My Fixed line wireless phone is not working since 13th of March. I lodged compaint with reliance on 15th for the first time. I was told that there is problem with an instrument. On 18th their enginer vised my office and confirmed that there is no problem with an instrument. I again phoned customer care on 19th and I was told that my earlier complain is soleved since there is no instrument falult and I was given new compaint number[protected]. Since than i have been trying to contact Nodal officer Mr. sudhir at Ahmedabad for problem solving. However everytime i phone him he is not available on the phone and Miss Meena replies on his behalf without disclosing her designation. I wonder whether she is having any power to answer on behalf of Nodal officer ? Now i am told by Nodal office that problem is with Network and it will take time.
true...many people have bad exprience including me about service of customer care and Nodal office of the Reliance communication

    I have not activated any pack.They have activated some pack called Mantra Pack and deducted 30 RS from my account.After complaining they are saying that you have activated this and also they are not logding any complain against that.It happens to me so many time.They have activated different different pack and deducted some money.And after complaining they are not listining anything.

    Though i have not subscribed for FMIndial Pack...every once in a week i am getting sms for them auto subscribing .with 30 rupees... and getting deduct from my balance...though i complaint many times...just they they will give some anothe contact number to de-activate it but i sware i never get access that number...in case i get that number also ...it is not at all user friendly to de-activate...really it is harrasing...making lose my hard earned money...

    Plese do something...towards this...i am ready to do anything to solve this issue...

    Same thing happened with me and many others in OUR INDIA
    Fraud deduction of charges of value added packs and missed call from company
    Sir/ Madam,
    I am a doctor and serving in defence and have a CDMA RIM no [protected].
    Of late I have been receiving missed calls from RIM services apart from usual call from the service provider. At times I even called back at those number. To my horror I realized that some unwanted services have been activated on my cell number. On of them I even unsubscribed. But on 30th Jan 2013 they deducted a sum of Rs 30 in the name of VAS altrist sms pack from my account while i was on roaming. When i called the service provider *333 on 6 th Feb 2013, Mr Vikram spoke to me and was not willing to lodge a complaint of mine and provide me with a complaint number saying my complaint is wrong. Then i spoke to the senior Mr Hanif Mohd who also denied lodging my complaint. They even told me that i dont have any sms pack activated. Then how come they deduct money from my account. I asked them to refund the money back in to my account, that too they denied. I feel the RIM is running a fraud by these activities of thiers knowing well that most Indians wont be lodging a complaint and they can easily get away with it. More ever i have also noticed that when we are on roaming, the service centre call calls increases in frequency which leads to deduction of roaming charges from the account. I would like to get my money back with adequate compensation.

      I purchased a postpaid connection on fab 18, 2010. Mr. Manoj tell me that i give u connection as reliance to reliance GSM and CDMA free. After one month he don't change the last owner name and my bill come 1683. and i go to webworld and say why the bill came? than he say i will manage all things and you pay your amount. after i pay my amount my outgoing services disconnected on 27 march 2010. When i go to webworld after dissconnect my service than Manoj says that he start the services in 48 hours. Today 01, April 2010 my outgoing is not connected now. So Please see it.....

        Hello,

        I am a registered user of Reliance prepaid no [protected] from the last eight years which is used by my mom and she is facing lot of problems from last 6 months because of this number. Kindly note that my mother uses the phone only to make & receive calls as thats the only thing that she knows to do on a phone
        This issue has started from ‘god knows when’ but we realized this around Nov’09 that the balance was getting deducted even without making any calls. At that time my mother spoke to the reliance webworld in pune where they educated her that the caller tune pack was active & need to deactivate the same... Even after doing the same the balance was still getting debited and when I called up your call centre a few days back.. the things that came to light were nothing less than appalling.
        I Was told by the customer care exec that some useless packs are activated on this no named "BAKWAS PACK"(activated on 11th Oct’09) "HEALTH PACK"(15th Jan’10) AND "TALK TUNE"(11th Nov’09) thru auto dialer for which 1 executive told me that ‘auto dialer’ means the user has called on a specific no to activate the pack where as the other one told me that you’d have received a call from IVR & if the same is answered, the said service gets activated. As I mentioned earlier, the said no is being used by my mom who is least interested in such services and is unaware of any such service being in existence.. leave activating the same. On the contrary, she can hardly type in a few known numbers and make a call.. If the same is other way round where reliance calls their customer’s, then this is purely cheating on part of Reliance who trap unwary customers in their net.
        If that is the case, this nothing less than cheating/fraud by reliance whereby activating such unnecessary services on unknowing customer who goes from pillar to post to rectify the doing of a fraudulent company. And in the event of the customer unable to trace the issue, all the money debited from customers account is pocketed fraudulently.
        I want you to take the following actions on my account

        1. Recredit the amount that was wrongly charged on my no... viz
        a. Bakwas pack : Rs 30 x 5.5 months (till date) = approx Rs 150
        b. Talktune pack :Rs 30 x 4.5 months (till date) = approx Rs 120
        c. Health Pack : Rs 30 x 2.5 months (till date) = approx Rs 75
        2. Deactivate all the active packs on my no
        3. Put my no in DNC (Do not call) list for any of your promotional activities or events
        Request your good self to look in to the matter and refund us the amount which has been wrongly debited.

          I have made several complaints against reliance comm regarding network connectivity issue in the eastern region of our country. I am not able to make calls to any other service providers except for reliance. every time i made a complaint i got date by which they promised to resolve the issue, but till today the problem has not been resolved. i am sending you the complaint reference number and the date on which those complaints has been made.           Reliance/GSM Mobile — Poor network connectivity

          I would like to bring to your notice that the GSM signal of Reliance mobile in IIM Bangalore campus is poor and unreliable, rendering service unusable. I am sure many of my friends from the campus would agree with me. In a reputed institute like ours which is of national importance and also located in the city itself, if the signal is poor it is not so difficult to imagine the plight of other locations. As an investor, I still don’t understand how RCom intends to establish its image and brand as a national service provider without even properly satisfying the needs of the future leaders of our country who further would have their influence on many others through word of mouth. I am sure Reliance Communications is knowledgeable enough in understanding the situation and has the ability and willingness to take corrective measures soon. I have lodged the complaint with the customer care (Service Request ID[protected], but the case is closed without any rectification. I am utterly disappointed by your service.

          The following is the copy of my complaint which you can refer to:

          • City: Bangalore
          • Door No: Room No: K 120, IIM Bangalore campus
          • Area/Landmark: Bilekahalli, Bannerghatta Road, Opp: Apollo Hospital
          • State: Karnataka
          • Pincode: 560076
          • Landmark if any: Opposite cricket ground, inside IIM Bangalore Campus
          • Indoor/Outdoor: Both, Outdoor is little better in selected places only but not anywhere near the so called decent signal
          • No. of signal bars: 1 or even nothing indoors, may be 2 outdoors which again goes to zero quite often
          • Nature of problem: Signal is pathetic indoors and it keeps fluctuating from 1 or 2 bars to zero quite often leading to disconnection frequently. The same issue repeats outdoors too and there is no consistent signal. I reside in a normal 3 storeyed hostel block which is very open and not in the form of clusters. I also use Airtel which has full signal in every nuke and corner of my hostel and also the campus.

          • Since when is it happening: 2 weeks

Although, I still have the original SIM with me, it doesn't work any more and when I tried calling this number someone else answered the call and to my dismay he claimed it to be of his own. Request you to kindly take immediate action to rectify this issue as I am having lot of inconvenience because of this.

              respected sir,

              i have a reliance broadband and telephone connection. often there is problem with connection but on 28th feb 2010 internet as well as telephone stopped working. i contacted there customer care number so many times. they gave lots of assurance but still it dint work till 4th march 2010.Mean while they assured me that ill get waiver for these days once bill is generated.
              now i got the bill and when i call up customer care for waiver they tell that those complaints where closed on same day but still i have the complaint numbers with me which tell complaint was closed on 4th march 2010. please help me.

              Reliance Customer support sucks, Worst service, Even the smallest issue will take a ETA of 24hrs, But they never keep their promises, I will never buy any reliance products or service. From day one the Internet connection is lost every hour or 2 for more than 15 mins, Unluckly the airtel connection box is full at my location. My advise Never buy reliance, There is no direct customer care, U got to deal on the phone for any issues. The from the Tech support, Do not troubleshoot on the phone, They just give you 24 hrs wait time for any problem

                I purchased an USB NET CONNECT MODEM on 26/3/2010 at Nagercoil(Midhun communication,209 PWD road,chettikulam jn,Nagercoil,Ph:[protected].Since I purchased not able to openany sites and use. This matter informed to the supplier also,They are telling If any problem in the line speed they cant do any thing, then who will solve my problem.
                Day time fully no speed to open the page and check my mails,only little speed after midnight 2pm.
                I paid RS-1889/= but no use.If I go to the browsing center with A/C per hour Ihave to pay only RS20/ with excellent speed.
                Reliance has to check the area and netspeed before selling the product.Your aim is simply sell the product means ofcourse you will earn the customer dissatisfaction due to the worst service should not spoil the bussiness and brand name in the present competetive market.

                  I WENT TO RELIANCE MOBILE STORE IN RANI BAGH DELHI-34. I ASKED FOR A DUPLICATE SIM. HE TOOK PHOTOCOPY OF MY ID, HANDED ME THE SIM AND ASKED FOR Rs.100. WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WAS OF Rs.25 AND I ARGUED THE BOSS CAME AND SAID WE ARE OUT OF STOCK , WE HAVE SOLD ALL THE SIM CARDS(HE GAVE ME 1 JUST MOMENTS AGO). HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK DAY AFTER TOMORROW. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS. I DESPERATELY NEEDED THAT SIM. I HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN.
                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a STD PCO Holder at Pathankot. Every time when I got my PCO recharged from Reliance Distributor, he overcharged. For Example, he sell 635 denomination e-recharge @ 750/-to me but the officers/officials posted to look after this area are at Amritsar. Instead of solving my problem they they encourage the Distributors for overcharging. The overcharging problem is not only at Pathankot, the same is in and around Pathankot especially at large scale in Batala, Rayya & Amritsar too. I have sent my suggestion to Reliance Communication for start of E-Recharge directly through computer by any one to save the image and reputation of Company. They might take some initiative but your intervention in the matter is solicited.

                      i'am using reliance MG880+ model Brothband.the dealer said the minimum speed is 55kb/s and maximum speed is 155kb/s.i near in the tower area,but i always get only below 20kb/s.many of times i compliant in this problem customer care officer and dealer.but anybody didnot take action in my compliant.so,you reply what is yhe solution of in my problem.

                      Myself Ravi Kumar nemiwal. My reliance number is [protected]. I have subscribed GRPS plan with 99 rupees. I have issue for this, when i use internet than either drop the data or disconnect internet. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Ace smartPhone. And i change the sim than internet working fastly. Kindly uderstand my request and resolve on top priority.

                      i have been using recliance pro 3 dongle for 2 months now..
                      reliance promised upto 3.1 mbps bandwidth speed therefore i should be getting 398 kbps downloading speed at best. but since the beginning i have bee receaving 40-90 kbps downloading speed. sometimes i get speed of 4-9 kbps.
                      i have filed a complaint many times on *3555 but they alwasy say the problem will be solved in 2-3 days. the speed is so bad that i not even able to play online games on my mobile. my 2G docomo runs thoges better than reliance 3.1 mbps wifi.
                      if this problem is not solved i m going to stop paying bills.

                            This is regarding Reliance data card which I and one of my friend Saurabh Singh got free with purchasing of Acer Laptop as a scheme on 31st Jan 2010.When we went to collect it from reliance world Sec 35 C Chandigarh, the concerned person Arun told us regarding the postpaid plan available with reliance data card new connection that we can take only two plan if we got reliance data card as free with Acer Laptop scheme , one plan that we could take was of 2GB usage(795 rental) and other was of 5GB usage(1165 rental) and we have to pay the rental as advance in order to activate our number. So we paid the advance rental amount but he did not provide any payment receipt for the same.

                            After taking the reliance data card we got many calls from reliance net connect customer care and came to know that net usage for the first month is absolutely free and we need not to pay any amount for the same. So I called up the reliance guy Arun and told him regarding that call then he replied that there is no such plan and reliance customer care executives don’t have any idea about these plans and then he assured that that amount will be adjusted in our billing cycle. On 9th Feb we got our first month bill but we were surprised to see that there was no such payment details made by us . We immediately called up Arun and asked him why this amount is not getting reflected then he replied that amount will be reflected in one month duration ( that is again surprising that payment details will be reflected in such a short time duration).

                            After more than One month again on 6th March we visited the reliance world and asked him that still the payment amount is not getting reflected yet then he replied that it will not be shown in the payment details ( but not explained the reason). When I asked him to give us the payment bill receipt then he promised us to send it over email but till yesterday we didn’t get any such mail from him. Today when I called him again and asked him why he is not sending the receipt then he replied that he will send it today and we are very lucky that we got the receipt today itself  (PFA for the receipt).

                            Also Saurabh Singh’s number is showing status as “Temporarily Suspended” because of nonpayment of Rs. 900 while he has already paid the advance rental amount of 827 rs.

                            After receiving the payment receipt we called up reliance net connect customer care and explained the problem we faced in last one and half months and when we confirmed the Invoice number mentioned in the receipt that we have got now then came to know that this is not a genuine Invoice number as confirmed by Customer care executive then we request them to lodge a request from us(request no[protected] .

                            Now Please let us know if we trust on reliance services that should we expect something like this?

                            We are really upset with the problem we faced in last one and half months.

                              I have 7 numbers of reliance and I getting very good coverage but now from past 2 months I am not getting the coverage at all, I register so many complaints and they have resolve and they have sending me the invoice to make the payments, I called there manager and customer service every one but nobody is listening me at all. Please help me..

                              Reliance — Coverage Issue

                              There is too much of coverage problem regarding the network even if the network is far away only 1 km in from the center area.Sometimes the network is not available for for 1 week or more.Too much problem prevails in in this area vill- mahmmadpur, post- bela, p.s.-dariyapur,Dist-saran(chappra)

                                GSM prepaid — network problem

                                Dear Sir,
                                I purchased the instrument and sim in the month of april 2009,asuming that
                                gsm services would be far better than cdma,but I was disappointed to have
                                the Reliance gsm prepaid phone.Everytime on receiving or dialling.there is network
                                problem and the call is ended due to the network failure not even in Rajasthan but
                                also in the other states of the country..

                                Such a company like Reliance,why the company has started gsm services when
                                the company was not prepared for this?.It has spoiled the company name.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  Its my uncle who has used the Reliance Data Card No. [protected] just for 15-20 days in navsari.
                                  Paid the full amount what so ever for the data card.. After that the person who provided the data card came asked for the bill, as that also was paid by my uncle, and then my uncle requested for the termination of the account, but till today we are getting the bill, recently i got the bill of outstanding amount 2289.00
                                  Recently inquiring about the data card we came to know that after paying the data cards amount we get 1 month free surfing and then we have to choose a plan then how come the person charged the bill ???? and also he had taken the data card with him too..

                                  At the first for the connection we inquired Mr. Kamlesh Vaidhya ([protected]) who is incharge in Reliance Broadband outlet at Surat, Adajan.

                                  these people only live for money, every agents will misguide customers. i[censored] raise a request for disconnect they will take a month to process and they will send the bill for that month, i[censored] ask any customer care employee they give answers. The signal will keep on fluctuating, service is bad, only while getting connection its good!!!

                                    Hi, I have taken reliance netconnect broadband+(relationship no. [protected] and rel. no. [protected] Dec.09), and in Feb.2010, requested for post paid to prepaid migration, i was promised migration will take just 10 days, since then i had to call 7 times to reliance customercare, 5 times reliance webworld visit. finally i contacted reliance NCR Nodal officer(manmohan) who also promised me the solution within 2 days, but as expected there is no result. it is now more than 1.5months and i am still facing the problem.

                                      I wanted to purchase the reliance data card for which I had inquired. After inquiry an executive from vritiinfocom visited my factory and asked for the charges of data card for which i issued a cheque. The executive informed that the accept only CASH. After providing my cash to him the executive went away and delivered me the data card within 2 hours but the seal was broken. On inquiring he replied that they need to check the data card whether it was working properly or not. On further inspection I found that the Headset was missing in the box provided to me. On informing to the executive he said it is not available with them.
                                      I further complained the same to his head MR. NITIN of Vriti Infocom on 20th march, But no action was taken.

                                      Not only that I also informed Mr. Gaurav Sharma of the reliance department head for ahmedabad. Neither he took any action.

                                      The problem was that i was delivered the card but was unable to activate the same as it was not possible without data card.

                                      Frustrating further I Complained it with the GUJARAT G1 HEAD Mr. Jatin Of Reliance. He assured me that the headset would be delivered to me by 21st March.

                                      When the headset was not delivered to me by 23rd march, I complained to Vriti Infocom head office Gudgaoun.

                                      Being Today 30th March I still havent recieved my headset.

                                      I request you to do the needful and guide me to complain if required to higher authorities.

                                        i m frm jind ….nd have got a reliance gsm no.[protected]… want 2 call customer care..but not able 2 connect with…when ever i call they alwz say i am in queue nd alwz waited till the 15 to 20 minuts bt they never received my call how i solve my thease personal prob and other thing is that whenevr i am in roming , my no nevr show my balance result and also get stopped to custmor care call. and i told this prob. to some time ur custmor care person bt they say some time this prob. comes , bt i hav seen it alwaz. so i[censored] can't solve this prob . so tell us i will quit my reliance no.
