This is with reference to my reliance data card number [protected]. I have been using reliance data card for the last 8 months. I have been using a monthly 499 plan unlimited at night. It all went normal for about first 3 months. When i got my 4th bill approximately of Rs. 1300 i was surprised. Not even a single minute i had used their extra service. I had given you crystal clear details of deduction with your Request code, then also you are giving wrong answer. It is not question of money of 31 Rs. But is the question of your behaviour. Your Every customer care is giving different answer. This shows what type of service you are providing.

I m new to this forum and not pretty sure how it works.
