I don't know which is my registered mobile number to reliance one card.so how to know my loyalty points?

Hi sir,
My name is saravanan my card # [protected]. made a shopping on 16/12/2016 for Rs 246.29 the person has swiped 2 times, telling that first time amount was not detected.
But it was detected 2 time, i was raised a complain he has given the Tracking id SD4972050 and one form from Reliance mart give to Bank,
I have done the same but still not credited to my account.
NOTE - PLEASE IF YOUR SWIPING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY MEANS PLEASE CHANGE IT DONT GIVE TROUBLE TO YOUR COSTUMER.
