[Resolved] Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Bad Service with Prepaid Recharge | |
Hi, I was a happy customer of Reliance Prepaid mobile for three years. But since 27th August, the Reliance service is a night mare for me. I have rechardged my mobile with Rs. 49 STV with paper voucher. I got message that recharge is successful. But my call tariff didnt change to STV tariff. I spoke to customer care and registered a complaint. They said there is some problem and they are escalating the issue and will be resolved in 60 hrs. The agent also told me that the charges of calls which I made during that period will be add to my balance later. I have waited for 3 days and as the issue is unresolved, called the support again. They said they will escalate the issue and asked me to wait for 60 hrs. This process repeated for 5 to 6 times and they keep on telling the same thing. In between I got message that the charges are appropriate. Which is wrong . On 8th Sept, I am tired of calling and recharged again my mobile with 49 STV. Recharge is successful. But for my surprice when I try * 225 the STV expiry is shown as 27th Sept(this is earlier STV-28th Aug expiry). But when I send sms to 53670, the STV expiry is shown as 8th Oct( the latest STV) When I call customer care they didnt responded properly. One is saying STV expires on 27th Sept where other is saying STV expire on 8th Oct. Also, the free Reliance call minutes which I had till 7th Sept are lost though they are supposed to expire on 27th Sept. When I ask the support for the same, they tell different stories every time. Prepaid — wrong tariff charge
respcted sir tis is ganesh and my number is [protected] i had purchase this number one month before and now my whole tariff has been change im getting 1rs for all calls and messages so plz help me and solve my problem,i am very much thankfull to you if you resolve this issues
I bought a new connection of Reliance prepaid mobile no.[protected] on 15.10.2009 and then received activation sms, I recharged with Rs.96/-for Rs.125/-balance every month upto six month and thereafter recharged with Rs.48/- for call rate STD /Local/sms/ 50paise but till time received only sms not received any Rs.125/-balance.
I complaint more time in customer care but not rectify my problem and customer care executive answer different time different difference then my call not connect to customer care executive after this case. Plese help me.

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — wrong charges after change of tariff

Hi, This is Shravan Kumar([protected]).your reliance customer from nagpur(MAHARASHTRA).
Sir i am facing through some problem since last 14 days.that is as follows.
Actually i came to know the STD Rates is revised in reliance on 20/06/2008.so i messaged NEWPLAN to 51234 on the same day.after which (within 48hrs)my STD Rates were to change to 1.50/m which were 2.65/m earlier.so i called on 22-jun to (cust.care)to confirm whether my rates are changed or not and got a feedback that yes.but when i make a call on 23 jun morning i was charged 2.65/m.
so i m sending message till today(3-jul-2008) for about 25 times.but still also i m not transferd to new plan.i m sending SMS in right way.i have booked a complaints

this all were with ur supervisor.ALL TIMES AFTER SOLVING PROBLEM I WAS ASSURED THAT TARIFF IS CHANGED.IN THIS TRIAL I HAVE LOST MUCH MONEY.till now some of wrongly charged are returned and some are'nt.i want to know why my problem is not solved.even i have got only one reply sms of all this complaints others .i my self make a call and asked.so i wasted in both way my time.I HAVE TO USE MY BSNL NO TO MAKE STD CALL THOUGH I have RIM.
I REQUEST TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THIS.if this problem is not solved i assure that i will take this to NEWS/MEDIA and CONSUMER COURT.because i m tired doing this.if you found any mistake on my side(i.e in my account), i m ready to accept...pls pls reply throgh sms or call.pls solve this as soon as possible.i want to know why i m treated like this
