[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — RELIANCE ONE CARD NOT RECEIVED

my temporary card no [protected]
i have applied for reliance one card through your retail outlet, they issued me temporary card and asked to wait for few months. but its over one and half year but i have not recieved my reliance one card. kindly send my reliance card as soon as possible.
i can not understand why it is not issued i also complain many times at your retail outlet?
please write me wheather you are going to issue me or not that i can stop purchasing or continue ...

Before 1 and half year i applied for reliance one card. they gave me temporary card "[protected]" . Now i have already called up more than 100 times to there customer care wasted more than 1000 Rs only on calling but everytime they confirm the address and tell me i will get the permanent card with in 3 working days.

guys can u believe from the past 1 year same reply, Worst customer service i have ever seen, i dont now what the hell mukesh and anil are doing.

The temporary card Number [protected] is in my hand. It is not used your Reliance Fresh outlets.I have called up more than 200 times to the customer care.I wasted more than Rs.2000/= for calling.Everytime they confirm my address and tell me, I will get the permanent card with in 3 working days.Worst customer service I have ever seen, I dont know what the hell mukesh and anil are doing? RELINCE ONE CARD NOT RECEIVED
Last 4 Month ago i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Bapunagar, AHMEDABAD, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, kindly arrange to despatch the same at ASAP

I got Reliance one card from your Reliance fresh outlet at Mumbai Central. They gave a temporary card for the purchases but I have still not received permanent card yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people told me to call on the customer care number but I did not get the customer care number from anywhere.
Now I want to know, is this kind of feed back expected from Relaince people. Even though it is clearly written on temporary card valid only for 3 months they are not giving me a permanent one.
