My Name is Dinesh Khandelwal. My Reliance GSM Mobile No. is [protected] . Some Vas services is activeted by reliance without my permission. when i check my mobile balance i shocked to see the 150 rupees are cut. than i call reliance customer care then he said the you active chat services than i asked what is chat service i don't know than he said you activeted this service on your mobile than i said that i don't know what is the chat service than how can i activeted it. than i said any how you deactived all my vas and other chargebel services. than he said ok. but today 16.12.10 i again shoke to see my balnce my balance is cut off by 100 rs. and i also see a sms that caller tune is actived on your mobile. But i not actived this type of service. this is very horrible so please lauge a complaint from my side to reliance and please give my my unauthoriged charge amount of Rs. 250. Today i write this complant i also call to reliance chargeble customer care number *333 for last 13 minutes but till now no any customer care is availabe. i said the reliance had make a business of *333 that customer call and he make money without any service give to customer. my address is mentioned below:

Reliance GSM Service — Caller Tune Service Failure

My Reliance GSM Cell No is [protected].

I activated my caller tune on 7th Jan (approx.) for which my mobile balance was reduced by Rs. 30.
But the service could work only for 2-3 days. After,I called there customer care around 7-8 times but no satisfactory response from them. They told to resolve my problem within 2 days but they failed to do so.

My request no at there end was[protected].

Again, without my request for deactivation of my caller tune they send me a sms saying that my caller tune is deactivated but the next month(Feb 2010) they deducted the caller tune charges from my balance. On calling the customer care, they r unable to help.

Now, without providing service they r charging money..Is there any solution?

I too have faced such problem, you need to do is

1]. register a writen compalain to web world with CC To TRAI - india. Any Mobile operator have to response the company registered CC to THE TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA

    I have two sim card Reliance.Number is [protected], [protected], .
    Reliance company is cut my balance 100rs and i recharge 2 time net tariff 29rs but these are active night plan and cut balance.i call customer care but he is abusing and phone cut . I call Again remember phone cut .
    Reliance Company provide very bad service . I want Change network by mobile potability.
    I AM VERY UNHAPPY BY RELIANCE MOBILE
    I have many sim card Reliance Number but i have change one number[protected] to another network.Your Executive call me and offer special plan. Total plan 199/-( 150 talk value+30 Paisa other network+50 paisa std+local rim to rim free ) i agree this plan and change my plan feb 2011. But your reliance make my bill to include Rim to Rim free charges .

        Sub : Unjustified Deduction from my prepaid Balance

        On 15.12.09 your company suddenly activated caller tune on my Phone (No. [protected]) without my consent, and after doing compliant in Customer Care the de-activate the same immediately, a gentle lady named Smt. Barsha said that there is no information about the same and requested me to call after 2 hours.I called the customer care again on the same day but it was of no use. Today morning i called the customer care again and talked with Smt. Renu and it was of no use again. My Pre-Paid Balance has been deducted by Rs 40/- and i want the same back immeditely. Dont take this lightly as in the previous instances also i was very much unsatisfied with some issues. i have been using the same no. since Reliance GSM launched its service in Kolkata. if this time my issue is not resolved i will leave the no.


        I am really totally un-satisfied with these kinds o[censored]njustified deductions.
        I hope a quick action in response to solve the problem o[censored]njustified deductions from your end.

        Reliance — Wrongly deduction of balance for dailer tone

        It is very harsh for me to say that from starting of Oct09. I face too much problem with your connection.

         In first week of Oct09, you were activated dialer tone in my phone without my permission and DEDUCTED BALANCE.
         On 11Oct09 you have refund my Rs16 to my account and deactivate my dialer tone after lots of arguments in customer care.
         On 18Oct09 you again activated dialer tone and DEDUCT Rs30 without my permission.
         Again lots of arguments on *333 deactivate tone BUT NO REFUND OF MY WRONGLY DEDUCTED BALANCE
         On 22Oct09 you again activate Dialer tone without permission and again deduct Rs30.
         Again argument I deactivate dialer tone and Able to get my Rs30 refunded
         Now on 24Oct09 that is yesterday you again activated dialer tone without permission and DEDEUCT Rs30
         You again NOT REFUND my balance.



        What is this IN 20 DAYS YOU DEDUCTED RS120 and ONLY RS 60 HAVE BEEN REFUNDED TO ME.?
        Another Amazing thing is that in my phone NO DAILER TONE hear by anyone that is no dialer tone activated but deduction has been made from my account.
        I want to disconnect this connection, if this is your service.

        If you not able to solve my problem immediately I definitely go for TRAI authority.

        Reliance GSM — Regarding deduction from balance without activating caller tune.

        Sir,
        I have a connection of Reliance GSM of no. [protected]. Last week I sent a message to activate caller tune. But without activating that deduction of amount 30+10+3= Rs.43 has been made. I communicated it for several time to its call centre but yet neither caller tune has been activated nor amout has been refunded to my balance.

          I am a user of Reliance CDMA mobile no. [protected]. My compliant regarding deduction of my balance several times without my knowledge after recharging by activating some unusual services like Miss call alert. After deduction of my balance, I have contacted to customer case several times to stop unusual services but each times they stopped services & reactivating again and our balance is not refunded. Today my balance is again deducted after activating miss call alert.

            Hello !

            I really don’t know whether this mail will change the way RCOM providing services to their customers but still as a customer I am writing so.

            I was new in Chennai and was very confused while deciding for a wireless data card modem. Finally I have done a mistake and I opted for Reliance data card (3.1 MBPS).
            After few days from payment and installation it started giving the worst download speed and pathetic transfer rate
            Download/browsing speed not even crossed 240 KBPS, checked for 24 hours a day with transfer rate of 5 to 15 kbps.

            The first complaint was logged on 21/11/10 with req no[protected] and was closed with no reasons. I got a call from reliance customer care Mumbai that I need to go to nearest reliance store to check my data card for
            Problems. The moment I reached reliance world, they said that they don’t have any laptop to check my data card and as my earlier complain is closed they have logged in another request on 11/12/10 with
            req no[protected].

            On 14th Dec 2010, reliance support executive visited my place and he checked all possible setting and done the troubleshooting from his side, but there was no output. Finally he said that there is some known issue
            In the area and this is a well known issue. He has given his feedback to the concerned team ( RCOM networks for bandwidth issue) and finally I am waiting for the further response.
            I came to know this issue is only with reliance data card and TATA photon is giving excellent performance in the same area.

            I am facing this issue from more than a month and still there is no progress on resolution. I have opted for a costliest plan (1400 per month) and I am not getting anything in return for that.

            1)If Reliance is not capable to ensure for performance then why to make false commitments and cheat the customers
            2)Do I need to pay the monthly bill of 1400 just because I have done a blunder while selecting for reliance irrespective of the current speed and performance
            3) Even if I am terminating my connection, who is going to bear the amount for the device what I have paid initially

            I am waiting for a response which in turn should be corrective and there should be answers to my question (I can expect as a customer from top class service provider)

But they are unable to avail this. Then i complained to this website (consumercomplaints.in ) but i haven't got any innformation regard this. So pls help me & send the same as the earliest.

                We have bought prepaid Reliance HSD modem , by paying 2900Rs , and after few days of Activation, they have terminated the connection by reason mention ( Mismatch of signature) , Now what the f, ? i saw mine signature is same to same and even a blind can identify that its same signature

                when i went again to their reliance Communication : they have behave like i m peon of their office (They don't have Xerox machine to make copies of the document _ which time of selling product ,They got machine for copying xerox and mine documents got copied in 1 min )

                finally my frustration apper on shop manger (mamanger said i can not speck to customer As i m not feeling well????? , ( OMG WTF) The is not feeling well and he is on duty ?

                (and they informed me our peon is on Holidays since 2 days ,
                its Not our responsibility to get u a xerox , Now This stage went to climax.

                *So moral of story they don't bother about document sing signature while selling stuff and after sales they behave like a pig

                  I bought Reliance 1X data card post paid new connection 6 days back and i request to activate unlimited internet plan which is 699Rs. per month and they give 250 Rs. discount on monthly bill for 6 months which mean that 449 Rs. per month as per the reliance dealer told me.
                  at same day in evening i received a call from reliance customer care and they told me that they activate the above mentioned plan on my data card and then i use the internet on my Reliance Netconnect 1x data card .
                  and after 6 days on 13/12/2010 i received a message from reliance for bill payment of Rs. 725.


                  i complaint it to reliance but they said that they activate the other tariff plan on my data card.
                  it is totally company fault .
                  i complaint it to reliance but they not response me in a positive manner i called them 30 to 35 times i frustrated about it. so please give me the solution about it .

                  Data Card — wrong plan added

                  im using data net connect.i hv submitted to use the plan 400 night plan but they activated 700 plan ad now they charging for it.my outing is also barred.plz check it ad reduce my bill..

                  1. Still do not know about the scheme/ plan given to me. Vodafone store says only monthly rental of Rs. 500.00 to be paid as I am ONGC customer where as 55666 says Rs. 499.00 plan is given to me.

                    Reliance GSM (prepaid) have been deducting the balance from my phone without informing me.
                    They have deducted 100 rs in last 1 month for various services to which i have not subscribed. they have not refunded me nor are they stopping the automated activation service of packs. they are CHEATING many people. i have met various people with similar compaints.and nothing is done about this. please have a look into this as its our hard earned money going down the drain from reliance.
                    Customer care people are rude and not helpful

                      Fraud Reliance Mobile/Communication – Never buy Reliance card

                      Mobile No: [protected] (which is not activated from a month due to poor reliance store service)

                      I bought a Reliance Postpaid (GSM) card from RELIANCE STORE AT SOUTH EXTENSION NEW DELHI (RELIANCE WORLD SOUTH EX PART II ) on 17th Nov 2010. I submitted Rent Agreement, Driving License and ID card as an address proof.
                      The assistance was very good while buying the card and explaining different plans. I get to know that the card will activate within two days after verification of address. I waited for two days, seven, fifteen days and so on……. Nobody turned to my home or nobody called on my alternative mobile nos for verification. I inquired the store about the verification. Why my card is not working and where is your person? But there was no response from them. In my very busy schedule I took time to visit the store twice but they never listened to me and just told me that verification is failed due to lack of address proof. I told them that I have submitted Rent Agreement, Driving License and ID card as an address proof. Then after scanning computer the assistant told me your PINCODE no is wrong (I thought he is joking but he was serious). I showed them the Pincode on Rent Agreement and ID card. He checked the pincode through his phone. Then after scanning the computer again, told me to submit the documents again. I produced documents at the same time but he refused to take saying come tomorrow. (I was not able to believe I am standing in the store of India’s biggest company RELIENCE. Just though I am in Government office) I requested him to take the docs as I have very busy schedule. But he refused.
                      The furiously I called Reliance call center, there they took my complaint and told me I will receive a call in next 48 hours to clear my complaint.
                      I haven’t received a call from them till Date.

                      Today its 14th Dec 2010, almost a month, I am still fighting to get my card activated. As per the communication with reliance, I cannot give back my card and get refund of 250 Rs.
                      In today’s competitive market and where mobile portability is on the doorstep, reliance is losing loyal customers due to the poor service, poor network, worst customer care and stores. It is not only talking to customers pleasantly while purchasing the service but providing assistance during the problem. And you can’t do both the things properly. There be prepared for the wave of customers travelling from you to other operators.
                      For your kind information, I am going to close each and every type of connection of reliance (I have lost faith on you. And because of me many more). I will never recommend Reliance Mobile to anybody.

                        My name is Lakshmidhar Sahoo. My mobile No. is [protected]. I had seen so many times wrong deduction after recharge. Whenever machine adverting calling means ringing on the mobile then attended the call. then I know it is adverting then I cancel the call with red button. Because I don't want any additional service like missed call alert service, ring tone & etc. I want outgoing call and incoming call and sms incoming and outgoing like normal mobile. I cannot recharge now due to loss of money. So I am presently using other operators like tata docom, uninor etc. If you have given any forcibly additional service please remove 1st these additional service. Please send a message with write that we remove all additional services. we will not wrong deduct you amount. After this message received then I can recharge my reliance cdma mobile otherwise I will not recharge. In my experience, Rs.100/- recharge done maximum 5/- rupees utilize then minus balance. One time Rs.150/- recharge. approximately 30/- utilize then minus balance.
                        Please do something, otherwise I cannot continue with this number. I will be stay with other operator's service if you do wrong deduction. I don’t want any advertising sms or advertising ringing call.

                        I am vaibhav darvaikar i want to complaint against reliance CDMA mobile services , i have connection and No is [protected].
                        service provider had Debit my prepaid mobile account with Rs 30 and when I ask about that, customer care executive told me that you have given a request for subscription of A Facility of E-Mail ON SMS. When I replied them that I Did’t send you any request for the same they refuse to accept that and told that they will not refund that amount.
                        I have some SMS also which showed that I did not send any request for this subscription
                        Because on[protected] 10:49 am I received a sms that

                        “ To add an Email Subscription to your account send ‘Reg <Email ID> ‘ <Email Password>’to52206”

                        AND after a minute ON [protected] 10:50 am I received an other SMS That

                        “ Your Email on SMSis activated at Rs 30/30days. To unsubscribe sms unnsub 1912 to 155223 ”


                        When I did not send any request for subscription and I did not provide my EMAIL ID And PASSWORD ,how they can debit my prepaid account.
                        And I am still receiving the SMS

                        “ To add an Email Subscription to your account send ‘Reg <Email ID> ‘ <Email Password>’to52206”

                        And this is too much that they told me that I had used this service also
                        I have LG-RD3540 whic is very basic hanset so i do't think that this hanset will support this kind of services.
                        I have also 2 service request no. about my above complaints SR No.[protected] and SR No.[protected]

                        service provider had Debit my prepaid mobile account with Rs 35 cut and when I ask about that, customer care executive told me but no response castomer care.



                        Please help me out because Rs 35 is not matter but such kind of incident show that how the companies cheating helpless customers .

                        I am a reliance cdma user, from last month i m surfering from auto deduction by fault service charges by Reliance GSM, without any subscription they are deducting amount . At the time of complaint they replied that its subscribe by user.

                        is this not matter that how was the amount deducted but its big that they are cheating their customers.

                          I have been using reliance GSM connection for the last 1.5 yrs and there have been frequent connectivity issues...but since 1st December, 2010 as soon as i enter my building (whatever time of the day it might be) there is no connectivity in my phone..the biggest sorrow is that there is a Reliance Tower on my building terrace...because of this i have not been able to talk the only time i get during the entire day wid my luved ones..

                          HIGHLY IRRITATING....

                          Your network dosent work in Hyderabad(AP Circle) after 9pm. If i need to connect to a number I need to try for 10 times. Even if the call gets connected CallDrops & Conjucted network will not let you chat peacefully. Either the call will get disconected (In which condition you need to give 10 tries again to get connected) or the other person will never be able to here your voice. I also lodged a complaint with RIM Customer care and they tell me that it is a handset issue. Now some one please let me know How on the earth is it possible for a handset to work properly (with clear voice & no call drops) in day time & not even gettin a call connected in night time and it is told to be a handset problem. Crap people sittin in there no techcnical understanding at all. simply have mugged up some lines which they will tell you repeatatively.
                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          This is to inform you that I bought Reliance GSM connection two month back before this I was using Reliance CDMA connection. Their CDMA services are fare good to use as compare to GSM services.

                          Form the day I take GSM connection I am facing network related issues like while taking with someone your call will drop within next two or three mints automatically, voice quality is very very poor i can't describe this poor service in words.

                          I want to know if Reliance is not having proper infrastructure to provide GSM services than why they had launched the GSM services, If they are launching any service before launching them they must have good structure with them so that their users don't face the service related issues.

                          My request is to Reliance officers kindly improve the network so that their suers don't move anywhere otherwise we have no option to change the service provider,
                          This is for your information that once our Government will launch the number potability scheme I will switch to TATA Indicom with immediate effect and will not continue with Reliance because there there is no use if we are paying money than why can't we get the services.

                          Would again request to Reliance officers kindly resolve network related issues as the earliest possible if you want to retain your customers.

                          This is Ashhad Raza, i had a reliance CDMA no. ([protected]) this is my latest no# since a week. I am from Baragaon Bazar, Ghoshi, Mau - 275304 UP (E).



                          Last three nights I am very disturbed about network issues facing in my Reliance CDMA No#. I have lots of call dropping problems as well as not reachable complains from my callers. These problems are basically in nights. I can’t express you that how much you upset me about your network related services. I had purchased a Reliance CDMA no# only for night talking with my girlfriend but when she was trying to call then I am not reachable. The distance of Reliance tower and my residential is about 500 Mtrs only. But I am failed to understand where problem is.





                          Please try to understand my issues. Take it on some critical priority as well as solve as soon as possible.



                          And I had tried to register my No# in Reliance myservices website but I got a error that the data is not exist… pls take care also for same..

Plz chect it because in my city when the power cut rhan suddenly reliance network will also be dump at that time when the power is not available means when power is come after that 10mins network be come otherwise network is not working.
                          We face this problem from last 5years, many complaints registered in your customer care but no results was come

                          So plz before launching you can solve this prob.

                            my mobile no. [protected] i have submitted all document to reliance web would at kandivali-e, akurli road,
                            but my service always discontinue since i have purchased from them at that time i have submitted all document in front of representative of reliance, but my service of mobile not start for 1 week, again i have submitted all document at same place from where i have purchase card. after that my mobile service start for only 1 day when i went to web would to find out why my service has been discontinue the representative of reliance unable give the answer of discontinue of my mobile service. now they are saying that i have to submit fresh document than service will be start.

                            i would like to mention one think that people are working with reliance mobile are such helpless, careless, even they know to how to talk customer they are realy useless. & that case name of company will be down shortly.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have taken reliance post paid connection (Plan # 770) on 4th April 2009 at Reliance Web World, Opp: Great india palace, Sector 18, Noida by the number of [protected].

                            It get disconnected on 12th may 2009 without any notice and I have alreday been paid for my first month bill on 09th May 2009 itself (without any delay)..even after paying the bill also reliance communication disconnected my mobile..I eauered couple of offices and they told me that "you have to report this from where you buy"..I am staying in Indirapuram and have been going and asking them but no response. and they are not providing a valid information...

                            Kindly help me out from this problem, I have been missing my communication with my family members...

Now it shows as invalid SIM in my mobile hand set. when i contacted to Reliance web world they told me that my sim has any technical problem and suggested me to replace my SIM by paying rupees 25/-.that is okay but its not happening first time with me i had the same problem and replaced my SIM before 2 months and my friend has also faced the same problem . now i just want to know why it happens with Reliance GSM only while i'm using AIRTEL connection ([protected])also from last 4 years and didn't face the problem like this.

                              So its not technical problem from my side this is the way to earn money now i want to replace my SIM without any payment.

                              After complaining i got a call from reliance and Mr. Ashish talked to me and suggested me to go at my nearest reliance web world that is at Gorav Tower (Malviya nagar, JAIPUR) and said that i can get replaced my SIM without any pay . That was good but when i went there Mr. Dashrath Singh attended me and roughly said that there is no any SIM card in their stock for replacement.

                              I'm a working man and dont have time in working days (mon to sat) now i have to wait for next Sunday that will be like harassment for me.

                              Its not looking nice for a organization like reliance that has their web world at the heart place of jaipur (Gourav Tower) doesnt having a single SIM card in stock.
                              Finally i got replaced my SIM ..there was a little bit of inconvenience but now i'm satisfied with Reliance .

If I dial 30333333 by another mobile, could not connect to any enqueries. Do needful or suggest. My another mobile no is [protected] i contact to customer care he say me submitted your doc. i submitted my doc. but no any responce till.

                              Moreover the number is from karnataka and now i have left karnatak dont know how to get it replaced in punjab.
                              I am also using vodaphone from long time [protected] but never had an issue like this.

                                I gave a complaint on 4th Dec regarding SMS (message cannt send to some numbers) i have even contacted the nodal officer of Kerala Mrs.Deepa Suresh on her office number[protected] and Mr.Eldhos Abraham on his number[protected] but they too ignored the complaints and saying they have raised the complaint and all. Now they saying its the problem of The other network, (i am a customer of reliance i cannt complaint to the other network operators for my complaints)

                                They literally folling the customers without giving seriousness to a rare complaint. They also advicing me to cancell the connection. Kindly advice me or someone from Reliance rectify the issue.

                                  We are residents from Bharathiar Street, Sivagami Nagar, Aathikulam, Madurai- 625007, TamilNadu.
                                  There's a cellphone tower from Reliance communication is erected in our road without obtaining a formal NOC from the neighbours. They also kept Disel tanks in an open area without any fire protection and they've placed the tower without seeking any formal NOC from the neighbours.

                                  I request Reliance Communications through this forum to please vacate the premises and go and install your tower in a non-residential area.

                                  I feel it will be better for Reliance communications to act rather than we from residents association making a formal complaint / legal actions.

                                    Sir,My name is deepak and my number is [protected] and I think either guys sitting in the customer care are rascals, even this is less for them or ambani's are and because even after so much complaint these are continuously deducting money like for say some idiotic reasons.

                                    I think they are doing this for there sister's or don't know whose marriage.I am just unable to stop my mouth so sorry for every word written above but you guys deserve this.

                                    Even after many times my money has been deducted, i canceled them but even now also i.e yesterday i have recharged with Rs 50 but when i see my balance today all my balance has been deducted by u and i don't for what reason.

                                    And these customer executives,they are just true .These are paid money for misbehaving wid the customer.I just say that reliance GSM has the worst customer query facility in our country don't knw how to talk to the people.

                                    So strictly i need an explanation for this and i want my money return back or this time i'll just throw away the sim and will switch to some good network not these worst network.

                                    unwanted deduction of bal from main balance a/c . i have try many time to contact customer care executive with customer care number but call does not complete till after waiting for long time for their responce..This is not the way that the mobile service provider provides service such a way that even they have no time even to listen customer complain.
