Reliance Telecom — Sim Deactivated

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Bijaya Kumar Samantara. My Mobile number is [protected]. I am using this number since 2 years. I have submitted my Address Proof, ID Proof & one Passport Photograph in the Reliance outlet (Store), Green Park, New Delhi on dt:20/03/2013. The customer executive of that store told that it will be changed after verification. But there is no any person come to check for verification till date (30/03/2013). But on dt.30/03/2013 my Sim has been stopped from services (both incoming & outgoing).

I requested to shutout this problem immediately.
