On the 1st april rs,30 has been deducted from my mobile balance(mob. no.[protected]).on 4th of april i called customer care ,they asked that i subscribed a service named MVIDEO.but i haven't subscribed that.i want to say that why should you charge me for a service that i haven't activated.

Reliance Prepaid — Unauthorized Debits

Reliance has found a novel way of siphoning your money through Pre Paid connections. First you are subscribed to a useless service called 'STYLE' and then it starts deducting Rs 10 frequently for sending some unwanted SMS on your mobile. It asks you to send SMS for unsubscribing you from service but that never happens. On sending the message for unsubscription, you get a reply that this pack does not exist. So you are forced to shell out 10 bucks every time without any remedy for the same.

    Subject :: Issues of security and hacking my call & sms detail from the reliance GSM some one miss use of authorized rights of company, share call & SMS detail to some other persons and I want to know why my service outgoing call bared .Mobile number :: [protected]

    Respected sir, Most respectfully I beg to say that .my number [protected] is some one take the all the detail of my account and after that call me and my friends, family. From last 2 week is happening some strange things such, I got the call from customer care the Night pack activated. I got the customer satisfaction massage for the reliance store. Which not done by me.i never visit any reliance Store for any query call

    This same things happens to my friends also numbers is [protected] and [protected] notice that all the number of reliance GSM and I just want to ask u . Is the company fraud or company employees fraud or I got any crime to purchase the reliance GSM sim card .

    Right now my outgoing calls bared first tell me the reason of barred my and my friends outgoing call bared . that my request please activate the number otherwise have to change the number of me and my colleagues . and you should take some action those persons whose misuse the company authorized rights and include this whole matter.

    I could just know how many times my number Hit to the reliance CRM .that is my request please please take some action about this matter .
    Please response me soon . otherwise we have to change our service provider sim and I will take some legal action to reliance GSM service .

    Reliance telecommunication` — baring outgoing callas

    Dear
    Sir
    I've took a Reliance prepaid connection which was already verified by RCOM authority approximate 20 days earlier but from last 10th Nov, 2009 my out goings are bared without giving me any kind of information, only I've received an sms mentions your outgoings are bared.

    More when I'm going to make a call its sound ' To resuming service please contact customer care' , even when I'm going to contact with customer care the same sound is arising.
    So that I mailed to customer care repeatedly but none from their part even replied to my mail or call to me. Even I've attach them my Driving license which was given as an ID proof at the time of taken connection.

    For that from last five to six days I'm having a lots of problem to communicate people and making loss.

    I so that requesting you kindly take necessary steps.

    last night on 29th of december reliance teli co. ltd cut balance RS30 from my account without any services activeted by me. thn i callback customer care execuitive and ask why cut u my balance? they not given to me proper reason. so i m very tourchered by the service provider. plse help me.

      No one has subscribed for and automatically cricket pack is being charged and activated at night 1 pm 10 days ago and everyday Rs 5 is being charged for it.

      In past also the same thing have been done and Bejan Daruwala and Caller Tune has been activated automatically and charges has been deducted from my Balance.

      I have also complaint to the Customer Care Miss. Sarmistha ( Bistupur, Jamshedpur Office ) bearing complaint / SR No.[protected] dated[protected]. But till date no action has been taken.

      Please lodge a complaint against this company and give me back my deductions with a penalty to that company for the harasment I have gone through this period.

        ur company renewal one sms pack without informing me and my main balance deducted.i dont need sms pack.please return my balance.i told to customer care center but misbehave me and they nt give any proper guidence to me on which i get return my balance.

          Relience chor hai, Bhosdikelog mere prepaid a/c se paise hamesha bematlab deduct karte hai, koi to bataye ki in harami, kutte, kamine, rascal, , chor logoko kaise sabak sikhaye koi hai mai ka lal, main ek bar police station bhi gaya par koi fayda nahi hua, shayad anil ambani ki biwi/betiya ko bra aur panty kharidne ke liye paise nahi hai isliye mere a/c se deduct karte hai
          bhenchod company nahi chali aati hai to comapny band kar de, hum jaise gariblogoke paise khayega to hai lagegi

          Note :-My bal was Rs 92 yester day evening when I checked at 0900h today I found Rs 60 only as bal plz check and deactive the services for which money was reduced.

I have become fade up by company's autoamated phone calls disturbing my peace. I dont need the ad messages too. Please stop these for God's shake.

              I had purchased one GSM prepaid card from a retail outlet in mid of month of January 2010 and that mobile number was [protected].Within a period of one month that card got deactivated.I approached to reliance web world at dombivli(East),they told me purchase new sim by paying 100rs,as it was first time i paid them and purchased new one.But again within 15 days the new sim got deactivate.This time they told me to pay minimum amount of 25rs and also i had taken there nodal officer number to tell him about the problem.But i havent find Mr.Catterjjee(Nodal officer) on given number.As i had purchased that new sim by paying 25rs i started using that,but this time within 6 days the sim got blocked.When i approached same web world they were behaving irresponsibly,they were again asking me to pay them and purchase new one,and the lady who was sitting over there was so arrogant.She was not ready to listen my problem she just said i have your alternate number i will you call you,but then also i have to pay.This is showing that reliance people dont have ethics they dont know how to talk to customers,they just how to get money form them.

                I feel u will surely help me on my details-
                on 2nd april, when i checked my balance , i saw my balance remained .08 paise , i was little bit shocked that i didn't activated anything and how my balance is near to zero
                I called customer Care but reliance customer care service is so poor that till now i'm not able to get in contact
                I tried from my friend's phone phone but there was no repl
                on 3rd april i receive a message ur mkr service has been renewed at rs 1010 days
                but i didn't get them activated even once
                i went to www.rcom.co.in
                but I didn't gat any help
                so i need u sir to help me out from this frod company. as ly happened before 1 month when there was deduction of rs.60 from my account and when i talk to customer care . he regret of his mistake. but didn't returned my money back.

                  Dear Sir/ Ma'am

                  I bought Reliance netconnect from VRITI INFOCOM on 28 oct 2009, and it wasn't activated for 3 days, and then i was told that they wont be able to provide me services because of me not having proper Delhi address proof.
                  I was told that i will get my return check by Monday- 2nd Nov 2009. since then i had tried to contact the company, and didn't get a satisfying ans.
                  last on 12th Dec 2009 i was told that my cheque will be delivered to me in next 48-72 working hours, and still didn't happened.

                  I am a student and had been calling this company based in Noida for long time and every time i call, i am put on hold or so.

                  Please help me out with this.

                    I recently brought a Reliance Prepaid sim. What can i say, the road has been rough. Not only has Reliance not given any of the promised services, presenty there is no service what so ever. all I demand is a complete payment of the initial money...

                    reliance prepaid sim card — misbehaviour of salesperson

                    i have purchased a prepaid sim card on 28 may2012 from creative communication,bomenhalli, bangalore(near bomenhallie crossing). my no got blocked after few days,i went repeatedly 8 to 10 times to this shop and everytime they are asking some new documents. and today when i went there he said my job of selling the card is finished and i am not going to help you, neither your no ll get actvated now ,do what ever you can.he misbehaved with me. i am really upset ll the service provided by reliance and the dealers reliance has kept. please look into the matter.

                      Reliance — reliance data card

                      i am requsting you to all people please do not use relince data card, i am facing frequnt disconnection problem, connetion loss with in every 15 second whenever network show full, relince have very discusting sevices, mai belive nahi kar sakata itana nam is company ka kaise ho gaya agar ap compaint kate ho they ae responding in 4 day yani ap 4 din tak net use nahi kar sakte uske bad bhi they are not able to resolve the problem, my money has ben loss plese takecare about this
                      my data card has got sgnal issues and unable to get it detected as they havbe only one centre in punew wihhc is quite far off..how do i get service

                      I took the reliace data card ([protected]) on 8th 2011 Jan,and my out going was barred due to this services are not available, inspite of making several attempts still services are not up and the customer care and reliance web world people are showing irresponsible behaviour.

                      If some one wants to go with reliance please don't , it's the worst in customer serivce ,please choose other service provider.

                      Reliance — Reliance Data Card

                      I bought this Reliance Netconnect datacard from the Reliance Webworld, Haddows Road Chennai on 28th Feb 2011, Monday morning and a recharge of 5 GB.

                      They didnt activate the data card until Monday evening. The customer care would tell me to go to Webworld.

                      Tuesday 1.5 hrs o[censored]sage and no access - the customer care informs me saying there is no balance - the Webworld has not charged the balance. The webworld would say they have recharged and given some transaction id and to check with customer care.
                      I had to keep co-ordinating between these 2 making around 5-6 calls to each and finally they tell me it would take about 48 hrs to reflect.

                      After 2 days, they apparently closed all my complaints and now tell me that my balance is ZERO and I have used up all the 5 GB. I did NOT even have access to login and they tell me I have used up the whole thing !! To top it they deny having access to the usage log or any other details.
                      How do they know I used it up without checking my log - and when I didnt even login !!!

                      The customer service for Reliance is the worst I have ever come across. I had taken this connection inspite of lot of my friends and family warning me against their pathetic service!!!! Now, I request anyone who reads this to please SAVE YOURSELF FROM RELIANCE !!!!

                      I purchased one Reliance Data Card from one of Reliance executive name called as Mohan. than time he said you will get internet free for four months after that you have to pa generated bill. I accepted with him then i paid 3700/- for data card. from 15th day onwards i got calls from Reliance Customer care for bill payment then I informed to him about calls. he said " ok. i will clear that problem". but till now that problem is not solved and also my data card disconnected due to bill pending.                         This is to inform you that I am one reliance netconnect broadband customer and my data card no. is [protected] with the name of my mother Shashi Bala and my this mail to inform you that I received a call in the morning today from Ms. Shruti's side from DSA and she asked me about by bill payment for the same, then I told her have you checked your account or record, because I have made the payment yesterday itself, then what she said puch liya to kya galti kar di and so many other things and miss behave too, then when I said If you have all the process online, so what don't you check your record first and that time I was in the meeting and unnecessary If you call then It gives trouble to me, but again she miss behave me then cut the phone and when I called up, again she cut the phone, that was very pathetic service with the client, she called me from[protected] at 10:57 am on 03rd April 2010

                        So this is my complaint to you please take necessary action on this, otherwise within a week I will disconnect my data card from you as well as I will fire the case in consumer cord

                          reliance has not provided a seperate telephone number by dialing which from other service providers phones, customers can access GSM CUSTOMER SERVICE CELL. if a customer has only one reliance gsm phone and it has a problem liked locked up or disconnected, customers cannot reach reliance gsm customers cell by dialling from other services like bsnl, airtel or even reliance cdma phones. they dont even have a call divert facility to gsm customer cell from their cdma customer cell. the customer has to go out and search for another person with reliance gsm phone to make a complaint or go their customer support centers.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I Ramesh user of reliance gsm no.[protected]. Last three day when i check my balance before going to bed it was Rs.68 but when i checked it in the morning it was Rs.30 I called the customer care immediately they told me that it wa been deducted for subscribing m.video named application from R-WORLD at night near 12 but i haven't subscribed any kind of this service actually I haven't used R-WORLD from 2-3 days. this is not the first time they deducted my balance before few months they deducted my Rs.10 for mobile radio subscription which i never subscribed. So sir i request you to please consider my complaint against the and please guide me to do necessary actions against them because they take complaints only for 3 days so please guide me in 2 days

                              my number is [protected].i want to deactivate unwanted calls & sms from service provider..i called the customer care & told them about that. but they told me that the process would take 45 days..kindly solve my problems as soon as possible because it irritates me..i have to receive the calls thinking that's a important call but thereafter it irritates me after knowing the fact that's a call from service provider.kindly help me......

                                me kishor adbhai recharge my cell no-[protected] with my mobile banking options amount is 249 rs on 1/04/ 2010 . In this recharge reliance provide free local call among reliance network and additional promotional balance of 25 rs. but on that day as i call reliance numbers all my promotional balance goes to zero and no reliance to reliance free calls activated...

                                  I am a customer of realiance with near about 3 Years. i am very upset due to bad servce of realiance.Now before a week i received a SMS that rs 11 has beed deducted to renue my SMS plan.Regerding this lots of time i called to reliance customer care but i didn't get any satisfactory answer.
                                  i called custumer care today about my sms problem but ur employee Sumit kumar was talking 2 me from rude manner,he was totally inmannered.
                                  so plz look into this matter and do the needfull as soon as possible.

                                    I had taken reliance broadband connections two years before, with a low speed fix charges monthly plan. As I used the connection found that the speed is so low that I was not able to check my mails. So I decided to go for higher speed, 1 GB Plan for 400/-. In the first month itself I was billed for using more than 9 GB. When I had found out about this I had registered a complaint with Reliance Customer Care, I was told that I can continue to use service as it may be due to fault at server. But the same kind o[censored]sage was reflected on my account. Then I registered complaint many times but customer care was not able to do any thing conclusive. When I did not pay my bill, the account was diabled by reliance.

                                    On March 5, 2010, I got a call from Delhi, saying that it is from Delhi High Court and a case against me is registered for forgery and I was given a phone no. of Delhi Advocate, who asked me to pay the amount immediately otherwise I will have to face severe losses. In order to avoid court matters I paid up. But if this is amou nting to dishonour to court as it's name is being used by reliance to recover money from innocent user like me.

                                    My woes did not end here, now I have received a bill for month of March 2010 without any information on account activation.

                                    Reliance Broadband + — excess high billing

                                    NAME - HAFIZUDDIN AHMED NO- [protected], PLAN -3GB Rs 750/- RENTAL . I HAVE RECEIVED MY FIRST BILL OF Rs 384/- 13 DAY BILL AFTER THAT MY NEXT BILL CAME AND TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS Rs 2048/- .I DONT USE THE NET REGURALY AND WHEN I DO ITS TO CHECK MY MAILS I DONT DOWNLOAD ANY THING WHICH WILL EXCEED 3GB AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE. I DO REQUEST TO YOUR GOODSELF TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER PERSONALLY AND DO THE NEEDFUL TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

                                    Reliance Broadband — Reliance fake billing and no support

                                    Dear Reliance team,

                                    what do you want form a customer, who has purchased a Data Card of Rs 3500/- with a reliance connection.

                                    Since February i m requesting Reliance to convert my Postpaid Data card into Prepaid Data card but no one is there in Entire Reliance Communication who can help me to get out of this pethatic Reliance service ,till today i have spoken more than 30 customer care guys to get it solve , after lot of requests to Reliance the condition is same and Reliance customer is still requesting the customer care to help him

                                    I have done my full payment in March of approx 3200/- of my complete billed amount and then i visted your Reliance Store at Tonk Road in jaipur and requested him to get my plan change form Post paid to prepaid and the guy in Reliance sent a mail in front of me and told me that your services has been stopped and it will take approx 15 days to get it done , and after one month i got a call form reliance about the payment of Rs 4000/- against my bill , then i complaint about this in your customer care over phone and then i got the waiver on this and the payment of Rs 1189/- was still pending to pay, i again called up the customer care and complaint about the pending of Rs 1400/- to get it nill as i have not used my data card since march , but customer care guys told me that data card was used in April thats why this bill cant be nill and when i asked to share the uses of this they told me that they cant give it to me and i have to pay this amount and customer care person told me that " bill to bharna hi padega warna na to ye prepaid me convert hoga aur agle mahine ka bill bhi add ho gayega"

                                    finally what i could do then i visited to your web world in Jaipur (Gandhi Nagar Mode) on 18th May to get it done ,again they told me to pay the rest 1189.00/- to convert your Post paid connection in prepaid connection, then i again Paid Rs1189/-(Receipt number : S[protected] OTC Code : 14400 ,which was not used by me, then after the lady in the reception told me that it will take approx 7 days to get your work done and gave me the Reference number[protected],

                                    now on 24th may i called up the customer care to know the status, then the persone told me that my request had been closed due to some reason and web world was trying to call me and my number ([protected]) was not reachable , then i told him to call me before 10:00am and the guy says that he will arrange the call backe form reliance by the same day , but no calls received from reliance , not today i again called the cusotmer care to get the status , she lady again told me that your request had been closed and your have to visit Reliance Web world again to get is solve. and a new payment for monthly uses need to pay by me again, when i told her that i will not pay any amount which i have not used and i also asked that should i go to consumer court she replied " if you have lot of problems then you must go to consumer court"
                                    I alo got same call today for the connection I had in 2007.Let me know what can be the best approach to overcome this problem.
                                    SURE.. MY CUSTOMER NUMBER IS [protected]. I AM IN RS.1099 CITYWIDE 10GB PLAN. I have received the first bill of rs.574. After that i am shocked to see that my next bill was Rs.4099 ! But i am sure that i have not exceeded my 10GB limit since i won't download that much data with that datacard.
                                    I don't know how to solve this issue !

                                    Even I got a similar phone call today. I registered a complain with Reliance Customer Care.
                                    you are absolutely right... even I have been with the same situation... reliance services are really worst. Even I received the call from reliance and they told me that case have been registered against me in HIGH COURT... I told them about my complain of excessive billing but those people harassed me rudely.
                                    In my case my I have'nt used my instrument for whole month as I was in my hometown but still reliance give me a bill of 2500 rs. This not over yet my connection was close as I denied to pay the bill and in the very next month I received bill of rs 2700 again.
                                    No one in reliance explained me that how come my bill could count to around Rs 5300 approx when they told me my credit limit is 3000 rs only.
                                    Worst part is nothing is in the hand of customers when these big giants start cheating to customers whom suffers a lot.
                                    My advise to other think twice before investing with reliance com as you can see many blogs against their services and fake billings.
                                    Hi I am sandeep. I am using reliance broadband from last 8 month. my monthly plan is 3GBday 10GB night. and i am paying 1049 for that since 8 month. But suddenly for this month (May 2011)i got bill amount of 5180Rs. which is very much shoking for me...I have asked for detail bill. I am not yet receive.
                                    My concern are

                                    1. i[censored]ser excedding his/her limit then its duty of service provider to give a call and inform him about that.. they have time for bill payment call 5 to 6 times in week then why not for such condition.

                                    2. I am didnot receive weekly usage report regularly. if i could received weekly usage report then i could have call that time only..
                                    Even I got call today from some fake guy claming he is a sub inspector from Delhi. I had a connection in 2009 and in the month of Oct 2009 I had got a amount 5591 where I should have been charge 1000 as I had the 1000 plan and had very less downloads and surprisingly I got the bill as 5591. I checked the details and I saw I had downloaded 4GB data when I was not there at home for 15days :-). That means may be my ghost downloaded the data in my absence :-). I called many times but no help from customer support. Finally I decided not to pay. Now after 2 years they called my wife today when I was at office and said they will arrest me today by 12 PM. She was so panic that she called me with so much tension and then when I called the guy, who was claiming that he is the sub inspector and then the guy who was claiming to be the advocat I realised that it is the reliance bill :-). Just imagine I am recently married and what situation my wife might have gone through. I am still not able to digest that Reliance ppl can do this... Is Ambani respecting our Indian culture which is always kind to the family... You know one thing my wife recently bought the autobiography about Mukesh Ambani and by the time I was back home in the evening I saw the burnt book in the balcony...:-( She is no more a fan of this group. Even I used to be proud of this family but not ANY MORE...

                                      I am piyush i take rim prepaid
                                      connection on 25 feb but after 6 day somebody complian that his sim card
                                      lost and he gave my number and my outgoing deactivated. after that i give sufficiant proof and i also
                                      submitted my document two time but till now my service will not resume.
                                      I also contact local officer but they are said we already resume your service but till now
                                      my number barred and i also gave my document once again. ..after that i also took new sim card but after 6 days outgoing call of this sim was inactivated aqnd my sim card no is [protected]...Its also of the same name which i have mentioned under ..And sim card no is[protected]..

                                        My name is Anubhav and I am living in Delhi. I have purchased the reliance broadband data card prepaid connection on 31.3.2010 and the number is [protected] and I recharged with Rs.715 and got 1024 mega bytes. Yesterday when I was using at 5 : 40 pm to 6:32 pm they charge me near about 22 mega bytes and when I check my balance it was 1002 mega bytes and again I start browsing at 8:35 pm the balance was 997 mega bytes it means reliance have again charge me 5 mega bytes and the balance was 992 mega bytes after that when I again start surfing at 8:35 pm to 8:44 pm they charge me 45 mega bytes and the balance was 947 mega bytes after that I have given call to reliance broadband customer care and I have communicated to Customer care Executive Mr. vikas and their Team Leader Mr. Akash and today I have communicated to Mr. Azhar rumani and Mr. Amrit Singh they have not given me the service they are telling me to wait some time and they have forwarded a mail ( escalate )to their consult team by Mr. vikas.

                                        They are mentally, financially torturing me for their service they are not able to give me a proper service and I want a good service from reliance and I want my mega bytes back which was illegally charged by Reliance communication Mumbai.

                                        Please register a consumer complaint against reliance communication Mumbai.
