[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Very Poor service

To whom so ever it may concern

I am writing with a great degree of disappointment. I have a reliance prepaid number [protected]. Earlier the number was of Delhi but I came to Rishikesh for some official work in the first week of March and got the number changed to a local number. Since that time it has been giving me great problems.

1). I always get calls for some other person (Mr.Saurabh) on my mobile. I think this number belonged to that person and his connection was not disconnected proerly before issuing to me.

2). Numerous times a day and during whole night I get rubbish advertizements about new schemes on reliance. Despite requesting for the "Do Not Disturb" service couple of times, I have not got rid of this trouble. I cannot keep my phone on silent mode during nights also because of patient matters and these messages and phone calls keep bugging me like anything.

3). NEVER is the reliance customer care number available in Rishikesh. I wonder how dumb and careless the customer care executives are here in Haridwar/Rishikesh zone! ALWAYS when I try to reach the customer care, they are busy. It says "this route is busy, please try again later" Are they being paid from our pocket just to switch off their phones and sleep carelessly?

4). I have got a 496 rupees RIM to RIM monthly unlimited card which is not working since last 36 hours (by the time some one reads this mail) or so. Whenever I try to dial some number, it says "thank you" (God knows for what) and gets disconnected. This is the second time I am facing this problem.

I have complained about this matter twice or thrice in the prepaid office at the railway road in Rishikesh but of no use. Every request/complaint has fallen on deaf ears, it seems. I wonder what type of customer service this company provides in this state! If you can solve this matter and get my services functional, I would be grateful, else if this is the level of customer satisfaction, then I am pretty sure that many customers like me have to rethink our decision of choosing relaince as means of our mobile communication.

i agree, relioance hs the wrst n meanest service among all in the world!!! yes... same probs fr me too... rubbish msgs, mre thn 20 per day... and evrythng tht u hav faced.. im frm kerala...i changed over to tata indicom n i understud one thng... i should hav done ths well bfre!! the service is grt in evry respect..

I have recharged my prepaid reliance mobile no [protected] for Rs. 39/- on 6th feb, 09. I unable to get benefit of the voucher on 9th feb, I called customer care, he respond me that your recharge has been expired on 9th feb and our server is down. again i called custoner care on 10th feb in the morning, then he says ur 39/- recharge is active. So why it is so.
