regarding not refund the money

I had applied for reliance broadband connection about two months ago, and pay rs500 for the same. But the connection was not provided due to unavailability of free port near this area. so we request the agent to refund that money but no action has taken till now.please help me to get that money.

caller tune

This is to inform you that the caller tune of my mobile activated without my permision when i called to customer care they told to sent msg for deactivation. The question is why I have to send sms when i am not activate the service and it is charged from my a/c who is going to take the responsibility for this. And if i not send the sms the it is activated for unknown period. Why this happen....

conn closed, no refund, asking more money

I was using reliance internet connection in 2009 and they sent me a bill with an exorbitant (Aug -09) after which I declined to pay and stopped using the connection. Internet Problem

I am using Reliance WIMAX Internet from last one year.
But now a days i am facing a problem of very slow speed.

Negative balance in prepaid card

Hi,
I bought a reliance broadband plus card in 3600/- in dec 2010 in Bangalore with 10 GB free usage.

As this was a PREPAID card, I wanted to use with my freedom as it's pay and use.

Very Bad coverge in main city

Hello sir , i am the user of the rel gsm.i live in the main city (alwar)rajasthan.but sir there is not the full coverge of tower it only show 1 line of tower and sometime it shows the msg "emergency only" for recieving calls we run to the open area . so sir pls give the best soloution.if sir in the main city its perfomence is so worst than what's in rural area.

deduction of the account balance

i am using the reliance mobile for more than a year , and my number is [protected] , but i am totally not happy with the service of the company

IRRESPONSIBLE WORK AND CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE

Internet Card deactivated for invalid reasons

Hi,

I had bought Reliance Data card one week back. I had given my Driver's License copy as a part of documentary proof and they accepted it. They did not ask for any other documents. My user id [protected]

Not Activated since 20 days

I had purchased reliance netconnect MDN [protected] on 25th Feb 2010 and it has not been activated yet.
