[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM — not sending internet settings(GPRS)

i have not recieved message from any network even company. iam enable contect to you. plz solved my problem urgent . my no. is [protected]

I do'nt like GSM service for reliance and i want to use gprs for my SE w200i but whenever i send the message on 55100 and give response that ur handset information is not in database this is totally wrong

I have rel gsm no [protected] mob set using nokia 3230 after asking for gprs setting, replyed no database showing nokia 3230 gprs setting, woud you pl send me the same

Reliance Smart GSM — not getting inetrnet setting

I am having with Sony ericssion C510 handset. After failing to get settings from 55100 I request customer care for providing internet setting. Even after hundreds of request I failed to get a internet settings from my service provider.

What the hell the reliance(smart) service provider think about themselves!!!
for the last 48 hrs i have been calling *333,
1st thing to notice network busy or line busy
2nd thing instead of solving the problem, they try to skip from the problem.
3rd no attention towards customer.There's no 1 to attend the call in the call centre most of the times.May be in a 1000 they receive just a single call.
4th no networkcoverage most of the times(poor performance).
In my regards the reliance gsm institution r just bluffing people.
