[Resolved]  Reliancecommunication — Plan Change

I hav requested to change my plan from 550(2.5mbps)to 400 flat free(75.5kbps) on 8 may but plan hasn't changed yet and also internet connection is off for a 2hrs in every single day, please rectify it.

I have taken plan for mobile no [protected] from ADAG to normal Rs 475 roaming.My entire plan was cancelled alongwith the ADAG and have taken 475/- roaming. I have been billed Rs 125 RIM to RIM intead of Rs 100/- for 1000 SMS and charge for R word Rs 25/- whuich I have not taken after cencelleation of my all plans including Free SMS, STD PACK30 with ADAG.nOW i AM USING ONLY FOLLOWING PLAN. MY RAOMING Rs 475/- AND SMS PACK Rs 56/- ONLY AND I SHOULD BE CHARGE FOR THAT ONLY. ANY THING MORE CHRGES FROM THAT DATE SHOUL BE DUDUCTED FROM MY BILLS. THANKS

is paid money Rs.500/- towards the Deposit by cash to one of your sales executive Mr.Mathan Kumar from the office of the Alwarpet and issued the receipt dt.23/04/2008, Ref No:
Recpt:NO:[protected].
He (Mr.S.M.Sekhar-[protected] also comitted that the connection will arranged with in a week time.After One week,
we tried to call him with this mobile number and no one responded, not attended.To day 18/05/2008 we confirmed
the person Mr.Sekhar is not available and already left from your office.

So that one Mr.Venkatesh picking that phone and replied that the making connection is very difficult because of the cable problem already found.

So I request you to kindly return the cash/cheque of Rs.500/- immediately on favour of Mr.Sekaran M.A(who is brother In Law
for me)

I had taken concection in Agra Mob.No.[protected]. Since I had transferd to Vijayawada Same connection has been migrated in to vijayawada with the moblie No [protected]. I had submitted all the address proof documents in the Reliance Web world - Madhu kalyana mandapam branch, VJW. But till the date i had not recived any monthly bill. which i had complained several times verbaly.
But they are not attending on complaint and they are asking again Address proof.

Please look it this do the needfull.

Reliancecommunication — not sending itemised bill

im not recieving my itamised bill of april an may month that will i activated and paid d charges in d bill so pls reply as soon as possible or sending me the detail of d bill of last two month . that bill will be paid so reply as soon as possible on my email id

Reliancecommunication — connectivity loss

my user id is[protected].my net is not working from last weeks and nobody is taking any action regarding it.i have filed complaint several times but no action.try to rectify or i may discontinue the network as i need internet on a daily basis.within one week rectify my errors.my contact number.[protected]...adress.d-218 karampura, new delhi
we have wireless broadband connection. we want Static IP for that connection. on 18 may we have already fill the static ip amount bill. but one month later we don't get static IP. so we don't like Reliance service. we had made a plan for wired connection in future for 200 user but reliance service is not good. so how can we take u r plan .in last three months we are inquiring for wired connection but nobady is helping we.

now we have filled your amount for Static IP. but we don't get static ip to till date.

Dear Manager (Complaint)

On 22nd of this month i have lodged a complaint for wrong deduction for 2 minutes call for mumbai from ambarnath and the no. was 022 2536. The complaint was lodged against no. 70680877 and on 26th june i received a sms saying that this was resolved and the amount so deducted is credited to my mobile prepaid account. but to my surprise this amount has not been credited as yet and for this i have again lodged a complaint no. 71179818 at 15.25 Hrs.
Please see to it that this amount of wrong deduction is credited to my mobile prepaid account without any further delay.

i have purchase Date card of relience 10 days before.some peple came without information for verification.i was not at home. i told him to collect my document.but not came.i have disconnected my net since 3 days. relience have only have formalities only .plz tell me solution immidiatly. relience ublic ko nahin dekhta. sirf pareshan kar raha hai 3 din se. so [censored]ion.woh kahta ai chaloo ho gaya hai.magar customer care se discoonect show ho raha ha.plz jald se jald solution dein.
