[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid — D&D commercial service

My name is Seetakuwar Madansingh Rathod & my mobile No. [protected] prepaid service from Reliance my complain is that when I recharge my balance with Reliance my balance automatic deduct from company My son talk many time with customer care but don't get back any balance then my Son went to Reliance Web but they are also not given any proper answer. Now we can not connect with customer care also.

I am reliance prepaid GSM user my mobile number is [protected] . It has bbeen observed that without my permission commercial services has been activated i my mobile no. and monthly charges of Rs.60/- is deducted from my account since last 3 months. We have been trying to contact in your customer care but we it was unable to contact. Since this is not accepteable i would request you to please deactivate the same and arrange to refund the amount deducted from our account at the earliest.as 2moro is the date for renewal please disconnect the MONTHLY SMS PACK.
