Reliance Smart — Deduction from the Balance of my mobile

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I recharged my mobile on 03, 04.09 with a Rs. 333/- ( mobile no. is [protected] )
and next day (04.04.2009) my service provider(Reliance Smart) deducted Rs. 20/- . I called to the Customer Care and asked why that amount was deducted. They told that a service with "Background music" was active and that Rs. 20/- was the charge for that service, though I never activated such service and it was done by the company(Reliance Smart) forcefully and without my permission. The Customer care Executive gave me a number[protected] and asked to call that no. to deactivate the service. I called and another 12 rupees in two calls( 1st. call -Rs. 2/-, 2nd call-Rs. 10/-) was deducted but there was no option to deactivate the "Background music". So want to launch a complain against the service provider(Reliance Smart) for the harassment and I want that Rs. 32/-(Rs. 20 + 2+12) back to the balance of my mobile.
I need your kind attention to the problem and hope you will help me.

I sanjeev sarkar from jabalpur (mp), using your reliance smart phone for the past 7 years, on this sunday dated 05/04/2009 i have received a message from reliance smart customer care (reliance ke saath apne retailer se milen aur aaj hee recharge karen reliance gsm 500 top-up se aur payen poore 600 Rs ka talk-time) as the customer care have commited that on rechargeing with Rs 500 you will get Rs 452 and the balance amount Rs 148 will be given to you with in 24 to 48 hours but i have not got it till today in my cell number [protected].
Now the customer care is saying that by mistake they send this message, 500=600, but its not our mistake, so requesting u do the needfull and send my balance.

Sub : Unjustified Deduction from Pre-Paid Balance

On 21.03.209, Rs.40/- has been deducted suddenly from my Pre-Paid Balance. I lodged complaints thrice (No. 92465014 dated 21.03.09, No. 92562933 dated 22.03.09 and No. 92898451 dated 25.03.09) to get refund of Rs.40/- and ultimately I got the refund.

But on 31.03.09, again Rs.20/- has been deducted on the ground that I have opted for "background music" which is totally baseless and when I enquired about the same on 01.04.09 and on 04.04.09, in both the instances the same reason has been cited for deduction.

I am really totally un-satisfied with these kinds o[censored]njustified deductions. In addition to the above, I am trying for the last 1(One) month to record the change in address of myself and for this I have contacted several offices like Reliance Customer Care Office in BBD Bag and they in turn sent me to 91, Battala Street (near Satyanarayan Park, Kolkata) and they told that Reliance has stopped to record change in address since last 2(Two) Months.

I have send this complaint two times through email to your nodal officer Mr. Mahendra Kumar Pandey (Kolkata zone) but till the date[protected] I don't recived any mail from your Officer/Company.

I hope a response to solve the issue o[censored]njustified deductions will be addressed from your end once for all.
