Reliance Power IPO — Allotted shares NOT credited

I had applied for 225 sharesof Reliance Power vide application No 14665679 and was allotted 17 shares vide your "CAN" No 2251289. But these have NOT been credited to my D-mat Acct with Indiabulls Sec. Ltd. possibly because of an error in my application form. I had put my POA ID ([protected]) on the form instead of my Client ID [protected] in the appropriate column. I apologise for my error but request you to please rectify the mistake and credit the original and bonus shares to my D-mat Acct No [protected]. Thanks
