[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Took money, not delivered goods | |||
We went to buy table desks. We selected two. One mr. Ravi who attended us. We paid them in advance. They somehow refused/managed not to give us invoice stating that their server is down and promised to send invoice by email and delivery by next day. Even after 5th day till today no goods, no refund. They stopped taking calls. Beware of mr. Vijay, owner. We went to their store to get refund, waited whole day, finally we had to call police. Now matter is with local police station. Mr. Vijay vanished when we called police. But police has promised us to get refund. As per one of their employee mr. Vinod and pravin, they said it is common, they have many complaints. Mr. Vijay said they bribe police so they will not listen to us, he was very confident. He said do whatever you want. He and his staff manhandled me and my wife. But even after all these tussle no money was refunded till now.. I presume they evade lot of taxes by not issuing tax invoice or proper receipt. They just took money from us, signing on customer information sheet. Beware of this company. Are they really bribing police?? As mr. Vijay claims. He is owner of this company and with confidence he says police will not do anything. I am aware of police of india. He even abused, threatened along with his staff, but disappeared before police arrived. Finally police intervened after hours of calling and they promised us to get refund back (Case refered to ramamurthy nagar police station), if i do not get back my money, will take them to court and send a legal notice. Hi, I am too facing the same problem. Just now came back from their office. They promised me to refund and soon after they called me they are not going to refund the money. I am sure there will be plenty of such cases. Would like to discuss on the matter with you in detail. Also, I am planning to file the group complaint which will be more effective. This is to inform you that you given us a defective piece . Your dinning table is not italian marble but some coating on top ..first of all your table came damaged then after repeated calls and reminders you had replaced ..but just after 10 days the chairs have started getting worn out ..we dont want this defective and substandard item which has costed us 82 thousand..kindly refund us our money and take this table ..else we shall aproach the consumer forum . Your early action on this shall highly be appreciated. kindly make arrangements to take back this table and refund us our money

Same case here. From May, I tried to communicate with the customer care but they are disconnecting my call repeatedly and not responding to my mail.Purchased a coffee table on April. After several follow up, they mailed me to cancel the product as they are unable to deliver the product. I cancelled the order on May. From then, they are not responding. Also they have flushed all the details including my login and order # from their database.

Purchased a bed of Royal Oak brand from Amazon. Has constant creaking sound which Amazon was unable to resolve and asked us to contact local vendor. We called the Royal Oak executive who promised to fix it and charge us 600/- for it. They couldn't resolve the issue but still charged us 600. When I asked for a service invoice for 600/- they promised to mail me. I paid it and now they are refusing to provide an invoice. They are running a black money business by collecting money and not providing a bill
Yes even this was very fraud company and they don’t do what they promise, If we want to buy anything from Royal Oak either we should be very rich or we should be some politicians. They said me that they will send me technician to fix by bed as it was just one month old and it started wobbling to fix that they careless for the same
Same here. We are sending them legal notice with all annexures. If you want to file a group complaint with us in consumer forum, please email sen dot jhuma at gmail dot com. They have been indulging in unfair trade practices and on top of that their agents are calling us up and harassing ever since we have intimated that legal action will be taken. We are contemplating criminal case as well for criminal intimidation.
