[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — Balance Deduction Without any Calling

mere mobile no. se har month ki 24 date ko 30 rs kaat liye jaate hain. kyon btyen mein bhut perasshan hoon.please mrei complant door kren.mein apka last 5 years cutmer hoon.mera mobil no.hai [protected].cutmer care par call krne par pone kaat diya jaata hai kya trika hai.jaldi meri complent door kren.

Balance Deduction Without any Calling
Dear Sir,
A problem is happening with my number...i got deduction in my balance without any calling ...its happened once earlier when Rs 90 was deducted from my balance without any calling but i ignored it at that time...but it is occurring again and this time Rs 30 is deducted from my balance without calling...and i am not able to talk with customer care people as network is busy whole day of that route...kindly solve my problem.
