Hello Sir,
This is swathi i am using reliance mobile they activated some shayeri pack without intimation and its getting renwel from 3 months even though i sent sms to unsubscribe ,i reacheed the customer care to deal this matter they are saying they didn't get any messege and they can't give back the money and they deactivated after 2 complaints i lost Rs .90/- .I am very much disspointed with their service and i reached you pls suggest me.

One more thing i want you people to know that when i read the complaints regarding reliance complaints is every complaint is about the activation of some packs, may reliance people are wantedly doing this ..., This is not my first problem with reliance first they activated some callersong when i complained they unsubscribed it, after that mitti ke rang pack ..and many more
what i have observed was that these packs are getting actived whenever i reacharge, seriously we need to take some action on it.

Reliance — unwanted activation of sms packages

I am prepaid customer from mangalore, [protected]. I want to make a
complaint regarding unwanted activation of sms pack service called
health pack service from number 55123 on 11/1/2011. I called customer
care but the representative refused to make a complaint for this.
According to them this is third party which involved and this is done
from my side. This has not been done from my side. Neither did I
called any number nor did I messaged for activation of this services. I
am aware of flash sms, which also is not a case. This is been happening
to me every month if you check my record. I have lost enough money for
nothing. Even your customer care representatives do not try to clear my
doubts properly nor do that accept to make a complaint. I was told
previous time that such kind of incidents won’t happen again. But there
is no end for this. Previous time I was told that my DO NOT DISTURB
services is activated but this also seems to be untrue.
30 rupees has been deducted from my account. can please go through this
complaint of mine and refund back my money with deactivation of this
service. I would be highly pleased if this happens.
Dear customer care,

I am a reliance GSM customer. I am having SMS package of !ps for 19/ month. Today morning I activated that for 19 rs. But After that it is automatically activated in the expense of 19 rs again. So I deactivated the second one. So my first activation also cancelled with that. Agian I activated and totally I lost 57 rs. So please give back the money of 38rs to my balance account.

    Hi

    I have taken a reliance netconnect Broadband+ from vriti infocom.

    story goes like this

    1. I got a call from Vriti infocom executive response to my enquiry in reliance Netconnect site.

    2. I am in need of high speed internet connectivity, as a part of my job, I have to work from home for that i need speed Internet conenctivity.

    3. I Got a call from vriti, I asked him that what will be the speed you can provide me in perungudi, chennai. The executive was telling me they can provide more than 3 Mbps and min 2.5 Mbps data speed. i told them i need min 2 Mbps speed because i need high speed internet connectivity and its a part of my work.

    4. He told Min you will get 2.5Mbps otherwise executive will refund the amount
    5. So i just believes him and i took the connection,
    6. After taking the connction, I have to run behind them to get the activation for four days.
    7. once i got the connectio i could see my broad band speed is 150KBPS maximum and average is 50-60 KBPS..
    8 After that i tried to call them no body is responding my call, after sometimes they have started rejecting my call. when i call to reliance they are saying they can only give the assurity for 250 KBPS...

    9. What the logic is that i should pay for 3.1 Mbps and they can provide only 256KBPS...

    10 then i was calling and calling finally one guy has come from vriti and he was started doing something on my laptop after sometimes He told he will come with new device and he went.

    11. From that incident onwards i am not able to browse also. that device got stoped working..I am giving His number here [protected]

    12 So i started calling him all the time he will reject my call. I could see that he is attending some other call because he will be in waiting mode sometimes.

    13 But whenever i call him he wont respond to me either he will just cut the call.

    14 Now I dont know what can be done.

    15. I lost 2300/ for device and my package is 750 per month my bill is also generating

    16 I dont know what should i do, should i pay the bill or what??
    17 Wheneveer i trid to cancel the netconnect proadband connection, They are saying I should pay some amount to disconnecy also and i will also loose the device cost of 2300/ Rs

    18 I need help from Consumer Court.. Pls help me out..

    Reliance — Bill generation after device lost

    Hi,

    I had used reliance's internet data card for 850rs/month unlimited, plan.
    My billing cycle is from 14th to 14th of month.I used the device from 14th oct 2010.

    But as my device has been lost on 12th of dec. i filed a complaint against it and the customer executive said that my device has been disabled.
    But though , i got a bill generated for 14th of dec to 14th of Jan.

    Now i got two bills, for 14th Nov to 14th Dec....which im ready to pay. But as the device has been disabled, why should i pay the bill from 14th of dec to 14th of Jan 2011??

    And i got very hectic reply from customer care executive. As per their rules..i have to file a request to "terminate the service"....its a common sence if the device has been lost..i cant use the data card,

    But still reliance filled a bill for me.

      Special night pack facility not provided by company

      sir,
      I'm SOHAIB ALI from Agra having cell no.[protected]
      I have been recharged my phone by 69Rs(special night pack) on 23th
      december 2010...my last pack was validated till 22th january....but
      when i recharged with 69 Rs on 28th DECEMBER 2010 my no. was recharged
      successfully, I got a response message too...but that facility was not
      provided on my phone...when I call in customer care center they told
      me that me that your time was not overed but that has over one day
      before.....n i have 3 sims of reliance but i get same problem over it
      please refunf my money or give me a service

      Sir your executives are miss guiding me please kindly help me...and
      tell me who would be responsible for that money????
      I'm really suffering with your survices please help me....

      RELIANCE PREPAID PHONE — facility not given

      Dear Sir

      My mobile number is [protected] and i had recharged with an amount of rs 59 on 18/03/2008 to reduce my tarrif but the facility is not activated till date i had also made calls at customer care and they had given me the complaint number but no action taken on this my complaint number are 5696725 & 65622827.So sir kindly do the needfull
      im GOPAL SHARMA from having RELIANCE postpaid connection [protected], [protected]PP from 4yrs...i hd faced much netwrok signals problems at INDOOR...in this regard i hd been complaint morethan 20 tyms to customer care and 4-5 tym i did it personnaly to reliance out let..at custer care they always give a FAKE assuance..like in that sach area our tower wrking in progres ...ur problem will b resolved soonly...later after beeing hopefull i take a another connection of AIRTEL..his signals is awesome..but bcoz my RALINCE no was old so i didnt wanna DISCONNET it..just bcoz of No..but now thanks GOD ..for MPS...so i wanna give a suggestion to RELIANCE that just give better service...do not catch more customer just keep those which is facing ur netwrk problem much...and still im facing same problem of netwrk..and i can also PROVE it ..any one can come at my OFFICE and c that thre r whowing only 1-2 signals in cell phone ..same at my residence..in rooms shown only 2-3 signals...so now i wanna change my all 3 RELIANCE no to IDEA...just bcoz of NETWRK PROBLEM...
      and in my frnds circle my frind also very hopefull just bcoz of this problm. so thay all want 2 change it..
      and i can saw with CHALLANGE (to be most irritate wid RIL service) that RALIANCE will b BIGEST LOOSER of MPS...

      THATS ALL
      i m muskaan having reliance connection, m also having the same problem of network . The cals get cut suddenly, specialy during nights. I m just fed up by this. The service provided by reliance for network is very poor. N now m changing ma numbr too.
      I have activated night pack worth 69 rs on my prepaid number on Feb 8, 2011.
      But from 11th Feb 2011, there are charges deductions from my main balance. and Please note that:

      1. I have activated this plan after completing 30 days of prevous same pack.
      2. I have talked on only 4-6 hours only after recharging the same.
      3. I have recharged only once, not twice.

      I have visited Reliance web store at J.B Nagar twice- 11th and 13th Feb, but they are not able to see my call details. I have called on hotline number(*359) 4 times.
      And each time they told me some system error.
      However they confirmed that my Night Plan validity is till 10th of March 2011.

      I have called several times to 198 but they are not able to find the details.

      Reliance is too bad as per my experience with the following facts:
      1. Executive always give execuse that “System is down”.
      2. They process customer queries in very slow speed.
      3. There is no call back facility. Each time I need to visit webstores physically to call hotline number. I have paid hundreds of rupees as auto expenses.

      If I ask Reliance people what is Reliance? Answer would be --> "Sorry Sir, system down hai, main aapki kis tarah sahayata kar sakta hoon! "

      I am planning to move this to next level.

Sir your all most services are automatically activate on my mobile no. and my balance is cuted and i told your cuustomer executive but they do not do well so i requist to plaese solve my proble as soon as possible...hurry

      Sir if my problem that decucted my balance from mobile no. accout and problem do no solve than I will go to consumer cout that is my last way.

        The frequent problem faced by the Reliance mobile service's is that they don't bother to ask the coustomer before recharging any pack e.g movie masala, caller tune, sms. I had got fedup with calling back to coustomer care no.as it takes 3-4days to deactivate. This almost happens every alternate month.
        NEED SOLUTION for this.

              I have called so many time to customer care regarding i have better plan in diffrent service provider so i want to discountinue the postpaid number. First time i called at April 2010. But they told me to wait for 10-15 days they are going to launch new plan soon. After 25 days i again called then they ask me to wait for another 10-15 days. it wasrepeated till aug. then i asked to discountinue then i got call from rcom office they told me wait for another 15 days.then i denied so they gave me one option like as i was the golden customer because i was using that since last two years they offered me one month free rental and told me that plan will be reliased in few days. I accepted. then still plan was not relieased. so i put my rcom cell at drower. After one and half month ib got mail from girish an employee of rcom. then i told every thing to him. so he told me that he has plan which i need but first i have to pay my remaining amount. But i denied so he told me to call next day but after that day he is not picking my cell phone. I paid[protected] Rs as bill after april 2010. Below is the mailing communication between us.

              As i told to customer care also i have requested to change my postpaid number to prepaid before 6 month because i want to use unlimited plan which is given by reliance prepaid or i may go to different service provider, but that time i got call from customer care that my required plan is going to release in next 15 days. So i ready to wait for 15 days. Again after 25 days i called to customer care then they told as i am gold customer they want me to stay with u and they told that it is going to launch soon. I again waited then again that time i paying 800-1000 rs per month, but i waited. Again i called customer care but they offer me that they will giving me a plan as i am their gold customer they will give me free rental for 1 month and and for month as well 1500 second free. they sure that it will be launched in next 1 week then i will go for that plan. But they again told me lie. So you tell me why should i will pay. before 1 year i also fought for false billing and when i reached to TRAI then i got back my money. Now you tell me should i will get justice or i need to go to TRAI or something else.

                Reliance Smart — unwanted sms and calls

                I am frequently receiving unwanted sms and phone calls from the service provider which disturbs me while i am working in the bank and while i am riding my scooter. As such i want all these to be blocked

                The calls from Reliance regarding song downloading , caller tunes and any other extra information are very disturbing. So please stop these calls and messages unless urgent.Thankyou!

                Thanks to this platform which is a boon for consumers.On 23rd DEC, i posted a complaint regarding unwanted calls/subscription without my consent.In the evening of 24.12.10, I received a call from Smart Customer Care .The caller was very polite, well behaved and noted my all grievances in detail and did the needful.
                I am amazed to observe that after lapses of 24 hrs, I have not received any unwanted/adv.calls till now.

                  Sir,

                  1. I am Himanshu Shekhar from Silchar, Assam. I have a Reliance GSM No.
                  [protected]. I want to say few lines for your kind consideration and favouorably action.

                  2. In the month of Sep 10, I used GPRS service from my SIM, unknowingly one
                  facility named ”Bollywood Picture Alert” has been activated by me in my number
                  ([protected]) and I charged with Rs.30/-. I did not want the said facility, so within 06 to 07 days, I called to Reliance Customer Care from my No. and told them to kindly deactivate “Bollywood Picture Alert service” from my No. The person sitting thereconfirmed that the said alert service has been deactivated from my No. and you will not be charged again in future. But on 02 Oct 10, I received one SMS that u have been charged Rs.30/- from renewal of ”Bollywood Picture Alert” and my balance deducted Rs.30/-. Again, I called same day to Customer Care that kindly deactivate Bollywood Picture Alert service from my No. Person there, confirmed that “Bollywood Picture Alert” has been deactivated from my No. and u will not be charged again in future. For confirmation, I called to Customer Care on 12 Oct 10 and asked them to can u check that, Is there any extra alert/service is active in my No. and I got the reply that there is no service in active in your No.

                  3. On 12 Oct 10, I proceed to my home (Bihar) for about 40 days. In that period my
                  No. was closed. When I came back to Silchar on 21 Nov 10 and checked my balance then I got my balance has been deducted and it was in minus. I called to Customer Care and request for same and told I have already deactivated this facility twice, kindly deactivate the said alert and retuned Rs.60/-. They told that u will not be returned amount but your facility is being deactivated now. I told them to kindly lodged a complain for same and give me complain ID. Then, he told that it is not required, this time your service will deactivated surely.

                  4. On 27 or 28 Nov 10, I again received one SMS that u have been charged Rs.30/-
                  for renewal of “”Bollywood Picture Alert”” and hence, my balance deducted Rs.30/-.

                  5. On I called to Customer Care and told that please lodged a complain for
                  deactivating the ”Bollywood Picture Alert” and returning of Rs.90/-. That time he checked my account that actually the said service was activated from your side, we can not deactivate this service from our side. But this time your service is being deactivated. After 01 day, I received SMS that your service has been deactivated and your amounts have been deducted correctly and it can not be returned.

                  6. I called to Customer Care times to please connect me your supervisor. But
                  initially they told that kindly hold the line, I am connecting you to our supervisor, but after 5-6 minutes they cut my calls. (this case happened with me at least 6 times)

                  7. If C/Care would have been informed me after deduction itself (we can’t deactivate
                  this service from our side), my balance would not been deducted.

                  8. I sent various E-mail to C/Care ([protected]@reliance.com) for same. I got
                  reply several times as per following:-

                  We regret the inconvenience caused to you while using our services and are concerned by the feedback received from you. We are aware that the issues highlighted by you have been purely aimed at improving our services and to make our relationship with you last for a lifetime.

                  Reliance GSM — frequent irrelevant balance deductions

                  This is Alok from Pune.Inspite of my severals complains to reliance gsm, they have regulary deducted Rs 10.00 from by balance on a weekly or biweekly basis. I am really fredup with their service as well.I am really in a fix what to do as this number of mine have provided to all my personal and business concerns.Please let me know how to get rid of this issue of reliance.my reliance no is:[protected]

                    i have just recharged my cell by 80 Rs. & on the very next day they have cut my balance of 30 & also told that we will not give your money back. But in fact we have not even activated any fun pack.
                    They are not ready to do anything. when i asked to talk for upper management he rudely said that whatever strict action you take , we will not return your balance.

                      I am a user of reliance prepaid No. [protected] and I am toatlly fed with reliance service. In the month of Nov. REliance hav activated two packs and without my request for which at last I lodge complaint in Consumer court because Relaince CCE were not giving me proper guidance and now again on 22 Dec. 2010 Rs. 10 has been deducted from my balance and on 23rd Dec. 2010 when I called to Reliance CCE then some Gurpreet informed that some Shayri pack is activated from there side and she was not ready to listen me and what was my querry.

                      I just want to know what is happening, why only my no. and which kind of mannerless CCE is recruting Reliance and if they can not listen customer care querries then whats need to keep them there and how the next time cutomer will use reliance service because:

                      .- First thing unneccerry activation of packs
                      - Irresponsible Customer Care Executive
                      - No proper information


                      Please get rid offe me from all these problems because now its enough and how many time one has to suffer.

                      This problem is not fixed yet again in Last week of JANUARY 2011 or in starting week of FEB, 2011
                      30 rs. again were deducted from my number [protected](Rajsthan).
                      When i again contacted customer care they told that any caller-tune service activated on my mobile and didn't told me how it was activated!!
                      This is disgusting sir i mean, they cant even tell us how the service is activated. And i had to wash my hands away with my precious Money. May, sir 30 rs. will not be costlier for you but for a common man its more than enough.

                      I want my money back sir !! Thats how you will be able to satisfy me !

                            I am experiencing same issue.. very very very very worst service from reliance.. I applied on Dec 06. till today(Dec 22) no response from them.. i paid 550 for installation. that begger executive is not at all attending my call and i have called him around 100 times. I am in verymuch frustration with this reliance. thinking how to react now.

                              I took a Reliance Net Connect device in November. At that time the sales person informed me that I will get a INR 250 discount on any of the plan for 1 year.

                              I explicitely confirmed from him whether the discount will be given even if I change the plan and he said YES.

                              After a month, I realized that my usage is near to the plan I have used and I should change my plan. When I called up customer care for the same, they came back saying that I will lose a discount if I switch the plan.

                              I called up the agent and confirmed that he will provide me the discount on new plan. All my subsequent attempts to contact the agent has beein in vain. He has blacklisted my number.

                              I contacted Relinace customer care and registered a complaint, but those people refused to generate a complaint ID for me. I tried number of times to speak to their executive, the only thing they said was they will take action against the agent.

                              But nothing has happened till now and no one has bothered to contact me since then.

                              The service for reliance broadband seems untrustworthy.

                              I would like to put a case in consumer forum to get my money back, can any one help me with the same?

                                  In the last 3 month I have already given 5 to 6 complains about auto activation of caller tune and other services. But till date the problem was not solved.Everytime after giving complain I will able to get my deducted money back but on last complain (Khel Khel auto activation) company refused to refund my balance.
                                  If this type of problem arised with a customer in between 1 month then think about your service quality and how you are able to corrupting money from people.

                                  Reliance Mobile — deductions/auto activations

                                  Looting Crores!?. Whenever I recharge my phone, within 1-2 days the amount will be deducted by activating one or the other service. By this customer looses Rs: 10 plus Rs: 30 per month. even weekly basis also they are deducting when the amount of recharge is lower than Rs: 40-50. And on complaint they are cross questioning that without customers request they don't activate any service. But this is 100% .lying. And they have no proof that the customer asked for such service. Nor they are responding or providing any tel nos of seniors in the call centers. Deductions from the recharges is routine affairs of the co. Important thing is they are looting CRORES of rupees from all the customers through out the nation. Proof of this is neither Reliance nor other tele cos responded to the article appeared in 'TheEconomic Times' Edit page some time back [may be in Apr/May]. And my worry is people has to see the real face of these tel co's and its Propritors. Thank U

DATTA R/O 567/4 RAILWAY ROAD, KHANNA , DISTT LUDHIANA, i have lost my number somewhere on 13th of December 2010, nd i have lodge a complaint in police station and also in reliance communication ( web world) khanna to bar the services of above said number when i call to customer care they ask me that u can go to Reliance web world they will issue a new sim against your number and they will charge Rs.25.00 for new sim . when i visit to web world they ask me that u have to pay 200.00 for new sim for my number. sir i want to know why the company provide their customers a wrong information or why web worlds try to cheat the customers. until i will go to consumer court

                                      Reliance Mobile — Incomplete information about mobile Recharge

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I have received sms from reliance infocom in which they say that you will get a Talk time of worth Rs. 400 on the recharge of Rs. 310. After recharging with 310, I get only Rs. 282 and 125 minute for Local on-net (Reliance to Reliance) talk time. This was not mention in the sms. Also this is not a talk time of worth Rs. 400. Because according to my tariff, I have to get 800 minute (Local call rate Rs. 0.50/min). It would be better if they give money instead of the 125 minute for onnet usage so that every one use it according to his/her tariff. Also Reliance, have to give the complete information in the message which they sent to the users.

                                        I have used Reliace GSM<[protected]> since 2 months.. I recharged it for rs 51 full talk time in online.. but it was not added. Next day i called to customer care and explain he tole call me after 1 hr .. i called 5 times . everytime different persons attend the call .. so everytime i explained my problem.. finally one customer care executive scold me and cut the call...

                                        Hi this is vipin I am using relience gsm number [protected]..I called in relience customer care 20 to 30 times since last 5 to 6 days bust they did not provide me the solution regarding my problem. Every time they told me that our server is down or working slow even they did not talked in a right manner. I am fadup with the support provided by relience customer care..Relience is very good telecom company in india if this kind of support will be provided by relience then how can it servive among many comptitors in market.. so please look at the customer care services & customer feedback..
