We purchased Relyon software. We were first told that basic version is fine and then we were sold 2 upgrades as we were stuck at many points. The desktop software do not generate any alerts via email because this is desktop based. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy their software..it has lot of mess ups and limitations. Then service level is dimp once you have paid fully...they will not take your calls or just dump your request.
