    Hi, My Reliance GSM no is [protected] belongs to Himachal Pradesh Region. Reliance charging 3 Rs. for VAS USSD Service every 3 days without my permission. I have called to there customer care many time but seems they are the most useless persons on this earth so i would like to file a complaint about it on your forum. Hope i will get rid of this problem in no time. Please do something about it. Thanks for you precious time.

Do Fraud Ambani Would like to gave me my balance back untill I kick them on road. or Burn Poster of Reliance and show people the real Face of Terrorist Ambani who control Politics and cheat me the money. Ambani Is thief. Not sure if any of both are good to not cheat.

        Stealing customers bandwidth and moreover Charging wrongly even for unsuccesful transactions which are not substantiated with data and neither customer query resolution. Within a span of two week, have raised four cases. All of which are closed without any resolution, without even reaching to customer even once. Every single time I call, it is been notified to me that the issue is registered. Yet when I call back asking for the status after few days, I get to know that the ticket is already closed ! ! ! To my astonishment, without any information or action taken from their side, they go ahead and close the raised ticket on my behalf saying the issue is resolved. Neither I receive a message for the registered case nor I get a resolution message. All I have is the ticket number, which I don’t know even if they create it or not ! ! ! Being frustrated of the case sometimes I have raised my voice in the past and have spoken to many associates and supervisors, who are trained to vomit out the same sentence of escalating to technical team. Your technical team are the smartest charming people on closing the ticket without a resolution. Yet, may times I let it go as I cannot waste my whole time for reliance. This time being Fred-up when I called I was informed on reaching the limit, hence I went ahead and as guided via phone by an executive, I opted for 2GB additional top-up data on 24th Aug’13 and as there was no difference in the speed, I called-up customer service on 28th Aug’13, really irritated, just to know that the request I submitted on 24th did not go through. I was advised again to submit a request which I did again on the same day. It was annoying to see that there is NO change in speed. With loosing hope and more being frustrated, when I called Customer service I am being told that, I will be charged for both the transaction which was made on 24th and 28th Aug’13 for additional data request, which I have no information where on earth have gone, when I haven’t seen the speed ! ! ! neither the data. Now the bill is of 2592 which includes all the wrongly charged amounts.           Sir, As complaint on my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] : Again Rs 30/- charges deducted from my for unknown service So return remaining dues Previous complaint details are - My complain is that again and again Reliance service has activated on my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] : In last one and half month 3 or 4 times complaint registered about unknown VAS service activation and these services is regularly deducting money from my account All these activations were without my knowledge and consent. I want all VAS services deactivated and also charged amounts to get refunded to my balance as I never approved such activation and instead was harassed of such regular automated activation against my will. VAS service charges one week has been passed so please do the needful otherwise i have to go for other action so please refund my account balance without any delay They should not be activate any VAS service in future if it does i have to go for new mobile service providers possible...

            I am the customer of reliance gsm. My no is [protected]. I recharge 123 3 tims for 3g data. but i get only 512 mb data of every 123 recharge. I recharge 246 and i got 1 gb data. Means plan is totally fake. I m trying to customercare since 15 days . I get success of doing complain after 15 days. But i did get resolution. I do email to [protected]@realianceada.com but i only get auto generated email or nothing. still not resolve the issue. if someone help me pls help other wise i use no portability to switch to other. And pls BEWARE OF RELIANCE 3G DATA PLAN ITS TOTALY FAKE

              I applied to reliance broadband 3 months ago on date 04/06/13...The engineer came within a week and told me that the box nearby ro our home is faulty and no line could be installed here. So I Applied for a refund,I tried to communicate with them at [protected]@relianceada.com but they give silly excuses. And how mich time does a refund procedure should take??

                Sir, I was using Reliance CDMA pre-paid service since 2004. As you know reliance executives call and lure their customers to transfer into Post Paid services. It happened with me, I got a call from Reliance who gave me offer ( details of offer as per mail communication with reliance attached herewith.) I communicated to Reliance Customer care, to immediately stop my post paid services as i have not received what i was told. But they still continued the same and demanded rental and other charges. I had given them detailed calculation via E-Mail Dt:- 23.05.2012 of what I should be charged amount Rs.274 and requested for rectified bill. However i did not receive rectified bill from them. Following records of complaint lodged for this matter i have now as it is a matter of more than 1.6 years:- 1. Compliant No:[protected] dt 29.03.12 2. Compliant No:[protected] 3. Compliant No:[protected] Dt: 05.04.2012 Now after 1.6 Year of matter, company is giving my father call and threatening him to pay money else will take us in court. My Father is a senior citizen and cant take these mental tortures. Firstly one lady called from a number +91 [protected] on 2nd sept 2013, when she tortured my father i called her from my number but got a response that this number does not exist, second time she called my father from a different number [protected] dt 4th September 2013 again i called her and ask about matter she is saying pay money else will pull you to court. I do not know how genuine is this call, but point is they are misutilising their power of being a big company knowing that to get rid from presenting myself in court, we will pay whatever they demand. Sir, i am a working professional not staying with my parents who stays in Kolkata and i am working in Pune. My parents really get tensed when they receive such calls since they are alone there. Please take strict action against Reliance company. Also, the time when this transfer happened in my number from Pre to Post paid my number got deactivated due to this dispute and that time i was expecting calls for my interviews as i had qualified CA during that period. Due to mistake of Reliance Company Executive today my parents and i am suffering as i missed my job opportunity in Kolkata due to deactivation of my number at that important time. It was the number i was using sine 2004 and was distributed to all employers. Hence i have incurred huge loss due to this and claim from company to compensate me.                 Today I received a call from this number [protected].
                I was using Reliance number for 7 years and also using BIG TV connection, happy with it.

                Now reasons behind they are calling or pissing my head:
                1. They didn't stop services on my old Reliance number, which I requested earlier, and billed me for those months which I never used.
                2. And stopped services on another Reliance number even I was readily paying topup amounts (extra to the monthly rental bills). They stopped services on that number in the night at 11. Even I requested but they called it off due to the pending bills on that old number. I asked that to give me that amount which I had used atleast. They refused that too.

                Same case here. I also received a call from this number [protected]. Yesterday she called and confirm my address first. And today she start to threatening me as for pulled to court case. This case is for TATA DOCOMO. I used Photon max WIFI. But it have network problem at my place. So I stopped it. But after that last month they send bill of Rs. 500. After two month 500 goes to 700. Suddenly I do not know who is she from Delhi start to threatening me over my mobile phone today. If you do not pay this unbilled payment then you pulled here Delhi Court. This is a small money does not matter, I pay emideatly. But there way is not fair. Be alert people same problem you will also face. I think Private company service provider are very bad.

I don't know who is she & from where he is calling me.

                  sir, i have lost 45rs from my a/c for using whatsapp despite having an active whatsapp pack that reliance communication offers to use whatsapp. my number is [protected]. rs.20 was lost on 1st sept. and the next reduction of rs. 20 was on 4th sept. and the next rs. 5 were lost on 6th sept., 2013 i am unable to connect with their customer care line and their online forum is not addressing my problem. so kindly do the needful in the context.

                    On 30 Aug 2013, I activated Whatsapp pack, and Rs16 were deducted from my balance, after this, reliance has been deducting my balance for using whatsapp. Till now, Rs35 ave been deducted. What is the use of such service if they don't provide what they say? Customer care has blocked my number, I can't reach them as my call gets automatically disconnected. I want all my money to be refunded, and if this pack does not work, then deactivate it, and post those Rs16 also back into my account. My mobile no.: [protected]

                          I have buy a new connection with mobile no .[protected] for which i paid 100 rs at store.. My mobile no activated on 29.08.2013 around 7 am and as told by store in charge , on activation of mobile no. i got 100 rs talk time and 1 GB data free for 1 month. . However, 3 days back my mobile balance become 0.01 rs and mobile data also gone. For that i contacted customer care several times and they are not replying properly (giving excuses like server is slow, could not able to see detail, How much FRC u have done etc) and talking in very rude manner. So, i kindly request you to take necessary action so i can get my 100 rs talk time and mobile 3G data back on my mobile.

I am using reliance number from last 5yrs. these days they are activating schemes without intimation of any information and deduct money. whenever I try to contact to customer care they say they are not updated and they never tell me any information about the money deduction.

                            they are activating any type of scheme without my permission daily and deduct money .
                            so please take an action as soon as possible because I am quite fad up of all these things .

                                  I am pavan mulasavalgi, holding Reliance Neconnect+ data card with number [protected]. I am their customer since 2.5 years and I have never missed the payment in any of these 2.5 yrs. I was told that Bijapur(dirstict in Karnataka) is having Netconnet+ coverage before buying this connection. I stay in bangalore, but my home town is bijapur and rarely I visit there and work from there. Every time it happens that whenever I was in bijapur I was not able to get overage for netconnect+ and I have to settle down with highspeed 1X. And when I call customer care they used to say there is an maintanence activity going on in that region and it will be restored back in few hrs. Every time the same reason. I managed to do so for last 2 years with highspeed 1X. But now last month when I went to bijapur, to my surprise I found the same reason and the same excuse when alled customer care. And when I wanted to esclate the issue to higher authority, they said the complaint is logged will address it in next 3 working days. I wanted the connection very badly at that time as I was working from home and had to attend few meetings, where I need the netconntec+ singal. Meeting will not work in highspeed 1X. There was no response and they were not replying properly for the follow ups, then I got one more number ([protected]) and logged a complaint. Their they said issue will be addressed in 5 working days. Both the complaints were closed without asking me anything and also without updating me. Because of this I haven't paid the bill for the month of AUG-13. Now customer care is calling me up everyday to pay the bill, the moment I talk about the complaint they hang up. ( This is bad mnners and very frustating). Most worst thing is 5-Sep-13 I called up ustomer care asking about the status, she said she cannot do any thing and she cannot transfer call to her manager. When I asked her what to next the reply given by her was surprising, the representative said "If you are no getting coverage, then go for another network". I can buy a new connection in a moment of time, but I want to get a proper answer from them. This not the way to talk to customers. I just want a proper and a prompt reply from them as I have suffered a lot because of this mess.

                                    Actually we kept reliance broadband connection for a period of 8 months approximately.A amount of Rs.1100 is paid as a security deposit and a plan amount of Rs.1100 has been selected.In the month of February amount has been paid and we called reliance for the disconnection of broadband.Then we left the house we are leaving and After a period of 2 months people of those company called me number of times for the payment of remaining amount,actually there is no due for the payment of broadband,and threatened me that they will put a case on me and they seriously forced us to pay the amount of Rs.1958 and they said that our connection is still working. On the next day i called those reliance people for the disconnection of broadband and even they took the complaint and gave me a reference number, but now again they started calling me to pay the pending amount of Rs.1867 and they are still saying that our connection is on suspended state. I have all the original bills, security deposit slip and everything.They even didn't return me the security deposit amount.So i want a answer from those reliance people, i didn't even used the broadband after making a payment of an amount Rs.1958.If the people of Reliance prove me that i have used the broadband after making of that payment, i am ready to take any punishment as per the law.

                                      Dear Sir, I have paid Rs.1098/- vide Cheque No.634826 on 8.10.2012 to your representative Mr.Radhey Mobile No.[protected] for providing Broad Band Connection at my residence. He promised that within 24hrs. it will be provided, after 5-6 hours of his departure I received a SMS intimating that with in 5 days it will be provided ,after wards I was informed by him that the agency to whom the job was given has stopped working as their old dues has not been cleared by the Reliance. On that I have requested to refund my money but of no avail. The said cheque was presented to my Banker and the amount has been debited from my account on 13.10.2012. After that I have received number of calls from your Head Quarters promising that money will be refunded. The last call was received some time in Jan 2013 intimating that the concern Authority has been instructed and the Cheque will be issued within 15 days, but till date I have not received the Cheque.You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund my money with penal interest and compensation latest by 30.9.2013 otherwise I will be compelled to write a personal letter to your Managing Director Shri Anil Ambani and request help from consumer court for all the hardship that I have been forced to undergo.                                       reliance broadband has been an infamous company in lucknow, how come u fell for there promises.all lucknow dwellers now how reliance broadband is cheating people.relaince should get there lucknow employees replaced else a reputed company like realince would loose all there customers.hope you get justice.

                                        On 2/9/13 I recharged my no. [protected] (GSM-NCR) with rs. 123 for 1 gb 3g data. But I received only 500 MB although the message I received confirmed that I had received 1 GB . But after sending sms of MBAL I found out that I had received 500 mb only. So I called customer care and they said that I will receive the other 500 mb in the next 48 hours. Now 48 hours have also passed and I have still not received the remaining 500 MB.When I try to call 198 it never connects. My main account balance has also been deducted for VAS service which I never activated. Please help me quickly .I also have been planning to port to Vodafone now because of all this.
