deactivated. After 01 day, I received SMS that your service has been deactivated and your amounts have been deducted correctly and it can not be returned.
6. I called to Customer Care times to please connect me your supervisor. But
initially they told that kindly hold the line, I am connecting you to our supervisor, but after 5-6 minutes they cut my calls. (this case happened with me at least 6 times)
7. If C/Care would have been informed me after deduction itself (we can’t deactivate
this service from our side), my balance would not been deducted.
8. I sent various E-mail to C/Care ([protected]@reliance.com) for same. I got
reply several times as per following:-
We regret the inconvenience caused to you while using our services and are concerned by the feedback received from you. We are aware that the issues highlighted by you have been purely aimed at improving our services and to make our relationship with you last for a lifetime.

9. Sir, I want to know that Am I responsible for this lapse? Why my amount is not
being returned? I can not aspect this type of service from RELIANCE
COMMUNICATION.

what i have observed was that these packs are getting actived whenever i reacharge, seriously we need to take some action on it.
