[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Customer Care- A Harassment Center

Dear Friends I would like to bring under your notice a shocking evidence of Reliance Communications. I have Reliance Landline telephone at my work place, I have made pyt of Rs.390/- through cheque and taken a valid receipt of Reliance Communication vide R.No. 15378 dt 30/07/09. The said pyt has not been yet updated to my account as a result to which I am facing disconnection in outgoing again and again. I have complaint number of time to Customer Care center *377 and had emailed the scanned copy of receipt at [protected]@relianceada.com but was suprised to see that I have been rendered no solutions to my grievances accept the acknowledgent of the complaint/mail with new request ID. I reported the matter to the nodal officer Mr. Sourabh Khedke at Bhopal but he didn't take the pains the matter.

I think all these people are just passing the time sitting at their offices.

My Phone No. was[protected], I had a post paid connention of Tarrif plan WPUNLTD 525 for the last 4 years and I had deposited my Hand Set No. R LGFW [protected] to Goyal Telecom services Ambala Cantt on[protected] and I had deposited my all dues on[protected]. I had been told that my security money will be refunded within 2 months of disconnection of service vide request No.[protected] but despite several reqest and mental harrasment, my security money has yet not been paid to me . it is very sad that i had been a premiur costomer of reliances even though my mental harrasment is unworthy. If such is the case no body will have faith in your service.
Dear Sir,

I am annoyed about statement of coustomer care executive . always their statement is differ . which does annoyed the coustomer. and senior also included in this matter. they are doing like govt jobs. they are not giving any complaint no. and mostly person have lack of knowledge of software. I think all are corrupted person in recuritment of reliance mobile.

Sir recharged my phone with 105 rs on 7th jan 2010, I received the message, "recharge successful, special benefit will be credited in one hour", but i did not received any balance. I called several times customer care, they said to wait for 24 hrs. But after 24 hrs also i did not received any balance, again when i called customer care, then they said that i will not receive any balance... kindly look into the matter.

My number is [protected] and i am facing a lot o[censored]nspecified problems from reliance service.currently i am in mumbai on roaming and every day i am getting 4 to 5 fake call and vanishing my balance then i requested in call center (comp no[protected] about this call complain nothing got response.
But the surprise thing automatically 30 rs deducted on 26/01/2011 for Dialer tune activation.
But my Question is???
1.why everyday you sending false call if you know my number is in roaming??
2.why you deducted my balance if i didn't request for any .dialer tune ????
3.if you deducted my balance then dialer tune why not ringing and activated after launched complain in call center.

WHAT TYPE OF GAME PLAYING ALL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTIVE.
I THINK THEY FEEL ENJOY WHEN OUR BALNCE DEDUCT.


Please solve my problem either i will go for another subscriber.

This is to inform that this complaint is against one of the customer care executive named MR.SAURABH ( GURGAWON) of Reliance. After calling the toll free number *333. I have called from my number [protected] on dated 07.03.2011 and I have talked for approx 12minuts .He doesn't have any information regarding the number. He also asked to disconnect the call when asked for more options and questions.
He denied passing the call to team leader stating that any complaint can be lodged against her and that He is not going to help.
He was utterly disgusting, impolite, and unprofessional and manner less employee of reliance prepaid mobile that is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade.
If reliance wants to regain its status then they should avoid hiring people like this and if hired then should be fired immediately for the sake of customers who still try to believe that reliance is a good option for communication. He should apologize to the all the customers. I am sure the customers she has dealt so far with are unhappy.
Hope this issue will be taken seriously against MR .SAURABH (GURGAWON) as soon as possible and He should be thrown out or should apologize if reliance is not in position to hire a good standard of employees.

Reliance is a dubba service. I am use mob no. [protected] Reliance CDMA. I am now doing Mobile Number Portability to Airtel. But Reliance is not releasing my no and when I am calling them again and again they are fooling me.

From the past few days, some balance gets deducted from my main account due to automatic activation of some services which your customer care executives say has been activated by me.Its happening over and over again and I am losing my money each time.

Actually my sms pack is already activated in my M.No.[protected] since 4 month and every month money is deducting Rs.26 sms pack. but in this month of august sms pack is deducted twice and its action from rim side. I did if gave any request for sms pack from my side. I spoke rim costumer care he is stating that from my site request received, but I m already using sms pack and for every month money deducting then why should again I will give request. Finely I have a request for costumer care until costumer will not call n spoke with costumer people don’t activate any package. Plz send me my call details between 15 aug to 25 aug 2011.plz needful my request.

I spoke to reliance customer care executive(*333) about the roaming related services. But to my horror the lady at the other end (customer executive) was asking me what do you mean by Roaming? is that the how the support their clients? I called to rectify my issue ASAP but the she was in questioning mode. they are doing nothing the are torturing the client.Stringent action must be take against blunder customer executive.
sir iam a reliance customer till last 2 years. my number is [protected]. i recharged it with rc 39 free unlimited message offer. but after sending some hundred or more messgaes a day the messages wont send..that will show a message to me that the message sending failed please try later.there is no signal problem at here. even if i try to complaint to the customer care the executives wont respond. and if i want to give a complaint the call wont connected to the executives even iam waiting for an half an hour. please solve my problem soon.
