This is to inform you that I am one reliance netconnect broadband customer and my data card no. is [protected] with the name of my mother Shashi Bala and my this mail to inform you that I received a call in the morning today from Ms. Shruti's side from DSA and she asked me about by bill payment for the same, then I told her have you checked your account or record, because I have made the payment yesterday itself, then what she said puch liya to kya galti kar di and so many other things and miss behave too, then when I said If you have all the process online, so what don't you check your record first and that time I was in the meeting and unnecessary If you call then It gives trouble to me, but again she miss behave me then cut the phone and when I called up, again she cut the phone, that was very pathetic service with the client, she called me from[protected] at 10:57 am on 03rd April 2010
So this is my complaint to you please take necessary action on this, otherwise within a week I will disconnect my data card from you as well as I will fire the case in consumer cord
I need reply asap for the same

Reliance Prepaid — Unauthorized Debits
Reliance has found a novel way of siphoning your money through Pre Paid connections. First you are subscribed to a useless service called 'STYLE' and then it starts deducting Rs 10 frequently for sending some unwanted SMS on your mobile. It asks you to send SMS for unsubscribing you from service but that never happens. On sending the message for unsubscription, you get a reply that this pack does not exist. So you are forced to shell out 10 bucks every time without any remedy for the same.
