Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Chandigarh, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care . Now I have changed my Address and told to your customer care but he didn't update my address and not wrote my complaint for permanent card. kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I had filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Belapur Navi Mumbai a few years ago.I got temporary card(no [protected]), I would request you to send the permanent card at the earliest as it is causing lot of inconveniance to me to remember the card Number etc.Hope you will look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist .

how to check my reliance one points in web.

Reliance fresh retail at mathikare (yeswanthpur), bangalore branch.i become member and they insisted me to take reliance one insurance as complusory act to become a member. i was charge to pay 199 rupees to as insurance amount...is it like i have to take insurance to become member of reliance retail.

i have applied for permanent reliance one card last year my temporary card no. is [protected] .

I lost the permanent Reliance One card while loosing my purse.

I do have the paper card with me.
I approached Reliance store in sector 35, Faridabad for complaint and issue of new one.
They gave the toll free number on a slip of a paper but did not allow me to talk from the center itself nor they were willing for written complaint.

After that I tried the toll free number of for BSNL / Reliance Phone[protected] and afdter almost dialing fi8ve time, the reply was it is not a valid number.

They gave me another Toll free from AIR tel[protected].
I could talk to customer person and he blocked this card but refused to issue new one, saying the actual card holder had to talk. I told him that I am giving all details and I am husband of Saroj Dubey. He did not took any action, may be he is right. On reaching home I tried from my residence no of BSNL and could not contact as stated abobe.

This is on our old address, though we updated it at the Reliance stores counter

i have applied for reliance one card through your retail outlet, they issued me temporary card and asked to wait for few months. but its over one and half year but i have not recieved my reliance one card. kindly send my reliance card as soon as possible.
i can not understand why it is not issued i also complain many times at your retail outlet?
please write me wheather you are going to issue me or not that i can stop purchasing or continue ...
