I LOST HUGE AMOUNT OF RS 382.00 FROM MY MOBILE BALANCE WITHIN 24 HOURS. I SENT EMAILS TO RELIANCE
CUSTOMER CARE TO SOLVE MY ISSUE.I AM AN OLD PERSON OF 63 YEARS OF AGE---I WENT TO MY NATIVE PLACE
TO ORISSA-----ON[protected] MY MOBILE BALANCE WAS RS.382.09 -----ON[protected] WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE
IT WAS REDUCED TO RS 15.00----AGAIN ON THE SAME TIME MY BALANCE REDUCED TO RS.5.00----- AND ULTIMATELY
TO RS.0.07 . I DID NOT USE MY MOBILE DURING THAT PERIOD. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE ME BALANCE
DETAILS----THEY REPLIED ME WITH -VE ANSWERS. THIS WAS BROUGHT TO PRESIDENT CUSTOMERCARE RELIANCE
TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. TILL TODATE NO PROPER SOLUTION WAS GIVEN TO ME EVEN FROM THE PRESIDENT .WHEN I RAISE THIS ISSUE TO
ICOMPLAINTS.IN----THEY STARTED CALLING ME OVER PHONE AND TELLING ME THAT I MADE A CALL TO AIRTEL
INVALID MOBILE NO:[protected] WHICH BELONGS TO MY DAUGHTER AND WHICH WAS INVALID FROM LAST
10 MONTHS---AND THE CALL DURATION WAS 10260 MINUTES AT A STREACH WITHOUT ANY BREAK. IS IT POSSIBLE
TO CALL SUCH A LENGTHY TIME THAT TO PERSON OF 63 YEARS OF AGE? DURING THAT PERIOD I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT MY FAMILY
EXCEPT GOING TO THE STD BOOT---I SUFFERED A LOT DURING MY ROAMING PERIOD.

WHEN THE MOBILE WAS ACTIVE I USE TO CALL THIS NUMBER REGULARLY---FROM LAST 10 MONTHS I DID NOT
CALL THIS NUMBER AT ALL. THEY WERE TELLING ME THAT I MADE A CALL TO THIS NUBER ON[protected] FOR A DURATION OF
10260 MINUTES AT A STREACH----AND IN THIS WAY MY BALANCE AMOUNT REDUCED TO RS.0.O7 ----THIS
IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE STATEMENT.MY MOBILE CALL DETAILS ARE MANIPOLUTED.HOW CAN I MADE A CALL TO
AN INVALID NO SUCH A LONG DURATION----AND THAT TO A PERSON OF 63 YEARS OF AGE. PREVIOULY WHEN I SENT
MAILS TO PROVIDE ME DETAILS THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE-----AND NOW WITH A MANIPOLUTED CALL DETAILS
TO HIDE THEIR LOOPHOLES/FALSE STATEMENTS.

INFACT NO PROPER MECHANISM EXISTS TO SOLVE THE GRIVANCES OF CUSTOMERS------NO EFFICIENT CUSTOMER
CARE EXECUTES ARE THERE TO SOLVE OUR ISSUES-------ALREADY 27 DAYS PASSED---STILL NO SOLUTION -----ONLY BEATING TO THE BUSH
MOST OF THE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES WERE REPLIED WITH AUTOMTED REPLIES WITHOUT GOING DEEP INTO THE PROBLEM.

PREVIOUSLY I LOST HUGE AMOUNT IN THE WAY OF ACTIVATING SO CALLED VAS PACKS--CALLER TUNES ETC
WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR WILLINGNESS -------IN THIS WAY THEY ARE CONDUCTING THEIR BUSINESS---CAUSING GREAT LOSS AND ANXIETY TO CUSTOMER

I WANT JUSTICE TO BE GIVEN TO SUCH CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ALREADY BEEN TROUBLED BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD
IN THIS UNFAIR WAY OF CARRYING FORWARD THEIR BUSINESS.

RELIANCE (CDMA) PREPAID SERVICE — FALSE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

RESPECTED SIR,

I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED DND ON MY NO. ([protected]) & ([protected]), BUT STILL GETTING PROMOTIONAL CALL WITH ACTIVATION OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE ON ITS OWN AND FALSE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FOR THAT, ON BOTH THE NO. I HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED WITH CUST CARE (COMPL NO.[protected] &[protected] FOR BOTH THE NO. RESPECTIVELY, BUT STILL DEDUCTION IS MADE FROM THE BALANCE (WITH TOTAL DEDUCTION OF ABOUT 105 RS ON REGULAR BASIS)

my no.is [protected] and i m on roaming in delhi,and suddenly my balance goes negative showing activation of caller tune which i hv not activated.this had happened before also,when i talk to customer care to lodge a complain he just cut the phone.i min serious trouble n want action, plz tell me wat i hv to do.thanks

my balance automaticly gets deducted inspite of several talks with customer care to stop all add on services and also asked for do not disturb activation but nothing happned except balance deducation.my ph number is [protected].

Reliance CDMA services — Balance got deducted

Hi,

I am a reliance user.I got my number recharged with hundred rupees. My balance got deducted for unknown reasons. I called reliance customer care and asked for the whereabouts of my balance.
First time I called then they told me to call after 2 hrs. After that I called after 3 hrs and asked for the balance again they told me to call after 2 hrs.For your information reliance is charging money for each call to customer care. When I asked that guy about this then he gave me a very bad response and said that "It is your problem not mine". This guy is from some chennai based customer care.His name is Ramesh.

Just wanted to know if this is the way they take money from us then why nobody is taking care of such events.

Reliance CDMA services — Charging even after port out

Respected Sir / Madam

I have ported out my number [protected] and it was ported to another operator around 27th January. Could you please be kind enough to explain why rental was charged until 11 February in the previous bill and I also see a new bill now for Rs. 205.99 for which I am not able to see the details of the My Services portal. What is this bill for?

Could you please kindly let me know if I have to keep paying these bills till I die or does my family have to pay even after I die even though the number has been ported to another operator. Sorry for being sarcastic but I must admit this is a great innovative way of generating revenue even after the number has been ported out and Reliance has nothing whatsoever to do with that number.

If I am totally missing something and you feel I should keep paying these bills forever without raising any questions, please excuse my ignorance and accept my sincere apologies.

Reliance CDMA services — Inappropriate practice of deducting balance

I am user of Reliance Cdma Services Phone number [protected]. I have resumed using this number on 13 Dec after a interval of 3 months. On cheaking balance I found 0.74 Rs in place of more than 50 Rs which I had left in it before taking out the SIM. I have two complaints in this regard:

1. I have talked to Reliance customer care executive Vinit at 10.25 AM on 14 Dec. He intimated me that my caller tune has been activated on 8th Nov. I told him that I have not used this number in the whole Nov and Dec month so how could my Caller Tune get activated by itself. Further I asked him to lodge a complaint in this regard which he refused stating that its against company's policy.

2. Secondly yesterday I received a message that my CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED (CRBT SERVICE is Caller Tune Service) and 30 Rs has been deducted from my balance.The point here is I have not been intimated about impending Service Renewal which service provider must do before renewal either by Message or by Call.
Kindly look into the matter because they are many others victims like me but they dont complain either due to lack of time or the amount is small and the hassles surrounding it are huge.
