Fraud Reliance Mobile/Communication – Never buy Reliance card

I bought a Reliance Postpaid (GSM) card from RELIANCE STORE AT SOUTH EXTENSION NEW DELHI (RELIANCE WORLD SOUTH EX PART II ) on 17th Nov 2010. I submitted Rent Agreement, Driving License and ID card as an address proof.
The assistance was very good while buying the card and explaining different plans. I get to know that the card will activate within two days after verification of address. I waited for two days, seven, fifteen days and so on……. Nobody turned to my home or nobody called on my alternative mobile nos for verification. I inquired the store about the verification. Why my card is not working and where is your person? But there was no response from them. In my very busy schedule I took time to visit the store twice but they never listened to me and just told me that verification is failed due to lack of address proof. I told them that I have submitted Rent Agreement, Driving License and ID card as an address proof. Then after scanning computer the assistant told me your PINCODE no is wrong (I thought he is joking but he was serious). I showed them the Pincode on Rent Agreement and ID card. He checked the pincode through his phone. Then after scanning the computer again, told me to submit the documents again. I produced documents at the same time but he refused to take saying come tomorrow. (I was not able to believe I am standing in the store of India’s biggest company RELIENCE. Just though I am in Government office) I requested him to take the docs as I have very busy schedule. But he refused.
The furiously I called Reliance call center, there they took my complaint and told me I will receive a call in next 48 hours to clear my complaint.
I haven’t received a call from them till Date.
Today its 14th Dec 2010, almost a month, I am still fighting to get my card activated. As per the communication with reliance, I cannot give back my card and get refund of 250 Rs.
In today’s competitive market and where mobile portability is on the doorstep, reliance is losing loyal customers due to the poor service, poor network, worst customer care and stores. It is not only talking to customers pleasantly while purchasing the service but providing assistance during the problem. And you can’t do both the things properly. There be prepared for the wave of customers travelling from you to other operators.
For your kind information, I am going to close each and every type of connection of reliance (I have lost faith on you. And because of me many more). I will never recommend Reliance Mobile to anybody.

Reliance GSM Service — Caller Tune Service Failure
My Reliance GSM Cell No is [protected].I activated my caller tune on 7th Jan (approx.) for which my mobile balance was reduced by Rs. 30.
But the service could work only for 2-3 days. After,I called there customer care around 7-8 times but no satisfactory response from them. They told to resolve my problem within 2 days but they failed to do so.
My request no at there end was[protected].
Again, without my request for deactivation of my caller tune they send me a sms saying that my caller tune is deactivated but the next month(Feb 2010) they deducted the caller tune charges from my balance. On calling the customer care, they r unable to help.
Now, without providing service they r charging money..Is there any solution?
