[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Not Activated since 20 days | |
I had purchased reliance netconnect MDN [protected] on 25th Feb 2010 and it has not been activated yet. I have submiited all the relevant documents to Mr Abhinav Pandey (Ph : [protected]) who is an agent of reliance and he has not submitted my documents till date. His number goes switched off every time I call. Another agent had come to me on behalf of Mr Abhinav to collect the documents. His name is Mr Mukesh (Ph:[protected]) but I did not give him the documents but he is in contact with Mr Abhinav. I have spent Rs2600 for nothing and Im very dissappointed with the service that reliance is giving. I want an immediate recovery of the service. Reliance Broadband+ — NOT ACTIVATED
We have applied for two broadband connection vide application form [protected] dt 11.11.2009. The kits for two connections have been delivered to us vide MDN NO. [protected] and [protected]. The connections have still not been activated even after providing relevant payment and information and documents on time. We have been following up with the call centre and Mr Nikhil Bhigwankar having mobile no. [protected]. Payment for Rs 7660/- given vide cheque no. 436530 dt 11.11.09. about 1 week ago i registered my name and no on the reliance site for broadband+ data card. after that i got a call form vriti infocom and i ordered 2 data card.on of the agents from the company came and delivered me the data card and told tht with in 2 days the data card will be activated. today its been 1 week and still not activated.. this is very serious and i am frustrated..
plzz do something. they are not picking up the phone also..
I purchased reliance broadband+ last ten days but yet it couldn't be activated & i'm lossing my online work. so pls help me.
i have purchase the reliance broadband + on 5/5/10 and it has not been activeted yet,shopkeepers does not replies to my phone call and customer care centre is helpless saying they haven't received my document.what should i do?

Reliance Broadnet — Not active after 20 days
Hi All,we purchase a data card from YorTelcom Gurgaon in the Name of Arif Sayed on 07th August 09 it starts working from the same day & stop working from 12th August 09 due negative address verification after so many times misguiding by reliance people i have ask or send complain for second time address verificcation will be done on 24th August 09, address verification tat of reliance is 72 Hrs after they start the services but the services are not start till today.
