[Resolved]  Reliancecommunication — Plan Change

I hav requested to change my plan from 550(2.5mbps)to 400 flat free(75.5kbps) on 8 may but plan hasn't changed yet and also internet connection is off for a 2hrs in every single day, please rectify it.

Sir/Madam,
my number is [protected] from Madhya Pradesh state, Dist:Khargone, Barwaha .my problem is I recharge a amount of 650 RSC card and get a confirmation msg to 52811. the facility of this recharge offer me to call any reliance to reliance call charge is [protected]@ 1.rs. and night calling (11 to 06) with a validity of 2 month .but 25 to till I can’t get this facility and I complaint the customer care more than 4 time and eache time different persons attend my call and I explain them again and again and they are all tell me the available record of the customer care office after 12.09.2008 they can’t any recharge in my account. When I call *348 I can here the msg that ur account balance is 0 that’s all no any information to my validity pls solve my problem and re activate my facilities this is my last request.

why are callertuens automatecaly activate without any forward by me .i will not payment of it. also happen it many times.please reafund my money in my prepared A/c,

i had taken mobil no[protected]from sultanpur & submitted all the documents.after one week my servicies are diactivated.when i talk to costomer care they asked me because of negative address proof my serveces are bard.the mistake is made by computer operator who is feeding the data he feed eers instreed of peers.then once again i submitted my documents & also contact reliance service centre sultanpur they assured me that services should activated with in 2haurs & also contact mr.talvindra(employee)of reliance customer services centre at sultanpur([protected]) but no result.yesterday[protected] i contact mr.nikhil khanna(zm)lucknow([protected])he said that he will talk to mr raja(talvendra) but no result.today again i try to contact mr.nikhil, talvendra & sales man by whome i purchase connection no one talk to me.mr.nikhil(zm)&mr.talwendra cuts my call & sales man gave his mobil to some one.
my servises are deactivated from[protected].and no one is care about my problems i fased.if zonal manager him self is helpless then who is going to help the costomers.customer care says they are helpless.i am suffering of mistake by the employee of reliance communications itself.
pl.resolve my problems as urgent as possible.
