Hi this is Mubeen, I have purchased the Reliance data card through Vriti Infocom as I got an offer saying that I would get high speed data card (3.1 Mbps) along with scratch card plus offer and free holidays to GOA.

I have received a kit with a lower speed data card (1x) which is not yet got connected till date. Also, I have not got any scratch card and holiday coupons.

Also, while trying to pay via online through credit card, it said transaction failed and hence I have paid you by cash. Later I realised that the payment has been deducted from my credit card account!! I am now trying to call the representative Parvez since yesterday and he is not picking up the phone. His number is [protected].

I request you to change the data card to higher speed as promised within 2 days or else I would go to consumer court. Please be informed that I am taking the video screengrab of this complaint so that it would help me to proceed further.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call from Reliance on 02/03/2010 from the number [protected] in which they asked me to listen some of their plan. After listening to their plan I told them that I do not require any such plan yet and in case if I will require any such plan in future, I will contact you from my side. Being saying this, Reliance has activated that plan on my mobile phone and has deducted the amount of that plan from my balance account which is totally unfair. When I made the complain to the company regarding this, then they said that this service has been activated from your side which is totally verbose. So, I request you to please take some serious action against them. I will b highly thankful to you.

    My reliance mobile number is [protected]. I requested for a change in plan from postpaid to prepaid and cleared all the dues. But the bills and consequently notices keep coming asking for payments for post paid. We visited the local office ' n' number of times but all that is only futile. Moreover, they say that our request has not been updated in their records due to some problem that existed with their franchisees. This is highly embarrassing and the harrassment over phones is highly irritating. Please help us resolve this.

      I am using Smart pre-paid [Relance GSM services] in Assam Circle. My mobile no is [protected]. I have problem with "Call Divert" facility, it does not work with my no. When i tried it disply "Request Not Complete" and when i check "Call Divert" status it disply "Service Not Active". I had call Customer Care and complaint about my problem for five times and also "costomer care center" but they just replys that " It is your hand set problem and contact ur handset dealer. I have tired by changing handset but it really does works.
      Please Help Me.

      Even I have this problem with call divert/forwarding in this series only. [protected].
      My other no. is working smoothly and diverting it, pretty comfortably.
      i have same problem cant active call forwarding on my mobile number, reliance is big problem in customer service

        Dear Sir,
        My mobile no is [protected].Since from four years I am using this no.
        Before 6 months i tried to deactivate my caller tune.But I cant to make it.To deactivate my caller tune daily i use to make a call to customer care but i don't get any help from them.i visited some reliance communications and also some reliance web centers but they simply said that its not our duty and make a call to customer care and deactivate it.After a month though i am not interested to maintain caller tune due to these reasons i compromised my self and i changed my caller tune.But a month before with out my conformation they changed my caller tune.Then i lost my temper and once again i make a call customer care to deactivate my caller tune but once again i fail to deactivate it.
        Only the reason not to change my no is many of people with me are connected with this no.If the they repeat same thing again and again my only decision is to stay away from reliance.

          I have taken a Reliance GSM pre-paid connection . However, I must admit here that the service is very pathetic. Infact, the company has no business ethics. Balance is deducted falsely and when a complaint for the same is made to the customer care, they reply by saying that the system is down, please call later. The network is bad and I am not able to understand the Government has given a license to a compnay if they just loot cusomters as the cusotmers are not provided the services for which they are paying. I urge people not to go for reliance as you are usre to face similar experince.

            sharda tower near jayses crossing jaunpur(U.P.)it is the shop which have the authority of distributing the reliance service's.but they don't so much knowledge about the reliance service and they don't have manner that how to talk with customer.Today[protected] hen went to their shop to register my complain that i m not receiving the SMS(daily 500 message, according to the scheme)they said that the service is already activated on your number.this is my 6th time when i went there for complain.i said than why it is not showing.than they replied that we can't do any thing, for solving your problem we have to call MR DHIRUBAI AMBANI from the heaven.and they said these sentence in very loud voice.

            I gven lots of complain regrading gprs no one can give proper response to me i call to nodel officer but she did in listen any thing she disconnect my call what kind of service providing reliance company to customer please take serious actionon nodel officer on reliance communication
            MYSELF ANISH HAD MADE C CALL AT *333 AND REQUESTED FOR THE SETTINGS OF GPRS ON MY HTC TOUCH SCREEN WINDOWS MOBILE

            I AM FROM LUDHIANA/ GURAYA. AND WHEN I MADE A CALL THREE TO FOUR TIMES I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 20 MINS EVERY TIME. WELL WHEN THE PHONE WAS TAKEN.

            A PERSON NAMED MR INDERPAL SINGH PICK SINGH PICK UP THE PHONE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE STATUS OF GPRS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

            ON DATE 09TH MORNING AT 1.30 AM, ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE TELL ME EACH AND EVERYTHING AND TELL ME HOW TO DO THE SAME. I AM USING WINDOWS BASED MOBILES SINCE LAST THREE YEARS. HE TOLD ME AND I DID MY SETTINGS. I DO NOT REMEBER HIS NAME.

            BUT TODAY WHEN MR INDERPAL SINGH AND LATER ON MR RADHE KRISHAN TALKED TO ME IN SUCH A TONE THAT JUST THEY ARE HIMSELD" SH ANIL DHIRU BHAI AMBANI"

            SIR POSITION OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE IS VERY BAD AND THEY SITTING IN PUNJAB I THINK IN CHANDIGARH AND HANDLING THE SAME FROM THERE.

            THEY HAVE NO IDEA THAT WHAT THEY WERE SAYING.. MY PHONE REMAINED UNDER USAGE WITH YOUR C.CARE REP FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR BUT THEY DID NOT TALK PROPERLY AND TOLD ME TALK WITH THAT PERSON WHO HAD HELPED ME ON 08TH NIGHT/ 9TH MORNING AT 1.30 AM.

            SO THIS IS VERY IRRITATING.

            I WAS EXPECTING TO START MY GPRS THROUGH MY LAP TOP AS WELL AS MY HTC TOUCH SCREEN MOBILE. WE WERE PLANNING TO BUY THE BROADBAND FOR OUR HOME PC AND LAP TOP .

            WE HAVE TOTAL 4 COMPUTERS WITH 2 LAPTOPS IN OUR HOME BUT WHEN THE SERVICE IS SO MUCH POOR HOW I CAN TRUST ON YOUR SERVICE.

            AGST THIS TATA IS THE BEST COMPANY I WOULD SAY, EVEN THEN I AM NOT DOING / TAKING TATA.

            CAN YOU HELP ME OUT THE WAY THE BOTH PERSONS DID THE MISBEHAVE WITH ME..


            AND WHEN I ASKED THAT WHEN I MADE A CONNECTION ON MY HTC MOBILE, IT SHOWS THE MESSAGE THAT CONNECTION CAN BE EXECUTED/ PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND HE REPLIED HE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.

            THEY SAID IT AND I LISTEN IT AND DISCONNECT PHONE.. NOW TELL ME THAT""""""""""""&quo... ANIL AMBANI JI AKAR KE MERA GPRS MERE MOBILE PE CHALAYENGE. THEY ARE THE PR GUYS OF SH ANIL AMBANI.

            WE ARE THE BIG INVESTOR OF ANIL DHIRU BHAI AMBANI GROUP WHERE WE INVESTED RS 5 LACS APPROX ONLY IN RELINACE ANIL DHIRUJI UNCLE GROUP.

            SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL DONE ITS VERY BAD IMPRESSION ON COMPANY NAME.

              i am take a reliance communication card which price is 50 rs.but sir the balance given reliance communication 7 rs.only. when i go to the shopkeeper where i buy this card that shopkeeper do not change my reliance communication card and also company coustmer care do not give me right information where i changed my card.so sir please register my complain to the reliance communication and please provide me justice.

                Sir,

                I am Uday Shankar Pandit. I am using Reliance network. I always suffer from unwanted mobile balance deduction from my account. Yesterday (3/feb/2010) till 11:00PM I had Rs.3.81after that I sent a message to my friend in Mumbai. I saw my mobile balance is Rs.0.31. Today morning (4/feb/2010) I called to customer care he told me that i activated sms pack at yesterday 5:00PM. But I did not get any call from the company for activation and if it is activated then i do not get any message from the company (your sms pack is activated). same thing happened 1 or 2 months ago. I did not attend any call or message for CHANT MANTRA and they deduct Rs. 20 from my mobile balance. When did i ask they told me that you activate at 5 AM morning. That day i didn't get any message for activation as well as activated message. Please slove this kind of problem.

                  i applied for broadband connection to reliance communication in the month of september 2009 by a representative from reliance communication. even after two months i did not get it. the other day i person called and informed me to install the internet connection. i said no u cancel my application. he said ok. after some day another representative came, after his assurance to give the connection within a week, i applied again and got the connection. after getting the connection the bill comes for two connection. i don't know how they are sending two bills for having one connection. i am promptly paying the bill for which the connection i am using. but daily they are calling me and asking for payment. i told them many times that i am having one connection and paid the bills promptly. but they don't care. so i wish to disconnect my broadband connection

                    (wrong deduction of money from mobile phone no.-[protected])

                    I am using Reliance cellphone,its in a prepaid plan.Last month Rs.30 was deducted from my account,I tried to inquire why Rs.30 has been deducted but the call didnt go through.This month also they have deducted Rs.30 from my account.

                    I finally was able to contact the reliance customer care this month and asked them why Rs.30 has been deducted twice from my account.They gave me an explanation that i had activated the mobile FM facility.But I had never activated any such facility.when i asked when and how i had activated it they said that you must be knowing how i activated it,i tried to find out the details of when and how it got activated but they didnt provide me with any.when i told them that no such facility has been activated from my side and asked them to refund my money,they bluntly said money cannot be refunded.
                    Many of my friends have also faced similar problems with reliance mobile connections.
                    so I request you to Kindly look into the matter.

                        This is the complaint regarding the speed they were said to we when i went to their shop,they offer me the speed of 3.1 and after using this broadband services i have been facing network problem contiuneously ..i wont be able to use this service properly.every time i had a chat with customer care person,they create problem for me by saying use broadband network and sometimes use highspeed..but my problem as usual the same.
                        i had complaint many times .but no action has been taken yet.

                        i hope this time it works. I 'l be waiting for your response...
                        Guys i am totaly frustrated due to your response regarding my problem.The problem remains as it is.

                            My mobile phone no.[protected] is prepaid conection. On 18/01/2010 I have recive a call from a (DSA) reliance Platinum Tuglakabad Extention Plot no. 1 Gali no. 1 We have convert your connection in prepaid to postpaid. I agree with him then a excutive come & recive as a security deposite Rs. 250/-

                            On 24/01/2010 my phone is convert in postpaid. But outgoing calls are not made. I am make many time contact to costomer care but no any solution taken up to 01/02/2010.

                            Please take a neccery action.

                              This has caused be immense financial loss amount to Rs. 2,00,000/- , caused me to be un-contactable even from my family and business contacts (each time I have incurred a loss of over Rs. 50,000/- due to this) and,
                              further this has caused severe harm to my financial stading and reputation as a person who cannot even pay his phone bills !
                              I reserve the right to claim further amounts on this account from you.

                                firstly their representative declined to terminate the service before the end of month..this continued for 1 month (after so many termination requests..)
                                then they agreed to terminate!...but still took 2 months for the processing and actual termination....all this is being reflected in their continuous ever increasing charges..
                                they are calling to pay the charges for their inadequacy of their staff..(i should suffer for that..)
                                also the bill continues to show the recurring charges of rs.50 (as account maintenance)..along side late payment charges of rs.50...(so basically they want me to pay 80Rs. per month even when they have terminated the connection..)

                                RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD., — UNDUE HARASSMENT

                                COMPANY SENDING BILLS FOR DISCONNECTED TELEPHONE LINES, AND THERE AFTER SENDING COLLECTION AGENTS AND HARESSING OVER THE PHONE. ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCES PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATION, FROM OUR END. BUT STILL THE SAME THING KEEPS REPEATING. PERTAINING TO TELEPHONE NO.[protected].
                                The Relinace comm. is cheating customers by sending SMS to the customers and activating some tune/ other services themslves and recover the money from innocent clients without their knowledge. The customers know this only after their prepaid recharge value is virtually reduced to zero without him having made any calls. This is a big scandal and is a fit criminal and consumer court matter. This must be in the knowledge of the the chairman of the company and with his consent the company is duping its customers of crores of rupees.
                                I am considering filing a criminal and consumer court case against the company and personally against the concerned persons and the chairman.

                                Thru' this, I also invite kind attention of the regulatory authorities to check the malpractices adopted by the company to dupe its innocent customers.

                                  Hi, I am Reliance Customer. I am using Broand Band connection through Wire line. That is not proper wire line to my home. There are so many Joints. So somebody misused my Landline. So I asked Reliance Customer care to provide Local Itemized bill. They confirmed and said of charge 50 Rs. I agreed for that. But this month I didnt recevid my Itemized bill. I asked to the Customer Care they said complaint is there but we forgot to process. My Bill amount is Rs. 1095. Last whole month I was in Not in Bangalore. I forced and asked finally they gave Karnataka Nodal Office Phone number and address. I tried to call that no. Nobody is picking. I went to Malleswaram Reliance Web world and asked the address of Karnataka Nodal Office address. One great comedy is Nobody doesn't know the address. And they are not ready to search and give the address. Finally I called to the customer care and asked the address. I went to that place A great surprise is Rcom office is closed One month back itself. They are cheating the people. No proper address and no response for phone or email. Kindly let me know what action we cant take against this.

                                  Reliance Customer Care is not having the proper address, In Web World also they dont know the address and where we can search for New address. Simply they are sending the bill.

                                  India's No.1 Cheaters. I think there is no lady name Called Lakshmi. That is a fake name.

                                  Kindly dont go for Reliance.

                                    With Due respect I beg to say that I live in Pune and I m using Reliance broadband services from a long time.It has been very disheartening that for the very first time it has happened in this way.I paid off my dues on 27-Jan-2010 and today is 30-Jan-2010 and my services have not been resumed yet.I am having this problem from last three days.I also lodged 2 complaints whose reference number are viz[protected],[protected] but till now there has been no hearing in this case.I am still facing the same problem.
                                    Apart from this every time they(customer care personnels of technical deptt. too) register my complaints and ask for more 24hrs time to activate my services but that too without success till now.
                                    I am very shocked from this behaviour from reliance broadband services deptt.

                                    Please Sir/Madam I m registering this complaint online so that it could be heard.Try to help me with this problem as soon as you people can.

                                    With Due respect I beg to say that I live in Mumbai and I m using Reliance broadband data card (RIM NO. [protected]) services from a long time. It has been very disheartening that for the very first time it has happened in this way. My Data card is misplaced form my side; I compliant to my agent to (Mr. Alok) disconnect my data card. Then after he gives me clarification your card is disconnected. After that I paid off my dues on 01-Dec-2010 (Amount-492/-), after I give one termination Letter also for disconnect my data card. After I got termination call also form Reliance communicatio but till date I got every day call to representative Ms. Suchitra again & again she calling me asking for pay the bill/dues. Why I am paying the bill? Because I not using the connection, already give the payment & Termination letter also. I am having this problem from last one & two months. I also lodged 2 complaints but till now there has been no hearing in this case. I am still facing the same problem.
                                    Apart from this every time they (customer care personnel’s of technical dep’t. too) register my complaints and ask for more 24hrs time to activate my services but that too without success till now.

                                      i will purchase in chennai reliance fresh there is working in Mr. murugan (alies) babu native place tuticorin dist.tiruchendur taluk.place of birth mela pudu kudi.he is sales all reliance goods sales in black but give duplicate product give to me.how can i identify one day he is quarel and fight in out side of office in another person.that time i wll give money in my purcahising in my bill but he is cheating to me.why ?he is told when you give money? so what can i do how can i get that 330 Rs money please tell some suggetion.

                                        I had made the payments through the credit card but the M. No. [protected] is deactivated without any reason. The above all Nos is also billed on my name.
