Hi,
I recharged my account with Rs.39 for internet service on my Smart Gsm card.I have got a sgh x660 which is GPRS enabled.I smsed ALL to 55100 thrice for the settings as told by the customer care.both the times the sms delivery failed and even then Rs 5 was deducted from my balance twice.Also i haven't received the setting as yet and am not able to connect to internet.they always boast of their services only before selling them to us.This is robbery as they are not giving us talktime in case of not getting settings or not being able to avail the service I paid for.
kindly see to it that how i and many more like me can come out of this suffering.

RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — Internet Not Working

From Somedays i can't access internet in my area but i used before then very well.
i complaint to customer care but they still did't solved the problem.

Mujhe reliance gsm phone se computer par internet chalana hai plz tricks batayen

dear sir,
the network is not gud of mine cell as from others...sometimes msgs does nt send to any other numbers from my cell...plz do something sir...my phone number is [protected]...sometimes my call were dis-connected when somebody was calling me...network is very bad very bad...

i like internet but mujhe internet setting nahi mil rahi hai mene mene 25 bar custmercare cal kiya hai my mo no.[protected]

I am use 81 plan speed of surfing is 0.4 to 0.6kb im not satisfide.
