[Resolved] Resonance Global — non availability of new connection
We have applied for new connection of landline phone on 18th august 2010 for landline with internet connection of plan 1099 to reliance company.
Although I was very shortly visited by company man when we made request by online system. We have given all the required papers and details.
But now we are standing on 1/9/10 but to our surprise nobody from company has come to install the phone and moreover when we inquired they told they will provide in day or two but when we again called after day or two the same person with no. [protected] told in very harsh manner that it would take time and if there is any urgency we should withdraw our application.
We are really hurt by this behavior of company and would request company to look in matter and do the needful
