I had given you crystal clear details of deduction with your Request code, then also you are giving wrong answer. It is not question of money of 31 Rs. But is the question of your behaviour. Your Every customer care is giving different answer. This shows what type of service you are providing.
Kindly give me the statement for last two months. This will give clear idea about my deduction

Like this I had also made complaint for collar tune whose solution, I didn’t get from last one month
Day by day your service is becoming worst, bad response from your customer care, no response for mail.
My reliance friends are facing same problem. I understand that reliance is looting people for no reason
I think Reliance is facing short of money & spoilling the name in market.. We are loosing trust in reliance
If same thing will continue I have to disconnect my other net connection also
