very low speed 1kb-2kbps

I have purchased a Reliance Data Card after seeing adv. of 144kbps of speed of data transferring. But the actual speed of Data Card is only 1kbps-2kbps . Then I have contact to customer care @ *333 but unable to contact . The customer care officials are careless to care customer .
I request from the Reliance Company that don't cheat the customer in the name of good service, high speed of data transferring by Reliance Net Connect...

Bad Service with Prepaid Recharge

Hi,

I was a happy customer of Reliance Prepaid mobile for three years. But since 27th August, the Reliance service is a night mare for me.
I have rechardged my mobile with Rs. 49 STV with paper voucher. I got message that recharge is successful. But my call tariff didnt change to STV tariff.
I spoke to customer care and registered a complaint. They said there is some problem and they are escalating the issue...

We bought reliance mobiles by getting attracted to the 496 (All India rel-rel free) plan.

While taking this plan they did not inform us that it will get expired if you dont recharge before the month gets complete i.e when you take this plan on 1st of a month, you should recharge it before first of the next month to continue in that plan . If you miss to do that then you cant use that plan anymore.

Not getting full talktime

I had taken your smart connection which is on 312 offer
But after 3 months of that when I have recharged with Rs110 they have not given me the total balance
That is what they have said in there offer.
The great thing is happened when I rechared my account with Rs 110 on 30th july and they said to me that it is not shown in my account.

No monthly bills, absolutely erratic connection

Till not activated my new Reliance GSM number from more than 8 days.

Respected Sir,
I had brought a RELIANCE GSM SIM card from the shop named 'ONYX' situated at JADAVPUR, Kolkata-32 near 8B Bus Stand, last Tuesday in the Evening ( 26.08.2008). Non Reliable Broadband service

We took broadband service 7-10 days ago and Reliance technician came and installed the modem/ or router.But internet is not working since the day one. We took reliance broadband due to name and expected high level of service but faced opposite of this.We called many times Mr SK Mehra at[protected] chandigarh but no response....

Thought I paid the bill (Receipt No : 20323, Rs.1360 ) on 16 / 08 / 2008, yet till now my connection did not get activated.
